It took a second for the email of my label to go through so he helped someone else while that was happening but once my label hit he literally was working on two computers and helping us both simultaneously. The service in this store has absolutely tanked since the new ownership started in early 2026. I don't know if it was the owner or just a person who works there, but they were absolutely rude and unprofessional. I'd recommend you go anywhere but this store to do any business. Why offer service for notary if no one that works at this place can notarize. Makes no sense

I made an appointment for notary services on a Saturday using their online appointment system only to arrive and find that they didn't have a notary available on the weekends. The guy working there couldn't tell me the hours of when they would have a notary working, either. Wasted time. read more

Had an Amazon return that said it had to be dropped at Whole Foods due to the size. Let amazon know it's a 12 inch rail and the box was small 12x5". She said because it was listed under household items. Amazon thinks they're a large items so she went ahead and change the size in the computer on the Amazon side and said I would be able to drop it off at the UPS store just let them know that it was changed in the computer and that the size was acceptable to the UPS store and was not in fact a large household item box. Got there and had to drop off a couple of returns and when the guy scanned the code for the rail, he said it has to go to Whole Foods and I explained to him that Amazon said you just have to change it into the computer after visually inspecting it that it is not a large household item And he looked at me dumbfounded. He was like "oh yeah nah I don't know how to do that so I don't know you gotta take it to Whole Foods." And I know for a fact that the store can accept these items because I've done it before and the person at the register was able to change it just like the Amazon person said over the phone. Either train your employees to accept the Amazon packages correctly and fix the size in the computer or just don't do it at all because I had to drive Another 4 or 5 miles to the Whole Foods store when you guys could've taken the package! read more

I had to return an item from Amazon and this process was pretty simple. I just had to show them the return slip from Amazon and they handed me a receipt. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Stupid tracking on the package is not working. read more

My go to location for Amazon returns. Friendly and helpful staff. Last visit, didn't realize one return was 'pack your own'. I was at the 30 day return window so I had to buy an envelope. However, the gal helping me said - we have a box - you're good. She did explain that is not always the case and usually folks need to buy their own packaging. Great customer service! I have a box there and I love getting text messages telling me my package has arrived. Typically, they come soon after I get a message from the company I purchased it from, so I know they're on top of it. It only slows down during Christmas, but what can you expect, they're super busy! I prefer having them receive boxes for me versus wondering about the security of my front porch; especially with the rise of porch theft. My only complaint is the high upcharge on USPS items. I wish it was lower for items that don't need to be sent via UPS. But, I get it, they're UPS, not USPS, I just wish it was closer to stated rates. read more

Great customer service at this store. They promptly get me in and out, and they are very courteous. They even have a little play area for my two little kids (as well as complimenatry lollipops)! I also own a very small business, and I need to make color copies often. Their everyday price is only 29 cents/copy (if you make 100 or more). The Kinko's nearby wants triple that. This is a nice little UPS store in a busy multi shop Fred meyer complex. Parking was a bit tight but the employees greet everyone and seem to have good productivity. Took care of my packages with no hassle, store was clean and orderly. The people there were genuinely friendly and had a "No Problem" attitude. Will definitely be back! read more

They wouldn't notarize a car sale even though they advertise a full service notary. The rude manager basically told me the documents were to confusing for them and that they didn't want to do it. I went to the postal annex down the street and they had no issue what so ever.. so either they are lazy or incompetent.. probably both. I wouldn't recommend for a notary unless you want to waste your time. read more

Parking can be tight but this is one of the best shipping stores in the area. There's actually one down the street from my house but I drive all way to this one because they're so excellent. Never had any issue, the people are super nice and give quick service. Even when the line is long it takes half the time as some other locations to get through it. They also seem to understand international shipping better. I always have issues with other locations when trying to ship internationally but never once here. read more

The staff here is friendly and willing to help. I fax some document from this store and the recipient complained it was too dark to read. So I went back to ask them help me with the tint. They went back and forth between copy/fax machine to adjust it. In the end, they didn't charge me at all because they think it's their responsibility to fix it. That was not much of money but it makes my day to have such attentive service in this neighboring store! read more

Talk about great customer service! I was bummed to find an actual post office to mail my packages via flat rate USPS. So looking for a place that actually does send packages instead of always searching and ending up at a self serve station that doesn't. Anyways, when I realized this place did it, I was excited. I was greeted right away and asked what I needed. I told them what box size and that is was the USPS flat rate. They created the label for me, verified it and sent it out same day. Very satisfied with what happened today. I'm so happy that it's down the street from my house and now I know I can use them for all of my mailing needs! read more

They lost a very important package. Not only did it arrive five days later than it was supposed to, it got left by the carrier in an "unknown location"-not to the business it was addressed to. So now no one can find it. The people seem nice, but the person helping me in the store didn't seem to know much about the system and clearly didn't send it correctly, as it needed to be delivered on a specific date to the specific/correct address (duh). Thank you so much UPS, your incompetence lost a treasured family heirloom. You couldn't simply do the one job you're paid to do, so we won't be back. read more

I had to sadly transfer from the UPS Store in Lake Oswego near Bridgeport to this one due to my new home location. I have to say, it's only been a couple of months and I'm already really missing the Lake Oswego store. It was so much better managed than this one. First, this location didn't even have after-hours keys available when I started my box, nor did they have more than one key for my paid box. I had to come back several times before both were available. Second, the deposits for the after-hours keys are really expensive. Lake Oswego doesn't even do deposits for them anymore. This location charges $25 per key. Second, the staff (not manager) on my 1st visit to setup the box were poorly trained/undertrained. It took so long to get the box setup compared to the Lake Oswego location. In the meantime, a long line developed as both staff members seem to struggle with doing their tasks quickly, efficiently and with skilled knowledge. Third, the after-hours key at this location makes you have to lock it manually when you leave. The Lake Oswego location has a lock that allows you to access it with the key to enter, but not have to lock it as you leave. It locks behind you automatically. So, what happens if another box holder forgets to lock the door behind themselves?? Fourth, the package notification from Lake Oswego distinguished who the package was actually sent to and correctly identified the carrier that delivered it. I just received a notification that a package was received at this location. Since I know what we are expecting this time and know that there isn't more than one package, I know it is for me and was sent through Fedex. The notification says it's for my spouse and was sent through USPS. Again, probably an error from the undertrained/poorly trained staff on utilizing their own system properly. On a positive note, I do feel that the front staff are friendly and try to do their best. It's just unfortunate that they have such a poor setup and are undertrained. This location could use a whole lot of improvements to make it worth the price they charge. There is no difference in fee amounts between this location and Lake Oswego and I feel like I just got so much more for my money with the Lake Oswego location. read more

This place used to be either a Mail Boxes Etc. or a Mailboxes & More, and their upcharge for US Mail was reasonable. Now that they are owned by UPS, the upcharge is crazy, as in 59% more than the USPS price crazy. There is a Contract Postal Unit (with basic services) inside the Space Age gas station on Eider, just off of Walker and 185th. CPUs are not allowed to upcharge. read more
