The food and drinks were pretty good, but they were not worth the long wait. We waited in line for about 15-20 minutes to order a popcorn chicken box and two drinks. We got the drinks after ten minutes, but the food took 25-30 minutes. Too slow for this type of thing, in my opinion. read more

This place has been one that I would always chose above other places for dessert. Tonight however, regardless of their policy, their classic milk tea is one of the worst I have ever tasted. Unfortunately according to stupid store policy, they are only able to exchange it if the company makes a mistake. If you're looking for a place that prioritizes customer satisfaction, this is definitely not the one... their milk tea tastes old and they definitely leave their toppings out all day. The marshmallows & sour strings on the ube milkshake were hard as rocks.. this is also not the first negative experience I have had here at zero degrees. The boba was good but, I ordered the garlic butter popcorn chicken and idk if it was supposed to taste the way it did but it was extremely sweet. It didn't taste like garlic butter. Had a "mangonada" and this was the farthest thing from a mangonada I have ever had. The logo says "home of the mangonada." Yeah, I don't think so. It was practically a mango slushee with a few sprinkles of chili in it. No chamoy, not nearly spicy enough. If you want a real mangonada, go to El Kiosco, The Flamingo Chill or La Colmena because this place sucks. read more

Enjoyed the Cajun fries! The drinks all tasted good, but the boba kept getting stuck in my straw. A little tip is the split cup will spill into each drink if your not careful & the food takes a long time to cook. I will be back maybe when they have been open for a while. We went right at 11 when they opened for the first time. Our wait was about 2 hours. They made sure the people standing outside waiting had water and as much shade as possible. We tried several of the drinks, chicharrones, popcorn chicken and the hot cheetos elote! Everything was amazing! The staff was slammed with the huge crowd, but remained super friendly and welcoming! The coffee horchata, house coffee and elotes were our favorites... but the mangonada and the popcorn chicken with homemade sweet and sour sauce were extremely delicious as well. The food has been decent, thr drinks are pretty good, especially for 10.00 during the special. Anyway. Today my bf decided to take me to lunch here, super sweet of him. When we got there, there was a strange smell, like some rotting food? I don't know, but he smelled it too. We look at the menu, and noticed a substantial price increase. 13.00 for basic fries, 6 wings and a tea? Nah. 10.00 was "fair", but still a little steep considering I can get 12 wings, fries and a drink for that, and it feeds 2 people. Great place for a light weight sugary drink. Not healthy what so ever, but on the really hot days here it's nice to get a cool custom drink. I could have done without the mango stack. You pay extra even though mine was completely hard and not ripe. Other than that it was very tasty. read more

This was our first experience with this establishment. I didn't get the names of everyone working tonight but I can tell you they were understaffed. HOWEVER, despite them being understaffed, they pushed out our order and made sure other customers were taken care of equally. Both front and kitchen staff didn't stop moving for one minute. We had a huge order of 15 trays of food along with 10 drinks. We were out within half an hour (ish) of ordering our food & drinks. AMAZING service and everyone did it with a smile on their face. Every single person on their crew tonight deserves a raise and praise. It's hard to find people who work as hard, quick and efficiently as they did tonight. I'll definitely be coming back. This place is terrible! I ordered the popcorn chicken and #1 it took 20 minutes to get and when I finally get it the chicken it was grey and tasted like sausage. I'm not sure what I was eating! It was absolutely the worst chicken I've ever eaten! can't believe they would serve that to anyone! I am a very big fan of boba. I normally get boba at least once a week. I've been wanting to try this place since they opened, but it's a long drive from where I live. I happened to be in the area today so I made sure to stop by. I went there at about 6:30 at night. The line was long and wrapped around the restaurant. The good thing is after ordering the drink it didn't take to long to actually receive the drink. I ended up getting the split cup with thai tea and matchata. I wish both drinks were delicious and I loved the idea of having two different flavors to drink from. If I find myself in the area again I will definitely return. read more

I wish i could give it a lower review. I called at 850 asking if they would still serve me food when i arrive at 920 and the guy said yes. I didn't wamna drive if they weren't going to. They close at 10. I arrived at 907 and stood in line. I ordered the mac and cheetos and the girl immediately said no because it's late and they don't make food then except elote and fries. I explained that i had called in and asked and just driven 25 minutes (from pvcc). And yes, this place is OUT OF MY WAY. That's how much i like it. She said she'd go back and ask if they could. She went back and I saw the guy laugh and word "no." She came back and said sorry its just too late. I then showed her my phone and it said 911. I told her the guy i talked to on the phone said the kitchen closed at 930 and showed again how it was only 911. Btw when i walked in people were getting their togo food so clearly it was going. She went back again to ask them and when she came back she said "actually we're out of the pasta".................IT'S A TUESDAY! What are they gonna do for the rest of the week? I've been here twice and both experiences were not great. The first time I went I bought the spicy watermelon drink. It was good, but after a few minutes it really upset my stomach. I had to run to the bathroom a couple of times. My friend got the same drink and also had this problem. The second time I went, my sister and I got the hot Cheeto elote. We both couldn't stomach it. We both took a few bites and threw away the entire tin. On the car ride home we had to pull over so my sister could throw up. Something about this place just doesn't add up. read more
