We had a "white glove" mattress delivery from this company through Macy's today which ended up being more of a home invasion. The two delivery men damaged a sentimental painting in our bedroom by leaning a heavy bed frame on it. When asked why they did that, the worker said there was nowhere else to put it. No apology, no remorse, and they even raised their voice at my wife. They both become increasingly hostile until I was thinking about calling the police. I told both men that they need to calm down, to which they said it was just "a language barrier." We all speaking English. After this, my wife felt unsafe in the home and left while I called for customer support. During the call, the two men took our mattress and the frame and left us with nothing to sleep on. The company's current solution to this is to reschedule the delivery for a week from now. So, we're left with no bed to sleep on for a week. However, the two delivery men already unpackaged the frame and mattress and took them both away. So, not only did we not receive anything today, but our products are now open and used instead of new. Definitely not a white glove experience and these two men should not be allowed into people's homes. We have had many deliveries through Macys that were wonderful and efficient. These guys were just two thugs that had no respect for anyone or anything. read more

Just received my Simmons mattress ordered from Costco. This was RXO the delivery team Simmons contracted with and they were exemplary. Great pre delivery communication with tracking to see where the team was in route to our home. They arrived when they said they would. They covered their shoes, they were so friendly and even offered to put the old mattress in a bag and move it to the front hallway for Costco to pick up. Can't say enough - they were great! Bought a dishwasher from LG, delivery and installation to be done by RXO. communication was great on multiple occasions. First delivery date techs brought new dishwasher but since old dishwasher was hard wired they weren't allowed or qualified to wire new dishwasher. We were told we needed a wall receptacle installed. We hired an electrician to install wall receptacle and rescheduled the dishwasher install. 2nd install crew not same as first crew, These two fellows were nice but never installed a dishwasher before, both were clueless on procedures and process for installation. Since new dishwasher came with separate electrical plug pigtail it too would need to be "wired ". Good thing my electrician did it for them. Since these guys weren't qualified but to unload the truck I sent them on their way. I ended up watching an install video from LG and did the install myself in 30 minutes. read more
