Worse then useless. They scheduled a delivery with a four hour window of 1-5pm. So far so good. 5pm comes around an no info, no delivery. I called the number, no one was working at that time but the automated bot tells me I should expect a delivery between 5-7pm. Not a problem if they are running late. 7pm rolls around and no info, no delivery. Called the bot again and the delivery window is now 7-9pm. I have some doubts, but ok. 9pm is here, no info, not delivery. Bot now says it is tomorrow. I call them when there are people on the office and was told they tried to contact me, which never happened. Then they told me the next delivery time was next week, since they only deliver to my area once a week. No "we are sorry, we'll have it to you today", no nothing. I ask how can they/I be sure I'll actually see them next week since they actually have such a blase attitude on making deliveries and have no issues lying about it. After escalating it within RXO and the retailer (LG), nobody can do anything. I tell LG (who has had this back ordered for two months) to keep their stupid TV I don't want it, and RXO that they are incompetent liars. I then ordered a better TCL TV from Best Buy for less money and hopefully reliable delivery. I hope RXO loses money on having to return the TV they failed to deliver back to LG. read more

The RXO experience started with a dud as I got a notice from Samsung that my TV was going to be delivered only for it to somehow disappear and RXO tell me it wasn't coming. 2 weeks later I get another notice of delivery only to once again learn it would not get delivered but that I needed to reach out to schedule a new delivery date. One would think that if they couldn't deliver they would schedule you for the next day or as soon as possible. Nope. I called and got a delivery date for a week later. So now I'm 3 weeks post when I should have received it and I am given a window of 10-2 for the delivery. However, it doesn't show up until about 2:45 and, as a result, I was unable to go to the event I planned to that afternoon that I would have been able to attend had they showed up on time. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a delivery scheduled for December 31st, 2024. They just completely skipped delivering my washer and dryer at all. They told both Samsung and myself that "traffic" is why they didn't come out during my delivery window. RXO should have just said we can't deliver on New Year's Eve or New Years. It would be easy to schedule around my actual plans. Now their tracking shows no location for my appliance. They can't even be bothered to answer the phone to "re-schedule" my delivery. Their automated system just hangs up on you. They are probably closed from the holiday. Samsung shouldn't be dealing with a company like this. They lie actively on the phone with you and tell you it's your fault. They said there was no answer at my home. Their tracking shows they came to my home around 8:24 in the morning and then again at 8:52 in the morning. My delivery window was 3:30 PM - 7:30PM. I was sitting outside in my yard during my delivery. Funny that I didn't see their truck show up. Samsung told me the actual truth which was traffic was too bad so they didn't even bother delivering. * Captain's log, star date 2/20/25: It has taken this long since discovering 1/11/25 that the oven doesn't get to temperature for LG's warranty team to get someone out to take a look at this oven - with weekly, sometimes 2x/week, calls and texts directly with LG's social media team, helpline, Presidential liaison, and CS team. And when the tech looked at it, guess what they found: the 4-wire oven was wired incorrectly to the 3 wires from my junction box. The oven came with instructions for this very connection. So the RXO team still managed to not do this oven justice and hooked it up with only 120 coming to an oven that needed 240 - but with a lot of proactive elbow grease on my part I got the right team (LG's own techs) out here to look at this install and get it corrected. 3 months after I initially ordered this oven, it's finally working the way it should. read more

I ordered a 85in TV that was not delivered on the original date intended. The driver Ramirez Santizo was 3 min away when I received a call stating the truck was to big to go under a 10ft bridge. I suggested for him to find away around and he stated there was no way around. I preceded to ask him to dolly the TV to me and he suggested that I meet him with a pickup truck to get my TV even though I paid for delivery to my home. I refused. So he told me that he was going to call the office and never called me back. After some time had passed, I went to their website and had to speak with someone in a chat named Ryan. He also insisted to tell me that Mr. Santino ask for you to meet him. After no result on having my delivery that day I had to call out of work again and wait two more days to receive my purchase brought in van only to see that they used and over 10" truck to deliver the TV. I asked how did they get to my home and the stated that they went around the bridge. I have been talking to Samsung and RXO in regards to compensation for this lack of professionalism and waste of my time and I have yet to be taken serious in this matter after multiple attempts to resolve this issue. The last person I spoke with (Katrina) showed promise to have the issue resolved stating that she would have a Mgr call me only to dismiss me and ignore my calls. This place is complete trash and Samsung needs to find another delivery service to represent their company and products. Not to mention, the TV that I brought from Samsung was discounted with a work employment discount. I went back to purchase the same TV and my taxes were less and work discount was double than what it was when I first brought it for. This was in the span of a day in between purchases. I called Samsung and they refunded me the additional I paid but why was it different in the first place. When I told Samsung about this issue with their delivery