Where to start... I needed a new fence. My neighbor was using S&R, so decided to get a quote from them. Of the couple quotes I got, S&R came in the cheapest (and they're licensed). After looking at the fence, it was determined that cutting down my (14, jeez) dead trees would be the best idea to ensure no future damage to the fence. They set me up with Santos Perez, who was also the main guy for my fence. Santos and his crew did an amazing job with the tree removal. Over the course of the project, the scope expanded. Jeff and Eric were more than happy to come over on a weekend to talk about it. They were there every step of the way, keeping me updated and making sure I was satisfied. They spent the extra time with me standing there, pretending to open a fence door, out and in to determine the best way of installation. Kudos to Jeff, Eric, and Santos, et al. Thank you for the amazing work you did in transforming my backyard into something I never thought it could be. 20/10. read more

29Aug2025 (Updated review based on owner's response): I called to discuss the situation with Sara based on her response, but she did not answer nor call me back after I left a voicemail. Unfortunately, her response is exactly the issue with this company, poor communication, lack of facts, and terrible workmanship. She is correct that my kitchen floors were originally resurfaced by her company in Nov 2023, but you can see the very poor workmanship and quality of the floor after they were done (See picture of the discolored floors in front of the frig). The stain was not uniform and the sheen did not match the rest of my floors on the same level. They had to come back a second time are redo the kitchen floors again in 2024. Her failure to acknowledge the substandard results from the first attempt in Nov2023 and failure to provide that information in her response only shows how unreliable this contractor is. They DO NOT take responsibility for their poor results nor backup their workmanship. The issue with painter's tape on the wood floor is misleading by Sara. The facts are the painter's tape is a low adhesive tape, designed to be on floors and walls so it does not pull up the floor finish or wall paint when removed. Also, the painter's tape was on the floor for only 6 hours. The kitchen floor urethane surface is supposed to be durable for years and years of use and should never have come up after less than a year, if the floors were done to "industry standards". Honestly just terrible workmanship, which is demonstrated by the substandard quality results, and zero interest in backing up their work. So sad ;-( I cannot recommend this contractor to do any trades as they want to get it done quickly and get paid, then move on. To my fellow consumer who may be considering hiring S&R Eagle Services LLC, I strongly urge you to spend a few moments to read through my experience & reconsider placing your trust & money in this company. In March, I hired S&R Eagle Services, LLC for a complex backyard project involving demolition, excavation, & utility installation to set up a tiny home for my sister. Jeff assured me they had extensive experience, would pull all permits, & complete the work by May--well ahead of my September wedding. His confidence convinced me to move forward. The project started ok, but problems quickly followed. Permits were never pulled, & proposed site plans were never provided. The electrician revealed major underbudgeting, & while S&R covered part of the extra cost, I was pressured into covering the remaining cost & making an early payment despite work not being complete. Jeff grew unresponsive & communication completely fell apart. Delays mounted--materials didn't arrive, crews didn't show, & calls went unanswered. S&R had committed to managing the transport of the tiny home. Only after I paid nearly $38K did they discover it needed to be craned in. They agreed to cover crane costs due to their oversight, but when I requested insurance documentation, I was met with aggression from the moving company. A failed DOT inspection exposed that the move lacked legal compliance. S&R then dumped full responsibility--& another $10K cost--on me. City officials have confirmed that no permits were ever filed, & work was done out of compliance. The installed concrete pad must now be torn out. I've spent months chasing accountability, reaching out with evidence & appeals to S&R leadership, only to be met with lies, gaslighting, & complete indifference. To the S&R team specifically- In my experience, you took so much more than my money. You took my peace. You betrayed my trust. & worst of all, you have taken two things I can never recover - my time & my joy. This should have been the happiest time of my life but you managed to take every ounce of joy that I could have had in planning my wedding because you couldn't hold yourself accountable for the mistakes you & your employees have made through this entire process. Instead, I have had to fight tooth & nail to try to remedy this for months. Precious months I needed for far more important purposes. I have given every effort I could to allow you to fix this privately & you blatantly refused time & time again. I have felt gaslit consistently in an attempt to take the spotlight off yourself. I share my story to protect others from the same experience. I will not stop seeking accountability or a resolution. All I want is a refund for the waste of money I spent on this project that will not be finished & would never have been started if due diligence had been completed from the beginning. read more

Bathroom remodel only 75 square foot space. Paid for a 3rd of the total cost in 2024. What they say is finished in May 2025. Cracked and chipped new tub, shower doors hung upside down 3 times. Mishaps too long to mention. No finale walk through with my project manager I hired and the companies project manager. Lack of communication. read more

