He was borderline harassing me to call for a quote and when I had my husband call he said that he couldn't take on the work because he didn't have time. He stole my number off of his caller ID and wrote it down and passed it along to another company without my permission after my husband hung up on him when he recommended another contractor and when my husband asked if they had a yelp page and if they had reviews he said they had bad reviews because of the algorithm. Then this other company started texting and calling me. I can find my own contractors with good reviews thank you very much. If you don't want the work then please stop harassing me. Edit: attached photo of business owner asking me to call three times when there was no response from me for business he did not even want or have time for!

The owner showed up on schedule andgave me a reasonable quote (and a lot of helpful advice), Since it was a small job, there was a bit of a glitch in scheduling, but no big deal. The crew showed up on schedule (after adjustment) and did a great job. Even though my trees took a bit more work than expected, the quote was honored without a quibble. They cleaned up perfectly and my trees look great now!