service the told me that we cant comp you as you have already been compensated and they can only issue compensation once per customer. Purchased a dishwasher from LG who hired RXO for delivery and installation. Three limited skilled young men arrived to do the installation. Due to their inexperience they advised that my cut off valve needed replacement due to a minor drip. After leaving my hiring a plumber the valve only needed tightening, and not replacement. However, due to their limited troubleshooting skills they over prescribed an unnecessary plumbing job. Needless to say the dishwasher was not installed and that then took another 4hrs to rescheduled. Incompetent customer service team. This crew requires a seasoned installer on the job. Simple troubleshooting should be required for this type of work, not escalating unnecessary repairs. I have never had a worse experience with a shipment company. The worst part is that they are the ONLY company contracted by major electronics companies to deliver and install appliances. So, it seems that suppy and demand makes it ok for a company to 1. not communicate with customers. 2. reschedule without communication 3. not have a licensed installer and leave consumers without adequate updates on their delivery. I even spoke to someone through Facebook messenger who stated "The team that completes licensed delivery/installs is currently unavailable to complete orders. We are looking at options of brining in another licensed team ASAP and as soon as it becomes clear when we can offer to schedule your order, we will reach out and let you know." How is this good business to have a monopoly on delivery and installation services but cannot provide said services??? My husband ordered a dishwasher in early/ mid July, where the delivery was rescheduled a minimum of 5 times... he cancelled that order. Tried a different retailer, same delivery company.... he cancelled that order. Ordered again from the original retailer (obviously I need this item!), had a delivery notice for yesterday that NEVER showed up and was never communicated until I called them and was then told it was not delivered. So here we are again, waiting for an update, waiting for a licensed installer, etc etc I understand that staffing is an issue across industries but give me a break don't offer a service that you cannot provide! read more

ZEROOOOO RATING I'm truly baffled by the sheer disorganization and complete lack of communication within their different teams and with customers. I've been trying to schedule my delivery for a week and a half now. It's been incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone, even the escalation group. I was told my delivery was on hold, then that it was fixed, but they still couldn't contact the warehouse manager. I've requested numerous callbacks and been held on the phone for an hour on multiple occasions. After days of silence, I randomly received a text that my delivery was scheduled, without any confirmation of the date with me. Then, on the day of the supposed delivery, the field technician contacted me, stating he was scheduled for a service call, not a delivery. This has easily been the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I'll be filing a second claim with Samsung. This negative experience has been so severe that I'm even considering switching from Samsung to another manufacturer, despite understanding that this isn't necessarily a direct Samsung issue. My experience with RXO was a nightmare. Consequently, I do not recommend buying an appliance directly from LG if you live in the Mid-Atlantic area. The appliance itself is great; however, LG uses a delivery company based in the Laurel, MD area, called RXO. When they delivered my LG dishwasher on 11/4/25, they refused to install it--presumably because it was nearly 7 p.m. and I live more than an hour from their facility--so they left it in my garage. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday (11/11/25) and was given an installation window of 3-7 p.m. At 6:52 p.m., I received a call informing me that they would not install it that night and that I needed to reschedule. They were then scheduled to come on Saturday morning (11/15/25), but they never showed up. I made other arrangements for the installation and contacted LG to request a refund for the installation charge. I was assured I would receive it within 3 days, then told 7-10 days. It took a full month to get my installation refund from LG. RXO did come by and remove the old dishwasher (after my son and I installed the new one) from my garage. read more

This was the answer each time without resolution. I purchased the micro from LG on April 8 and records from LG state it was shipped to RXO on April 22 with initial delivery on April 25. It is now May 14 and my third rescheduled delivery date. I have requested a call from the delivery center in Maryland thru the "offshore" support center with no response. The fridge they installed was dented all over (LG actually came and fixed this) and they left the old fridge in the middle of our living room! We called LG customer support, same thing lots of promises, no dryer. As of this writing we believe they have no intention to hire the technician to come, they have had since March 21 to find one, and they never have. We can't even get in touch with them to just deliver our dryer and we will find a plumber to install it We are not the first to complain. