I made this purchase in July 1st, was supposed to be delivered on Aug 15th. It was finally delivered Oct 6th. The most aggravating thing was that between Peloton and XPO, nobody would take ownership of resolving the delivery date confusion. Ten days ago, the XPO team came to deliver the bike, and they said my neighbor told them I wasn't home, so they did not even ring the bell, they just took it back to the warehouse. Unbelievable! Up until today, XPO delivery services were not the best, but also were not the worst. So far, they've delivered items from Lowes and IKEA for me, and though there were some snags, not all of them were completely XPO's fault and all my items did eventually arrive. Other reviewers have mentioned that XPO failed to call 24 hours in advance of delivery time (as they had promised) or just failed to call - I found that XPO usually called the night before the scheduled delivery (and late at night too, like after 7pm) with delivery times that never seemed to match the times I'd requested. That being said, the service reps at XPO have all been courteous and as helpful as they can be, given that they seem to have remote offices fielding calls nationally (one lady asked me what timezone I was calling from). I did need to reschedule because one time, they were running 2 hours late and the loading dock at my building closed (their fault), and the other time, they delivered a dishwasher instead of a stove (Lowes' fault). Also, because I had to reschedule when they were late, the items I was supposed to receive that day were somehow lost and had to be reordered for delivery three weeks later (again, not completely XPO's fault, though if they'd been on time, it wouldn't have happened). The moving staff have generally been courteous and efficient...until today. Long rant begins here: So today, the stove arrived. Another family was moving into the building and they took longer than anticipated, so XPO's truck was not able to pull up right next to the loading dock. What do they decide to do? Unpack the stove right there outside the truck. As I walked up, I saw them literally removing all the protective styrofoam, plastic, and even the tape that holds the oven door closed during transport! Just...why? I immediately asked them to stop, but the damage was done. They loaded the mostly-unwrapped stove onto a two-wheeled dolly and transported it to my apartment. They then gave me the paperwork for the wrong customer, who ordered a similar stove from the same company that's $600 cheaper. I signed without looking, preoccupied with how my unprotected stove had been handled, then when I looked at the wrong paperwork, I had to run down to the delivery people for the correct paperwork then call Lowes to make sure that they'd actually delivered the right item. So of course there's now a few scratches on the front of the stove where they leaned it against the dolly, as well as tons of fingerprints from when they lifted it onto the dolly and placed it in my apartment. I tried to remove the marks with stainless steel cleaner hoping that the scratches were just dirt, but no luck. This all could have been avoided if they'd just left the product in the box like every other XPO delivery person I've dealt with. There's definitely some good people working at XPO. Customer service and the delivery people put up with a lot, yet most of the people I've dealt with still remain pretty friendly. But after having to reschedule for this stove once, changing my travel plans to accommodate the new delivery date, and seeing the delivery people inexplicably decide the unpack the stove right outside the truck, I hope that Lowes and IKEA look into using a different delivery company. read more

I would give them a negative score because of what happened this morning with my washer dryer delivery purchased from Best Buy. The delivery window was 7am-1 pm. They called my phone at 6 am and arrived at 6:25. When I inspected the items, found a dent on the dryer. Asked them to initiate a return, they refused to call best buy or their supervisor. They kept ignoring me and my husband constantly saying that we do not want these items and kept doing their work. They were rude and laughing at us and saying this is not even a dent. We asked them again to return the items, they said ok, went to the garage and left without telling us. I called their manager and he hanged up on me when I said I have a complaint. Horrible service! My mattress delivery guys were courteous and helpful! XPO Logistics gave me a courtesy call of my delivery date and time and sent me text message reminders day before and day off of status. Due to the covid-19 pandemic the delivery guys were only supposed to drop off to my garage or front door. I'm giving 3 stars because my mattress arrived in perfect condition. Logistics was horrible, it took me 3 weeks to receive my mattress. The first problem was they sent the mattress to wrong distribution center but left me waiting the entire day to receive the delivery. When I called multiple times they keep saying just wait it will arrive and of course it didn't happen. Second, they told me the delivery was going to be until September and change it to 3 day's after the call. Finally, the day of delivery they schedule between 2-6pm but arrive at 1:30pm. read more

