I went to get my mail and the sign was up saying closed for some remodeling but I called and the owner was so nice unlocked the door and gave me my mail!! Absolutely impossible to get them to answer the phone. The computer lady on the other end just send you through prompts (and isn't helpful nor understands what you say) for 10 minutes and then hangs up on you. Billion dollar company but can't hire someone to answer the phone. Garbage company. Garbage CEO. Will never return. read more

They advertise printing. The computer to print documents was "broken" and apparently had been for some time. I sent my PDFs via email and they couldn't figure out how to receive it. They blamed Google email server, however I sent from an ICloud and Gmail server. The employee mentioned this being an ongoing issue and didn't seem to offer any solution. read more

I have had a PMB (private mail box) at this store for several years now. I find it very convenient to receive mail and packages here rather than trying to collect things from apartment manager offices, especially if your address changes frequently. Bhavesh and his staff, especially Steve, are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. This store offers many services besides mailing such as packing, printing, notary service and freight service. They also sell some great cards. I like the fact that this is a locally owned business so they care about the community. Yes the line for service can be a bit daunting at times, especially during the holidays, but they do their best to take care of everyone in a timely manner. The store is located in the Tanasbourne Safeway/ Trader Joes shopping center so there is plenty of parking. Highly recommend this store. read more

Back in early December I mailed a package that was never received. 4 months later, I'm still trying to get a claim resolved. This is an $800 respiratory therapy device that went missing. I first started the process 1-2 weeks after the package was supposedly delivered. I called this store twice, once before Dec 25, and once a few days after. Each time I was blown off because they were swamped because of the holidays. They took my number and promised to call me back when they got a free minute. I never heard from them. I think it was in January when I finally went by the store and started a claim. They promised to call me when there was a development. They never did. I found out about a development because I looked up the tracking number and it told me to contact the store. I went in another 1 or 2 times asking for updates, even once speaking to the guy who "handles claims". I had to email them a listing of the object, which I did. About a week later I emailed them asking for confirmation that they received my email and I never heard from them. I went in a discovered that they did receive my email and just never told me. Now I just needed to wait and see if it would be approved. They promised to call me with updates each of these times and of course never did. I got busy and I got sick, so I didn't check for maybe a month or so. I went in this past Monday (today is Saturday). The guy who handles claims looked up the case. He told me the claim was approved. He just needed to find the check. He got my number and said he would call me when he found it. I almost lost it because I new they weren't going to call me. But I kept my calm face on. I went in today to return a package to Amazon. I asked the guy working there if he knew anything. He said he would mention it to the claim handler guy and that guy would get in touch. Today was the first day I was anything other than polite and I hope I didn't ruin my chances of ever getting the check. I told him about the times I never got a call back and he got upset and said the claims handler guy never forgets and if I hadn't heard anything it was because the check hadn't arrived. I don't know if everyone here has bad memory or if they just don't want to call customers. Shouldn't they have some kind of system that reminds them of tasks they need to complete. Other than long wait times, I had no complaints about this store before, but once this is resolved, I never want to go to this store again. read more

I am a 59 year old woman with PTSD. I went I to this store to return a package. Aa it were, I needed an Amazon app for QR Code. My v ell phone glitched but I still needed to know, to HEAR tje procedure I would need to follow. Chase was the agent who was supposed to help and he never asked HOW he could help me he just said, " There is nothing I can do for you" and walnes away. As I stood there crying, I asked him did he really say that to me and he never even acknowledged that he hurt me as I was crying and shaking. I called my daughter on tje phone to see if she could help me and we rei2d a few things without success. I asked for manager several times before someone finally said Can I help you? All it was is that I needed ro turn wifi off a d use mobile data IN STORE! Now, had anyone asked HOW I could be helped tje flow would have been a smooth one. Obviously this happens often if that other guy immediately knew what tje problem was and helped me get yo the screen I needed to complete my business there. All Chase has to do was to apologize for needing h to take tje others behind me and let me know Joe would be glad to help but line was long. The other customers were kind and offering to help me Even saying g they didnt mind waiting if someone could help. But NO. CHASE WAS RUDE. HUMILATED AND DEVALUED ME! I me.tiomed that he wouldnt want any beloved females in his life to be treated like he treated me when o was on the way out I also said he needed to be kinder. Instead of apologizing, he BARKED!! Have a nice day! I cried so hard I couldnt drive and went to the Emergency Department scared I might have a coronary! All lives matter and me I am a black woman who felt, discriminated (I hate the race card) but if tje shoe fits. MY LIFE MATTERS! I wouldnt recommend using this branch and it is a disgrace to United Parcel Service A FULL DISGRACE! I was traumatized by this experience. You see, you never know WHO people are and what they have gone through so being kind and courteous is a given in Custoner Service. In LIFE, period!! He needs to GO!! Step up UPS Hillsboro! I've never really had a good experience at this UPS, but I do have to come here frequently due to how close it is to my place. when I sell items on offer up I will typically get the notification it was scanned right in that moment when they do it. However, the last few times I've turned something in it seems to never get scanned or delivered. The associates will often tell people to leave their package if it was a drop off, Do Not Do This! It seems that whenever that happens nothing happens to the package, other than getting lost. When I call to ask if it was scanned they say everything is scanned that comes in. But I never receive that notification it was. Many of the times the associates are also condescending about this and seeming to be with any question you have when you're in person. I've lost so many packages coming to this store and never any other UPS location. read more

