Asian salad

Update! 11/1 The customer service is not great and it has never been great... If they were kind or genuine, this place would get 5/5 stars, but I always end up disappointed when I come. I love the open space (and parking is always available, thankfully) and seating, the food is always good (today, I tried the eggs Provence and a bowl of Italian soup and they were both incredible). I requested my date latte to be extra sweet and they clearly ignored me, because it wasn't sweet at all. The saffron latte was watery and unimpressive.

I visited Rye Goods and had an interesting experience. This bakery is almost impossible to find without navigation such as Siri. The bakery is located inside s building with no sign outside. Food: The bakery sells bagels, croissants, and scones made with rye bread. My jalapeño cheddar tasted okay but not great. The selection is a bit limited. Service: The employees here are friendly. Ambiance: There a lot of seats outside the bakery.

Very secretive with no signs anywhere.

After looking at the wonderful pictures on Yelp, this place sparked my interest. How did I find it? I used Siri and asked for the location. When I got there, I was shocked! This place should be called Spy Goods and not Rye Goods. It is not just hard to find, it is impossible to find without Siri. There are no signs anywhere, whether by accident or on purpose. That brings me to the most obvious question I have, is this a bakery for the general public or is this bakery just for employees to this very mysterious company with no name??? Mysterious buildings, with no signs, and tall barbed wire fencing all around?? Kind of makes one wonder if this is a government site? They have a limited selection, and out of coffee when I got there at 2:30 p.m. The ladies were very nice, and joked with me about the lack of signs anywhere. Now I tasted my scone and croissant and almost spit it out, it was so dense and bitter. Then I remembered it is Rye flour they use as their base. Not okay with my taste buds. Each item was very heavy, and dense like baking without eggs or baking powder. There was not even iced coffee to take away the taste of the rye flour. I was not impressed with Rye Goods.

I really want to like this bakery. The service is great and the ambiance of the seating area is open or and inviting. But I just did not love my $18 chicken salad sandwich. The crust on the bread is hard to chew. The chicken salad itself is not flavorful. My chai tea latte was tasty though. But for $27 with tip, this just will not be a place I visit again.

Peach and cream matcha

Pretty good bakery and coffee spot but definitely overpriced. I came here to pick up some goodies for a birthday. They had some items sold out but lots were still in stock that Friday afternoon. The girl behind the counter was really nice about answering all our questions and telling us what item was what. They had scones, cookies, croissants, and lots of other pastries. They also had breads and their popular sourdough. We wanted their sourdough cinnamon roll but she said it was mostly only made for certain seasons. I ended up getting 3 cookies to gift. I also got a raspberry thumbprint cookie for myself and a seasonal peaches n cream matcha latte. The cookie was pretty good. My matcha came default with organic milk which I prefer to any alternative milks. It was really good and tasted of high quality. The drink was kinda small but packed with strong matcha. I enjoyed it. Pricing was a tad high here. You can buy a slice of carrot cake for $14. They did have other items made that you can purchase besides breads and pastries, such as their spreads. The staff is nice. My drink did take awhile but it as busy. Their seating area is huge. There is plenty of tables and chairs with indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is easy since theres a huge lot. It's tucked away in a business area but not hard to find.

Maple date latte. Nice flavor. $9

Cute place with some unique items in their cooler. I ordered their iced maple date latte, less sweet, It was good but at $9, it won't be a regular rotation for me. I love to cook and always like trying other items. They had a beautiful quiche. I was going to get, but walked away after seeing it was $62! Staff is super friendly.

Love this spot for studying! This rye goods is great with open space and plenty of seating in their open garage style indoor area. The food is also pretty good, the scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked with soft sourdough. The coffee was also pretty good. I got a vanilla latte with oat milk with a honey add-on. They give you a number when you order and they bring the food to the table. You have to go up to the window to pick up the drinks though. Very long lines if you go at peak times during the weekend, but I tried to find a time where it's not as busy and you'll be set!

Lots of open seating and natural light! Great place to catch up with friends. For studying, just note there's not really any outlets here. Tried the Sesame sourdough bagel with chive cream cheese - the bagel itself was great but I wouldn't get the chive again. I usually love chive but this was a little off tasting

Finally got to come to Rye Goods after so many Parlor visits and seeing this place, always closed. Always calling, bay window workshop. Is the question would you like to bake here? If so the answer is a resounding HELL YES! So after much restraint we ended up with just morning buns, very flaky laminated dough with generous cinnamon sugar sprinkles. A Kringle, I got to try for the very first time, laminated dough with jam and streusel. The personal kringle definitely is more than enough as the jammy center was a bit too sweet for me but the flaky lamination of this rye incorporated dough was gone before I could finish the coffee. The breakfast foods reminds me of what Eller Bakery was going for, frenchy and brunchy and a fine portion for a small petite person but one egg in Provence eggs was kind of not enough. Quantity over quality. Buttery rye crust on the quiche and cooked with arugula and zucchini, and shallots. The side salad is very nice and refreshing, just a couple of sneaky slimy lettuce that snuck in. But the crust of the quiche is so good I accidentally ate all of it before finishing the coffee. Long story short, the drip was hot and came after food. Pastries left a bit of grease on the hands and would not age well after 18-24 hours. Also side note, that Kringle is not technically a Kringle more like a sweet kolache as my friend who graduated and worked at Spago corrected me.

avocado toast, honey lavender latte
Faith N.