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Not worth a single penny. I ordered a new washer and dryer via LG.com and had delivery, installation and haul away scheduled through their website. Unfortunately, it seems LG has a contract with this completely unprofessional company. After taking a day off of work and losing out on a day's wages I was met with rude and discriminatory service. When the RXO employees arrived they immediately went to my old washer and dryer units to begin inspecting the area. While blocking my view, one of the employees messed with a knob and proceeded to turn to me and tell me that there was a water leak showing me water in his hands. He then proceeded to tell me that he could not disconnect my old washer and dryer unit because water would immediately spill out everywhere due to the "leak". He then asked his coworker to hand him his phone so he could show evidence of the "leak" (mind you this was after he had messed with the water valve). He proceeded to tell me that he would still need to drop off the new units in my tiny home. I kindly (and desperately) asked him to explain what I would need to do to ensure that the new units were installed that day. He rudely told me that it would be impossible and that I would need to call RXO to figure out when I could have the old units removed and the new ones installed. Luckily, I had a technician on-call in case assistance was needed for installation. I called the licensed technician and he arrived as the two drivers were leaving my home. The Technician asked the drivers to please show him where this supposed leak was located so he could ensure that it was fixed immediately. The drivers refused to show him and stated that they "only had 15 minutes to complete the delivery, installation and haul away". This seems absolutely absurd! I then attempted to call RXO and received no resolution. RXO stated they had tried to contact the drivers, but the drivers were refusing to answer any of their phone calls. I also attempted to call the number that the drivers had previously called me on to make sure I was home for delivery, but they also refused to answer my multiple phone calls. I have yet to receive any sort of text, email or phone call from either LG or RXO to provide a resolution to this terrible experience I had. The additional Technician that I had to hire to install my new washer and dryer showed me that the driver had in fact, deceived me and did not turn the water valve off. What he was showing me was he had turned the knob on and filled his hand with water to show me the supposed "leak". This new technician found no leak present whatsoever and had zero issues installing the washer and dryer. The interaction I had with RXO left me feeling deceived and completely disrespected. No one should ever have to experience this from any service, regardless of their gender. Just because I was a female mother alone does not mean I am incompetent and someone that can be pushed aside and tricked. There has been zero follow through on RXO's end. Even after the multiple phone calls on Saturday. Do yourself a favor and have whatever you need delivered to your home separate from this company and hire someone else who will actually treat you with respect and provide the service they are claiming to perform. FYI - it seems IKEA has them contracted too. Hopefully this larger companies will start breaking their contracts with RXO soon! Zero stars. This company is terrible. I purchased a TV and installation two months ago directly from Samsung. They finally delivered it, but the delivery people said another team does the installation. This turned out to be a lie. Per their phone support, the team that does the delivery also does the installation and now that they skipped it, there wasn't even an appointment to do the install. The driver said the delivery team was right behind them and they would do the install. They knew this was not the case. It's crazy that they lied about this. The box is well over a 100lbs. longer then 6ft and it took two professional movers struggling to get it in. My wife is in a wheelchair and can't access parts of the house now because of where they left the giant box. I can't move it myself and they say they aren't coming back for several days to install now and they won't come take it away either. You can't talk to the local distribution hub either. Only an offshore call center that won't do anything but transfer your call around and make you repeat your story over and over again. At one point I insisted they give me the number of the local distribution hub and they gave me a local number that was disconnected. Another lie. Terrible. Reading all these reviews I'm doubting they will make the install date next week as well. Do not buy anything directly from Samsung until they replace this terrible shipping company. Ask specifically if they use RXO still. I live in the DC/VA/MD area specifically but reading the reviews, it appears this is how the operate everywhere. They will leave you frustrated and angry. I ordered an LG dryer through Sam's and unfortunately the delivery company contracted for the white glove delivery is RXO. My dryer was scheduled to be delivered 1/2/25. The night before, they email and sent text that my delivery is scheduled between 3-7pm. I cancelled work and stayed home all day waiting. 8pm rolled on, still no rxo delivery in sight. I called and was told they have sent an email, to leave my phone on, they will call me with an update . Next day, which is today, still no call, no update. I have called 3 more times and the last 2, they just hung up on me. As I am writing the review, I still don't have my dryer. No one has reached out. I cancelled work again today to wait. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I have contacted Sam's and they still gave them the same scripted response. They are escalating the issue. This same company messed up my mattress order last year. They never delivered my $4300 mattress and instead delivered someone else cheap mattress to me. I ordered a refrigerator through Samsung and RXO was contracted to deliver the fridge. I received a call that my driver was 20 minutes away, at which point I removed everything from my fridge and started tracking the driver on my web browser. I received no call, text, email, or bell ring from the driver when he arrived, but 30 minutes later my delivery was cancelled because I "wasn't home." When I called the driver directly multiple times, he didn't answer. When I called RXO customer service, they said they would try to get my fridge delivered that day and would call me back within the hour--they never