Ditto what the last 3 people said. I went here because they were listed as a DHL Authorized Ship center and I needed to ship something via DHL using the recipient's account number. As soon as they found out that they won't be getting any money from me, they're unhelpful. They didn't want to give me those free waybills that you can fill out to ship the package. I asked if there's another place nearby that has the waybill and they said no. I went on the web and found Postal Works a couple minutes away (also listed as DHL authorized center) and they were able to provide with with the waybill and even an extra form they know is needed to ship internationally. So, if you already have a DHL package ready with waybill completed, then you can drop off your package here. Otherwise, go elsewhere. They really should be removed from the list of DHL's website's authorized ship centers! read more

It's a convenient location near Trader Joes but I needed a receipt to drop off a package. Luckily there was no line as usual and the lady proceeded to lecture me about the absurdity of needing a receipt to send a package. I told her I needed it in the event it gets lost, it proves I dropped it off. She went on for about 5 minutes about how that doesn't make a difference and she think it's ridiculous people wait in line just to get a receipt to drop off a package. With the long lines and various people standing around a package can easily be stolen if it were to be just left on the counter to eventually be picked up by them. Her annoyance about supplying a receipt was ridiculous. It would've been faster for her to print my receipt in the 5 seconds it takes instead of the 5 minute lecture. SMH. read more

I had a mail box with this franchised UPS Store, the owner Bhavish charged e crazy fee like $15 for forwarding, $20 for packaging. What's worse, after my mail box expired. He took 2 of my packages that worth over $1K and never forwarded to me. He claimed he returned the packages to shipper. But I checked with the merchant, the packages were never returned. He is a thief, stay away from this store, especially the owner Bhavish, he will make you pay so much more and may be steal your packages and said they were lost! read more

Went in to return a package and being it my first time there to print out a label, I had questions. Unfortunately, it seemed like I was only a bother to the employees, especially the lady too busy to talk to me on her computer. After quickly explaining to me how the box packaging worked, she went back to staring at her screen and looked at me like I was stupid when I asked her to go over a part I had missed. Didn't say a word when I was leaving. UPS, you may be a popular choice for delivery but your customer service could use more work. Will not be returning. read more

Terrible place. Don't got many good thing to say about here. Lines are always long. People don't understand first come first served.... nor do the staff.. Went on one time last year to drop off 3 boxes. Was my first time every shipping with ups. And only one side of the box was taped closed. And they taped the boxes then scanned the box and went to next. After last box they taped the manager try charging me $2 for tape. Told them I was broke and then he try kicking me out the store before handing me my drop off receipt. I demand the receipt and he kinda fussed about it but coughed it up..... I'm not going to drop off my stuff without a receipt. Idc if ups doesn't require it when you make a claim. I feel most comfortable doing it this was and UPs and here to serve us. I've had wildly different experiences here. My first was very good - the young man behind the counter was friendly and knowledgable and I was really happy with them Today I went to drop something off with a pre-printed label and I needed tape to secure the label to the package.. and the older man there (the owner?) insisted on a $1 charge for the two little pieces of tape needed to put the label on the package. Seriously? Look, I totally get that it's not free and you have expenses to cover, etc, but what just happened here is bad customer service that's going to stick with me (and, oh look, I'm also telling other people about it!) What did that tape cost you? Pennies, maybe? What has the experience of nickel and dime-ing your customer cost you? : That customer and all of her future business, because why would I now would go back to that store? read more

Abridged Version: AVOID THIS PLACE!!! (fedex is about 3 stores down) Long Version: My wife and I sold a framed print on eBay (size was approx. 15x23) and utilized approximately 50 feet of bubble wrap before constructing the box around the print. When shipping we told the Asian gentlemen that the print was fragile and was framed with glass. We told him how we shipped it (i.e. just the bubble wrap) and he proceeded to sell us additional insurance in case of damage. FFWD: The day after our package was lost the online tracking system updated with the message that it was being sent back to sender because it was damaged. My wife and I went in and spoke with another gentlemen who said that they would look into it when it arrived but that in order to collect on insurance we needed to pack with bubblewrap, peanuts, and put our box into another box. This fact was conveniently left out by the employee when he sold us the insurance. Obviously, we would have adhered to any requirements in order to satiate the demands of the insurance contract. However, this location would rather just collect the money for additional insurance as the loophole was undisclosed to us. We picked up our package and not only was the glass broken but they had cut into our box and several inches of bubble wrap and cut the frame. Unbelievable. However, on our way out the owner offered my wife $10 in free copies. That should make the sting of the $300 loss feel better. Unfortunately, our claim was denied. The Asian kid who works at that location told his boss that he told us about the options. I am sure I will see $300 in my lifetime again but lying to cover your own but lacks integrity. Selling insurance without informing the customers of the packing requirements lacks integrity. Do yourself a favor and go to FedEx or USPS as this location lacks integrity and will be dishonest and not do the right thing. read more

