Very easy to work with and explained anything I didn't understand. He was very professional and just very nice. Because I had to FedEx my prints and get them back as soon as possible, he let me drop them off at a FedEx facility, so they would go out on Saturday instead of having to wait until Monday to be picked up at their facility. My only gripes were that she was a little unsure about the paperwork I brought in for her to fill out. Also, the paperwork required, as is common with fingerprinting services, that the envelope provided be tamper-proof. All she did was put my fingerprints in a manilla envelope and signed over the seal. I could easily just open the envelope up and seal it right back up again with some glue. That makes me a little nervous, but she seems to be experienced so I'll take her word for it and keep my fingers crossed. I also don't love that she's cash or check only, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. I would definitely recommend ABC Mobile Fingerprinting.

I was so annoyed at myself for picking this location. Why? Next to PSU, hardly any street parking avail., students abound, so had to be extra vigilant with watching for pedestrians. I had to laugh. It'd be much smoother if I took public transpo. down. When I entered it was tight of people just standing there. I guess this is the line? It seemed like it might be agony. Bad thing, I had an appointment, so I couldn't bail. I was just patient and stood among the others. It was not as bad as it seemed, they helped me pretty quickly. First asked me to wash my hands - so stepped in to the washroom for a minute. The clerk was nice, we chatted and he was very kind, quick, and hospitable. Asked me what I was up to. Great service.

Our apostille however, ... we were told it would take 2 months - but that turned out to be a guess and in the end it was going to arrive too late to be of use to us. So, they then told us that we could pay an extra $200 each and get it expedited. However, they couldn't guarantee that it would arrive any faster. We went with another service who would have done it ALL for half the price and had a 10 day guarantee. Don't get rolled by PDX Fingerprinting.