I ordered appliances from Sam's club.com. XPO was used as the delivery service. They, provided texts on the day before and the day of delivery to identify the delivery window. On the day of delivery I received a text asking if they could arrive an hour early, which was great for me. They were quick professional and efficient in their service. In this day and age I often get poor service especially at big box stores. I cannot say enough good things about how diligent, professional, and exceptional XPO's service was. I would like to give a quick shout out to Thomas and Nekai, the delivery technicians, for a fantastic and efficient job. I would put 0 stars but u have to put at least 1. I ordered a special washer, dryer, and refrigerator over a month ago. I knew it was a special order item. That's why I ordered it a month ago. So I got a call on Dec 22nd and everything was good to go. Then I get a call on 23rd saying that they're out of stock on everything but the washer and it will take a month longer to get the washer, dryer, and refridlgerator delivered. Now I have a baby and had to buy a refrigerator for out in my garage for my child's milk at least. Below is the puctures of how my appliance spots look like as I write this review. We had a warranty replacement on our Tempur-Pedic bed base. XPO was assigned to deliver it. The first time they called, I didn't know the number so I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. A few days later, I get another call from that number, and refuse call because I didn't know the number. I was checking my email, and saw emails I had missed 2 emails from "Joseph" I get hundreds of emails a day, so they are easy to miss. His email stated it was the second time he tried to contact me, and left his number to call him to schedule a time for delivery. The following Monday I called, and asked for Joe. The gentleman that answered the phone informed me that Joe was on the phone, but he could help me. He told me that based on where I was located, they only delivered Monday and Thursday, and since it was Monday, he wanted to set me up for a time on Thursday. My husband was out of town for business, so I asked him if we could do the following week. He set it up for Monday. I asked if he knew when they would come Monday (because we both work during the day), and he told me they would call Saturday night with a 4 hour delivery window for Monday. Saturday came, no call. We were busy, so I didn't even think about it until we were getting ready for bed. Monday after work, I called and spoke to Joe again, and he told me there was a computer glitch, and it was showing they were delivery the bed base but someone else was picking up the old one, and it kicked out my address. He set up a new delivery date, for today, and told me I would get a call the night before setting up the time. The night before, I received a call at 7:51 pm. It was an automated message stating my delivery would be between 10 am and 12 pm, and we would receive a call when they were 30 minutes away. I tried to reschedule since my husband had a meeting at 10:30 that day, and would most likely not be able to make it home in time, but they were closed for the night. My husband canceled his meeting, because it was easier for him to get home for delivery than me. I watched my phone all morning, waiting for a call to let me know they were 30 minutes away, so I could tell my husband. At 11:30 pm, Joe called me and said that he wanted to make sure I got my delivery window, because they had, yet again, had a computer glitch. He told me he was calling everyone that was scheduled for today to give them their delivery window. I told him I received a phone call saying it was being between 10 & 12, but seeing it was 11:30 I didn't think they were coming. He told me that the delivery guys had one more delivery, before me, so it would be more like between 1 & 3. I only worked until noon, so I came home and waited. I'm sure my husband was probably a little upset he had to cancel his meeting because of this. The truck that pulled up to my house was full of graffiti and didn't say XPO on it. It said Dynasty Holdings T & D LLC. So I figured they hired out to have someone do the job. It would've been nice to be told it wasn't an XPO truck, because it was very shady. Luckily, the gentleman that delivered were courteous and kind. They came in and took out the old and set up the new. They were here maybe a total of 15 minutes. So overall, XPO wasn't bad, but they definitely need to get a better system in place, if their system is that glitchy. read more

YOU GETS ZERO STARS XPO...ZEROOOOOO I purchased a refrigerator from Sears Outlet in Marietta, GA a few weeks ago and paid for a home delivery confirmed for Monday, June 19th between 3:00-5:00pm. My wife cancelled all of her massage clients that afternoon to be home for the delivery which has not been received to date. Below is a time line of the disappointing XPO experience. I blame the company execs/owner more than any one driver. The problems start at the top and based on all of these complaints, it's obvious their logistics operations department is clueless. Monday, June 19th. 12:49 PM: I received a call from the 3rd party courier XPO, letting me know the driver would need to push back the delivery window 30 min, arriving no later than 5:30 pm. 6:28 PM: One hour past the promised delivery time, I called the courier, XPO directly at 844-281-2557 and asked for status. The representative called the driver who reported that he was 25 miles away and still had 2 deliveries to make before mine. He couldn't committ to an ETA at that time. So, we continued to wait without a fully operational refrigerator. 7:54 and 7:55 PM: I received two robo calls back to back from XPO stating that my delivery was now scheduled for Thursday, June 22nd between 3:00 - 5:00 PM 10:27 PM call received from XPO driver at phone # (470) 695-xxxx stating that he was 20 -30 min away from my home with the refrigerator. I told him that arriving 5 hours late was unacceptable and that it was too late to come by. I then told him about the robo calls I had received earlier that said to expect the delivery on Thursday, 6/22. He said that no one had communicated that to him but I'm pretty sure he was fine with going home earlier. Thursday, June 22 My wife called XPO courier at 3:00 to ensure that the delivery would be made on schedule before 5:00 PM. XPO told her they knew nothing about our delivery and that we would need to contact Sears ourselves. Sunday June 24 After two days of not knowing where my fridge was, Sears finds it at a different location in Marrow, GA. They called me and scheduled another delivery for Monday 6/25 3:00-5:00pm (today). Monday 6/25 I receive another call from XPO that delivery was delayed and to expect the fridge to arrive between 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Here we go again. 6/25 9:50 PM (Current time when I'm writing this review) The driver just called to say that he has one more delivery to make before me and that he can't get to me before 11 PM. - WHAT THE HELL? - Then, he asked if he could bring it by first thing in the morning? You think I'm going to belive that he'll show up on time after all of this? GUESS WHAT TIME IT IS NOW? It's 11:26 PM as I type all this mess out on my phone just to make it known how whaaaack this company is and how whack Sears is for continuing to use their services. Sears is XPO's customer, not the me, the buyer. XPO knows this, which is how they're able to continue to operate with such horrible reviews. As long as Sears or Lowes isn't complaining, XPO is going to continue getting paid to screw up. What the heck, XPO? My wife missed two partial days of work that amounts to over $500 in lost wages and we still do not have our refrigerator. I worked from home today to wait for your 3rd attempt at delivery and you want to come at midnight??? The Marietta Sears Outlet floor manager was the only one who tried to assist me to make my experience more satisfactory, but he couldnt get any information from the courier before yesterday. No one knew where my fridge was. This is CRAZY! read more

Two men arrived with a 200 lbs dry cleaning machine and managed it up a curving staircase and around two tight corners without damaging themselves, the walls, staircase, or machine.
