Communication throughout the process was great, his crew arrived on time, they were courteous, respectful and worked continuously to transform a very dense, tangled and neglected cypress tree to one that looks simply amazing. I was honestly impressed by the sheer transformation his crew accomplished in about two hours of work. Lastly, the estimate Alfredo quoted for the work was very reasonable for the amount and type of work done. I look forward to working with 3 Rivers on future projects!

My yard is extremely varied, ranging from palm trees to a half a dozen fruit trees, birds of paradise and tropical plants, to roses and succulents. Whatever I need done, Joey has always been fantastic. He is incredibly polite and friendly, and always goes that extra step (such as cleaning away any leaves and things from the driveway) to make my yard look perfect. I have joint disease, and was becoming too painful to even weed my yard. I initially hired Plugged in lawn care to help me with a yard cleanup project, and was so impressed, I hired them as a recurring monthly. Their prices are really reasonable, whether you're looking for a one-time project or recurring one. I can't recommend them enough!

I told Joey what I didn't like about all the others and he said that wasn't his business model. Six months later I couldn't be happier. He really does care about doing more for his customers and he goes out of his way to prove it every time he's here. He's done extra jobs for me including repairing my sprinkler system and giving suggestions on improving my yards appearance. He's thrown down some new grass seed and more. And he does all this for the same or less than I was paying all the other losers. He has been great at communicating with me if he's ever running behind because of other jobs or if he needs to reschedule anything we're working on. He can send invoices and is easy to pay. I can't say I've ever even heard of another yard business offering invoices! He even has a business license! Ask your guy if he has one of those! If you need your yard taken care of and you want someone you can count on, call Joey. You won't regret it. He's growing his business and if he keeps working this hard, he's gonna be very very successful.
