(fingers crossed) Pre-delivery: Noticing that a direct signature will be required, I hop on to the FedEx app requesting a hold at this location. Within 10 minutes, I notice a voicemail from this location that they're expecting a shipment, delivery date will be updated soon, and that there's a 5 day hold period before the package will get sent back to the sender. Pickup: Super smooth, friendly and so quick! If you have the FedEx app, I strongly recommend checking it for a pickup QR code. I showed my ID, signed, and within a couple of minutes was on my way -- there are even hand carts near the entrance of the store so you can easily carry multiple packages. Very easy to work with and explained anything I didn't understand. He was very professional and just very nice. Because I had to FedEx my prints and get them back as soon as possible, he let me drop them off at a FedEx facility, so they would go out on Saturday instead of having to wait until Monday to be picked up at their facility. They follow the requirements and I haven't had an issue with any photo being accepted. My most recent interaction with Postal Plus was shipping a package around the holidays. The US Postal Service line can always be arduous this time of the year, but for a few extra bucks more I was more than happy to have Postal Plus help me out. They offered me some options for shipping, including UPS and FedEx, and in the end found a great price that also worked with the shipping timeline I needed. The service has always been friendly and helpful too!