Built a $25k deck for my home, deposit given in June of '24, deck was SUPPOSED to be done in one month. The deck did not get finished until mid November. I had to hire a professional company to remove the joists, make them flat and then reassemble the deck. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY, Any other company would be out of business by now for this kind of performance. read more

Had S&R replace a deck and add a roof cover. There is movement on the deck boards after 2 years and roof posts are not centered on the support columns. It's embarrassing to have people on the deck. Shared this with the owner a few months ago and no response. If you do business with Sara and Robert, demand a 10 year warranty. Quality is sub-par. It's interesting that most of the reviews here are negative. read more

Whatever you do -- do NOT hire this company! I gave S&R Eagle Services a 50% deposit to tear out and replace a small deck on my townhome last May 2024. They promised the work would be a simple 2-day job for them and they promised it would be done by the end of the summer. Unfortunately, all I received from them after that was lies and broken promises. After getting the BBB involved, the owner Sara Luevano still will not return my deposit and want to charge ME a 20% "cancellation" fee for never building my deck! In addition, the materials my HOA had approved last year were discontinued and are now no longer available. They made up lies with the BBB trying to make up excuses for dropping the ball on replacing my deck. Then they wanted me to wait around several more months this year for them to get around to getting their contractor's license in El Paso County for several months -- since they hadn't renewed it! By then, it was obvious the owners are liars, dishonest and not reliable. NO THANKS! My attorneys advised me to walk away from allowing this company to attempt any work on my property. Taking them to small claims court a year later to retrieve my deposit. UPDATE: S&R Eagle Services later decided to reimburse the full deposit and added a gift card as a nice gesture. My issue is now resolved so I updated my review to 3 stars. I believe they probably would do a good job if I had used them to replace my deck, but I didn't feel comfortable with that and the materials needed were no longer available. read more

We started a deck replacement and 13 window replacement in June 2024. We did not get the project completed until October 2024 (deck) and May 2025 (windows). We had to constantly call for when the project would be completed. They had ordered the incorrect windows. There was 2 delays in getting the correct window in order to get it installed. Communication was limited due to most workers did not speak English. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. read more

Hired these guys to tear down old deck and build a new one in May and paid $9700.00 for materials and a down. It is now September and they are not finished. There is still part of the old deck attached to the house, broken glass in the yard, the sliding glass door will not close(new deck not flush or too tight against house) concrete not poured for posts etc... Very disappointed...we are going to have to hire someone to clean up after them And possibly finish the job. update- November 9th After a lot of back and forth with the owners, everything has been completed. They had to meet us at the house and we had to point out everything they had not done. Although this project took over 5 months to complete and delayed the sale of our house, they were at our new house the same day with the final bill. Not only did they have us pay the full amount, they didn't even offer a discount for the amount of time it took them to complete the job, our time, stress etc... Nothing but excuses from this company. They said they have "learned" from this experience but I'm not sure they have. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. This review follows the last one I posted on never never use this company. As of today, 48 hours after the job was completed I am being harassed, they are defaming my character and saying nasty things about me that are not true. In all my life I have never been treated like this from a human being let alone a company. There is no reason for any of this except to intimidate me into paying for a job that was not done properly. I just ask you to be careful with this company. I was the exception for their excellent service and instead of making it right they are slandering me. With health concerns and a heart procedure in the next few weeks, I don't wish this type of experience on anyone. Please be cautious with this company. read more

Just did my final walk through today and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I have been in my home for 7 years and have not liked the color of the exterior paint. This year I HAD to change it! I share a duplex with my neighbor so I knew it would be a pain juggling that. S&R made it a breeze and worked with us individually on payment. The paint looks beautiful. They did it quickly and meticulously and everyone was very nice and comfortable to work with. During my walk through Robert was putting blue tape in places that didn't even stand out to me. They definitely care about a job well done and are very talented. There were a few minor repairs I asked them to do as well and they were happy to do them (securing the stairs on my small deck, replacing some siding where I had a swamp cooler removed, etc.). Also the price was right. I had collected 5 quotes and they were one of the most inexpensive (even out of neighbors from NextDoor) and had one of the most professional presentations. We had an excellent experience with S&R Eagle Services! We did the full suite of services-- using them for a new roof, exterior paint, a deck extension, and deck stain. Jason, our project manager, was easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions. Each part of the project went quicker than we expected, and we are very happy with the quality and pricing of the work. I knew tying in to our existing patio was going to be a challenge, but they made it look seamless. Our house looks brand new, and I would highly recommend. read more