Ordered an avocado toast and it was just okay. The portion was decent with a good amount of avo, but the bread crust was nearly impossible to cut and bite through, the avo wasn't "smashed" or pressed onto the bread so it all slid off when I picked it up to eat, and it cost $18. Also got a seasonal honey lavender latte with oat milk which was way too sweet for my liking (and I normally lean towards sweeter drinks) The space is spacious and open for hanging out with friends or studying. The bathrooms are usually large and open but there was a plumbing issue when I came and flooded most of that area

Biiiiig baked goods

Menu: Typical coffee shop menu with some housemade syrups; lots of pastries/food Drink adjustability: They'll adjust sweetness levels (milk alternatives: $1) Seating: Open warehouse seating with a couple outlets Crowd: quiet mornings, seating fills up near lunch Parking: Plenty (corporate park) Features: No water filler, nice restrooms Came to Rye Goods on a Thurs morning around 8a to meet up with a friend. The entrance area has their pastries on display/breads for purchase, as well as a coffee menu. They had seasonal housemade syrups with lovely spice profiles. Regrettably, I haven't yet tried their baked goods, but my latte was lovely. Vibes here are great, plenty of metal tables/chairs and some sofas. There are a couple of seats are near outlets on a support column, but seats fill up pretty quickly after 10am. Lots of students come here to study. Heads up that as of Feb 2026 there's a small pizza place that shares the space- white tables are for Rye Goods, black tables are for the restaurant- and I saw them ask coffee shop customers to relocate tables once the restaurant opened.

Holy Moly Guacamole to the Avocado Toast Power. GREAT ODINS RAVEN. Wish I had known about this place a lot sooner. It's literally the closest establishment to my home (other than that Marijuana dispensary of course ;) ) This place is everything I love about a local business. Friendly warm and inviting staff. They offer advice and make sure to recommend appropriately based on my questions. That is hard to come by these days with so many clueless Gen Z employees that are socially awkward and competent as hell. Everyone here is awesome. The empanada was phenomenal. The almond milk late with that caramElized date syrup was exquisite. Can't wait to try the banana bread and Kringle I brought. Btw haven't even mentioned one of the best parts. This place is apparently ALL or mostly organic. Game changer. Btw I'm sure everyone loves how spacious it is, and the ample amount of tables and couches. I'm sure they provide WiFi as well since it seems like a great place to study / work. Cheers Big Ears!!!

I always felt like someone was there if I needed anything. Shipping was fast and well communicated. I received tracking information promptly, so I knew exactly when my delivery would arrive, and I was able to plan accordingly--no confusion at all. My order arrived securely and on time, and the whole delivery experience was seamless. The wine I ordered was a total hit. The bottles I've opened so far have been excellent--flavorful, well-balanced, and completely enjoyable. It's obvious they take quality seriously. I also reached out with a question about my order, and their team replied quickly and professionally. I decided to stop by their location on my drive to San Diego, where I met the owner (John). I was very impressed with his expert knowledge, and I especially enjoyed their large showroom. I love that they have a HUGE variety and that the space is not cluttered like most liquor businesses. Overall, I'm very impressed with their large variety, fair prices, and incredible customer service. Thanks, John! I will definitely be using this company again.

I discovered this play when I searched for this liqueur on Google. A few places popped up... in New York or San Diego. I didn't realize this stuff can only be found at select places. I'm from the Bay Area and it was tough to find it there. Well, I happen to be here in Orange County and The Original Wine Club popped up. They had what I was looking for online but I thought I'd give them a call - just to be sure. The person who answered the phone was very nice. He patiently looked and then let me know he had 2 bottles. I told him I would be coming from Corona and he said he'd have them for me whenever I got there. It took me about 30 min. Lots of parking. Big space full of bottles and lots of different types of liquor and wine. A man greeted me and I said "I'm the one who called about Grand Poppy." He walked me directly to the bottles. He was super friendly and kind. He knew his stuff that's for sure. Definitely come and stop here, especially if you're on the hunt for specialty items that you can't find at your local grocery store, Total Wine or BevMo.
