Was on NW 23rd running errands and noticed this FedX location so went back to my car to get the packages I was going to take to my regular Fed X. Funny how I never noticed this location before. In addition to mailing packages, they offer the other services - printing, faxing, photos, etc., and supplies for purchase. No private parking lot, it's on street paid parking so for me, this isn't a destination, more of a convenience if I'm already shopping on NW 23rd.

Sick employees should stay home instead of exposing customers and causing preventable errors.

I ordered a poster for a professional conference and did not receive the required call or text notification when it was completed. When I raised this issue, the associate and manager were argumentative and insisted they had called me. I have zero record of a missed call or voicemail, making their claim completely unfounded. Considering a professional poster that cost almost $70, I expected the courtesy plastic tube that FedEx used to provide. They apparently don't offer that anymore, which is a massive downgrade in quality that they seriously need to reconsider bringing back. Maybe the employees are upset over the ANTI-UNION policies at FedEx... ‍ Thankfully, there was a kind older gentleman working there who stepped in and neatly packed my premium poster in a box. Thank you to him for mitigating the experience.
