We recently upgraded our panel and WOW I am so impressed with Ryan Electric! I will def be using them for all my future electrical needs and recommending to all my friends and fam! First of all the communication with Kris in his front office was impeccable - she was extremely helpful over the phone when making my initial inquiry and she even answered on a SATURDAY! That is true professionalism right there. She had Robert the owner come out the very next morning and within 48 hours we had an estimate that we were happy to move forward with. We scheduled for the following week and he was right on time. He was very thorough in his work, including all city permits and inspections, PLUS repairing of the stucco after the work was done which many electricians in the area do not do. The upgrade took almost the whole day, and he was patient answering all of our questions throughout. Additionally he and his assistant took care to show me how everything worked after completion and included lot of little extras along the way that were not included in my original estimate. I needed a 220v line run to power our new cook top and called around after checking several Yelp recommendations. Christine at Ryan Electric answered on the first ring and quickly put me in touch with one of the field teams (Joey and Mr. Anonymous). Within an hour they were at my home to eyeball the situation and agreed to return when I had some preliminary work completed. As promised after two weeks, they were back and efficiently ran the new line from the main panel, provided an accessible junction box (which the home builder conveniently left out) and very quickly had added new outlets for me, indicating "your old ones looked sad) and wrapped everything up nice and neat. Cost was as expected and they kept me apprised of what issues they ran into and what or how the cost would be affected. Robert was great and very pleased with his work and professionalism. I found him on yelp and originally called him out for a small issue, he was able to fix it in a few minutes. Since he was already there, I asked for a quote to install 3 Ring flood lights and hang a TV (didn't know electricians did this but he does) and he gave me a reasonable quote. About a week had passed and I was now getting ready to go out of town for an extended time and forget to follow up with Robert and schedule for the work to be done. I called Robert asking if he can fit me in within the next 2 or 3 days, after moving things around, Robert called me back and told me he would be able to come before my trip and do the job. I was thrilled that he could fit me in. The day of the job, I asked if he could also install a Ring door bell, he said he could and again I was happy he could fit that in as he had another job after mine. I think overall my job took longer than expected but Robert never rushed the job and made sure that everything was properly installed before he left. Recently moving in, I didn't have internet so I was not able to check my flood lights or door bell, but the TV installation looked great. As of today, I have internet and have connected my flood lights and doorbell. Everything works perfectly and couldn't be happier with Robert's work. Robert gave me a quote this morning to change a very old circuit breaker that was malfunctioning and creating all kinds of minor issues for us. It included the old part and labor, so very reasonable. He was able to schedule me in same day. In fact he came by noon. I have a very old box from 1957. But Robert took the extra time to clean the bus & make sure good contact was made with the replacement breaker. Now everything is working perfect & it seems all my problems are fixed finally!. If you need quality work done for a good price, call Ryan Electric. Easy to communicate with, work to be done was discussed and straightforward. His office communicates well also. I had him do some rewiring in our attic to fix the attic fan that had been hardwired into the same line as our dining room lights (so fan was not venting out hot air unless our light was on... nice..) and he cleaned up some messy wiring on hanging lights for us as well.
