I have used Atlas in the past for tree service and have been happy with their services…read more I called and left a message many weeks ago about scheduling a repeat visit. I never received a callback. I did receive a call from another tree service and scheduled with them. I needed to get the work done and never got a response to my message for Atlas. I scheduled with the other company and the work was completed. They did a great job. I received two calls on 4/21/25 from Jeff at Atlas wanting to speak with me. (This was a few weeks after the work had been completed by the other company.). Also, Jeff's call came long after I had originally left the message for Atlas about scheduling the repeat service call. When I connected with Jeff, I found out he wasn't calling me about scheduling anything. He was calling me about an employee he apparently is having a dispute with. He wanted information about what had transpired and my scheduling with the other company. I explained how I scheduled with them as I never received a return call from Atlas. I needed to get the work done and didn't have time to wait for Atlas to call me back. Atlas' disputes with their current or former employees are absolutely none of my concern. In my opinion, it was completely inappropriate and out-of-line for Jeff to call me to dredge up information regarding Atlas' employees and alleged disputes the company may be having with them. Bottom line: Disputes between a company and their employees should remain between the company and the employee. Customers should never be pulled into the dispute. In my opinion, Jeff of Atlas Tree demonstrated extremely poor judgment with his decision to call me and dredge up information regarding their employee and potential issues. I won't be considering Atlas / SaveATree (their new name) in the future because of this interaction with Jeff.

Lico agreed to do my yard. It's not a difficult because there is rock and bushes and irrigation…read morewhich needs checking. He agreed to come twice a month to trim bushes and do other regular maintenance of my front and back yard. He started doing the work himself but shortly thereafter, he sent a total stranger. There are weeds in the front yard and the bushes in front are not trimmed. I've had to remind him several times to do ordinary work typically done by gardeners. It's evident that his people never checked the irrigation and water pooled on the wall sides of my property which effected the integrity of the wall. The wall started to fall and I'm having my construction person repair it at substantial cost to me. I don't recommend Lico's and if you do hire him, get it in writing as to what exactly he will do for you.
