He proceeded to "clean" it with a dry rag. No cleanser. I said I'm sorry but I'm going somewhere else. It is misleading because it's in a boutique area of town. It is true that it is now called Thumbs up. This experience left me questioning the cleanliness of equipment used. I would rather walk around with ugly nails than have them done in a dirty place. 1 Star - Very Disappointing Experience…read more I had a very disappointing experience at OMG Nails. I paid for professional nail services, but my gel nails started falling off shortly after my appointment. I also experienced cuts and bleeding around my cuticles during the service. What made the experience even worse was how my concerns were handled. When I contacted the salon to explain what happened, instead of receiving understanding or an effort to resolve the issue, I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I have no problem paying for quality service, but customers deserve to receive what they pay for and to be treated with respect when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I received neither quality service nor professional customer care. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Do not waste your money here. I want to start by saying that my last experience here before this one was a great one. The girl who did my nails was great. But today's experience was really bothersome. The man who did my manicure was working really fast for some reason, and it caused the whole experience to be extremely painful. I have short nails, and he filed them so much one of my fingers actually was bleeding a little bit when I got home. He was just overall very rough and it was a bad experience. They also overcharged me by $20 for something I never asked for. Its now been hours and my finger tips are still in pain. I really liked this place but after today I won't be back sadly.
