Sorely lacking in basic communication and customer service skills. Contracted to have aeration done, and crew was a no call/no show on the day committed to, with no follow-up until late that night ("we were unable to make it out today"...). Rescheduled for a week later, and crew was no call/no show again, even following numerous attempts to confirm appointment prior to that day.
The only communication that was timely was sending an invoice - one week before the work was first scheduled...
In general, I'm always willing to give a small business a second chance to redeem themselves, but if they don't recognize it as an opportunity to earn your business and your respect as a consumer, there's not much more you can do.
