The auction house reached out to this Pak Mail store and they said that they would ship for 25.00. I received the miniature portrait and months later the owner called me saying that I had not paid for shipping??? He said he had tried to contact me numerous times by phone and email (I saw no messages, no emails. He called Christmas Eve and said it was just 25.00 and wanted my credit card information. to go ahead and take care of. I said I would mail him a check., I thought all seemed fishy --Usually nothing is shipped before it is paid for and I thought that I had paid for shipping. I called the store and said I wanted to pay my balance. They said that they did not show that I owed anything. Told owner this and he said he took care of all the billing that I owed him the 25.00. So I told him I will mail a check. Had check ready to mail but called my bank before I mailed and I had paid the 25.00 months before about one week after auction. This was a scam on the part of owner. I emailed him that I checked with my bank and told him date paid and I would not be sending a check. Never heard another word from the guy. I would definitely avoid this Pak Mail,

As a business owner, I often need various services, and I know I can count on them to handle my needs with care and efficiency. Recently, I moved 15 miles away, and while there is a UPS Store just 2 miles from my new home, I chose to stop there out of convenience. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite--poor customer service and a lack of organization. That visit reminded me how grateful I am for the consistent, reliable service I receive at the Marietta UPS Store. Even though it's now a longer drive, I will gladly travel the 15 miles to ensure my business needs are handled by Alex and his team. Excellent job--thank you for always going above and beyond

Outstanding Electric Company!…read more I had an extremely challenging situation with a master bathroom project after the previous contractor abandoned the job. The walls had already been tiled, and the electrical work for the fixtures had been done very poorly. Several electricians and contractors came out to look at the project, but most declined to take it on because the situation was such a mess. Then I called Lightning Bug Electric, and they were absolutely fantastic from the very beginning. They immediately arranged for Cody to come out for a site visit. He took the time to really understand the situation, carefully thought through each challenge, developed a plan, and provided me with a quote on the spot. I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to take on a difficult project that others had walked away from. The very next morning at 9:00 a.m., two technicians arrived and got to work. Marcus and Anthony were brilliant, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly skilled. They navigated an extremely complicated situation with expertise and a great attitude. Not only did they never seem frustrated by the challenges they encountered, they were so kind and courteous. They took the time to do the job correctly rather than taking shortcuts. What impressed me most was that all three--Cody and the two technicians--mentioned how much pride they take in their work. And it absolutely showed. The quality of the work was outstanding. They were professional from start to finish, communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and left me feeling confident that the electrical work was finally done properly. Lightning Bug Electrical exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional electricians who genuinely care about the quality of their work. Five stars without hesitation!