Terrible Product and Customer Service with No Follow-through Just over 3 months ago we took our son's framed college football jersey to the UPS store. It was both packed and shipped to him by the UPS Store. It arrived severely damaged. The shipping box was smashed, the frame broken and the glass shattered. Needless to say, we were all both surprised and upset by this occurrence. In the past we have been very happy with the service provided by the UPS stores. This time however, from the beginning of the process until now, has been anything but positive. As soon as we learned of the damage, we immediately notified UPS and the UPS Store and filed all of the paperwork they required. In addition, we sent photos, estimates for repair, and receipts for the packing and shipping, as directed. My wife spoke to a representative at the UPS store several times about this and after not getting her calls returned on several occasions, finally learned that the person who had been handling this was no longer at the store (apparently he had left weeks before she found out he was gone and while she was still told she was leaving messages for him that would be returned). She then was able to get in touch with the owner of the store and explain the situation to him. Again, nothing was done. After some back and forth with the owner, she was told that there was some problem with determining who was responsible for making things right; the individual store or UPS corporate. So while we again waited for this confusion to be resolved (something that we strongly believe we did not belong in the middle of) nothing has been done. Recent contact with the store has resulted in nothing but more excuses. Starting to get increasingly more frustrated, and wanting to avoid escalating this into becoming a legal issue, we reached out to UPS Corporate on social media. And they actually responded...at first. And then, as before we have been met with nothing but silence even after more emails to the person who contacted us. To say that this is terrible customer service, both by the individual UPS store and by UPS corporate would be a gross understatement and we wanted to make sure that others are aware of the lack of care and respect with which UPS treats its customers! Needless to say, we will not be using UPS again and will make sure that all of our friends, family, and contacts are made aware of this so that they can make their own informed decisions about whether or not they want to support a company that appears to care so little about their customers and about doing what they say (and are paid) to do. I went to this UpS to return the shoes I bought online. I had my 1.5 year old on my back and newborn baby on the front of me so I had 35+ pounds of kids hanging off me. I thought I would be more polite to have them under my control while I'm trying to get help instead of having a kid terrorize a place of business. While Steve, the dick of an employee and scumbag of a person, was attempting to help send a package, he had the audacity to look at me and say "I thought your heel days were over" I don't get mad very often and it takes a lot to piss me off but this is unacceptable!!! Great service! Had a 28 page document I needed to fax and FEDEX quoted $56 while this UPS store offered $25. Not only that but they gave me a free copy of my documents because the original pages were too thick for the fax machine. They then made sure the documents got through while I verified over the phone the other side received it. I will be coming back here again whenever I need something faxed. read more

Matt has absolutely no customer service skills and is someone who either needs to check his attitude or not work In a customer service environment. He made it very obvious he hates his job and doesn't want to be there. He was rude, short tempered, and impatient. I've never felt uncomfortable being in a store before today, he actually made me feel bad for even coming in. That's just what I need after waiting outside in line for over 30 mins. I come here every other month or so and everyone has been great except him, so if I happen to get him again when I stop by I'll be asking for someone else. read more

The staff at this store could not be more helpful or nicer. We were greeted every time not just with a smile, but with a genuine welcome and questions about how we were adjusting to Oregon. I pre-printed labels with UPS on line and was told to take them to a UPS store for signature to ship because the value was over $1000. When I got to this store I was told they couldn't sign for anything with that dollar amount unless they printed the labels because they weren't UPS, they were an independent business. I had already printed the labels and paid for them so why would I do that again. If they weren't able to do it then UPS shouldn't let this "independent business" do UPS services. I have used this store on a number of occasions for mailing packages at the last minute. The staff has always gone above and beyond. The owner, Bhavesh, recently ran 5 blocks to try to stop a UPS truck for me so that my package could go out that day (the package went out successfully). And I hadn't even paid him yet for the package. I mean really, how many owners or stores would do that? Last Christmas I had a large box to mail to the East coast. To save me money on the deliver fees, they offered and cut down and repacked my box, which save me about $25.00. Again, how many businesses would do that? This store and Bhavesh have my complete loyalty and admiration. Terrific, terrific, terrific. read more
