I never received a callback. I did receive a call from another tree service and scheduled with them. I needed to get the work done and never got a response to my message for Atlas. I scheduled with the other company and the work was completed. They did a great job. I received two calls on 4/21/25 from Jeff at Atlas wanting to speak with me. (This was a few weeks after the work had been completed by the other company.). Also, Jeff's call came long after I had originally left the message for Atlas about scheduling the repeat service call. When I connected with Jeff, I found out he wasn't calling me about scheduling anything. He was calling me about an employee he apparently is having a dispute with. He wanted information about what had transpired and my scheduling with the other company. I explained how I scheduled with them as I never received a return call from Atlas. I needed to get the work done and didn't have time to wait for Atlas to call me back. Atlas' disputes with their current or former employees are absolutely none of my concern. In my opinion, it was completely inappropriate and out-of-line for Jeff to call me to dredge up information regarding Atlas' employees and alleged disputes the company may be having with them. Bottom line: Disputes between a company and their employees should remain between the company and the employee. Customers should never be pulled into the dispute. In my opinion, Jeff of Atlas Tree demonstrated extremely poor judgment with his decision to call me and dredge up information regarding their employee and potential issues. I won't be considering Atlas / SaveATree (their new name) in the future because of this interaction with Jeff.

I have used Parker tree service a few times to trim and shape my oak trees. They have done an…read moreexcellent job each time. The trees were trimmed and shaped correctly and look great. The team cleaned up all trimmings and left everything clean. Parker is not the cheapest but the fees are reasonable and they are properly licensed and insured which you really want if you have workers climbing trees. I will definitely use them again.

They finished in 2 days with complete clean up as well as huge succulents trimmed and cleaned. All the workers were extremely professional, kind, and respectful of our property. We also had big surface tree roots zig zagging disrespectfully far beyond the trim line. Spoiler alert, this is a 5-Star review! But,! I almost don't want to submit it because when the word gets out that Miguel and his crew are straight up Arborists and gifted artists, he's going to get blooming' busy. I reached out to him for a quote and availability. I agreed to his price and he never responded to the availability on multiple occasions. I finally reached out one last time telling them that I was moving forward with someone else and then he decides to respond quickly. Not sure how any business plans to generate more business or keep existing customer especially when they can't even communicate properly. Good luck sir I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Chris and the other guys at Fully Charged are top notch professionals who do meticulous work and their zero emissions policy and use of natural non-toxic pesticides is an added benefit that I can feel good about. Chris' company is more expensive than others in the area but because he genuinely cares about environment and was determined not to use chemicals for weed removal, we took the risk to try them out. I find Chris and his crew, Joseph and the other gardener, are polite, humble and honest. Equally important, they're reliable and deeply care about their craft. We spent $1600 to trim 5 trees, one of the palm trees has several tall branches left, so I paid…read more$1400 as required, the $200 was to be paid when those tall branches and another tree at the front were trimmed to our satisfaction. But the guy came to demand the leftover payment, promising to do it later. Out of trust we paid him in full, but the following week and the weeks after he didn't show up, nor responding to my text message at all. The experience taught me not to trust the company and pay the guy until all the jobs are done. Basically I will avoid those companies that are not honest and abuse the client's trust. Strongly not recommend this tree service company.