did. The service was just awful!! The installers complained and made excuses for why they could not or would not complete the appliance installation. They left me with all of their work to do. I spent hours reading instructions, drilling holes, leveling, assembling and then had to go get a gas range kit because they left an incomplete kit that had been used before. All the while these two men are making excuses and seeing how fast they can run away. I will be telling everyone I know not to trust in RXO. The service level has fallen very fast. I ordered a LG gas dryer and RXO scheduled the delivery for 10/15/24 at 4-7pm. No one ever showed up or called even though I contacted customer service and they said someone would call me. So, the delivery was rescheduled for today 10/18 4-7. So far, no delivery and no calls. Once again customer service said that someone would call me. Previously, I had ordered a Samsung gas range and that was delivered and installed by RXO. Although in the county where it was delivered, the county requires that a certified plumber install any and all gas appliances. It was installed by one of the delivery guys. I ordered a washer and dryer from LG's website. RXO is the delivery service and also does the haul away. The two men arrived on the delivery day on time. However, like other reviewers, they informed me they could not install the washer because there was an issue with the water shut off above the washer. I needed to contact a plumber. They left the new washer and dryer at my house. They did not haul away the dryer because the driver told me that if they had to come back and do a separate haul away for the washer, I would be charged. I was also told by the driver that if i contact them after the correction, they would probably be back with 24-48 hours to complete the install and haul away. Within 24 hours I hired a plumber to come to my house and check the water shut offs. He showed me there was absolutely no issue with the water shut off at all. I am guessing I won't get that money back. I contacted RXO to schedule the install and haul away. I was told that they need to create a new ticket for me and that they would be in contact. They called back, and I unfortunately missed the call. The voicemail left said that since I was unresponsive that i have to call them to schedule. I called RXO and spoke to a different person. I was told there is no ticket for my service and that she has to create a new one. I asked what happened with my previous call and she said it was "forwarded to the legal department". I have no idea what that means. She attempted to submit a new one but told me she could not because their system has the delivery marked as completed. She does not know when the system can be fixed or when someone sent to complete the install. That's how it has been left. So either the driver or the call center, or both, doesn't know what is happening. All I know is that I have fully functioning shut off valves, a new washer and dryer without any new hardware, (they were not left with the delivery), along with my old washer and dryer sitting in my basement with no resolution in sight. Ordered a fridge from Samsung, was given a delivery date, waited all day, then for a call from Samsung saying the fridge was delivered. No fridge. We called Samsung, who then called RXO, and was told that the drivers had returned with the fridge to the warehouse, and would need to re-schedule the delivery. We flipped out: no, cancel the order. We told Samsung to cancel the order. They said we would get a refund in 3 business days. That was ten days ago. Then we get a call from Samsung saying we should file a police report because RXO insists the fridge was delivered. We get on the phone with Samsung and RXO, and find out that Samsung will not issue a refund until the fridge is back in their warehouse and not in RXO's warehouse. Wtf? Still no refund, terrible confusion in both RXO's and Samsung's parts. Surreal. Do not use this company under any circumstances. I will report back here as soon as there is a resolution. read more

Ok, tried to have things fixed today.... First RXO said their truck broke down and they'd be late. No worries, stuff happens. But then... after getting a text that I was next on the list, they never showed. I sat at the front window waiting for them, reading the reviews and knowing they do some shady stuff, so I wanted to be prepared. Sure enough, I check my phone and it says they couldn't deliver because I wasn't home. But my multiple ring cameras don't show them ever arriving, or going down my street at all. And no surprise, neither do the cameras at the school across the street. I obviously called the company and while they tried to sympathize, nobody could get the local company, and so nothing is being done. We had an appt scheduled on the 17 th of January and no one ever called or showed up. Today someone came out and now our full motion bracket no longer tilts up or down. Like many others here, I have had a terrible experience with RXO. I ordered a washer from LG's website. RXO gave me a delivery date of December 24, but they never showed up. Then they reported to LG that they had delivered the washer on Dec. 26, when in fact they had not (I was home all day and so didn't miss the delivery). I've called them almost every day since then, and the customer service agents I've spoken with always say that they are unable to reschedule the delivery and will send an email to the "hub." However, the "hub" has yet to contact me. My calls to LG's customer service line have also failed to resolve the issue. After literally months of the local MD office ignoring my pleas, never returning promised phone calls and emails, and ghosting me on my order, I finally figured out how to get to someone competent at the GA office (I believe that's corporate). It is unfortunately not possible to give less than one star, but this company has earned a negative number, not even a zero. I'm sympathetic to delays, but 3.5 months without any contact that wasn't initiated by me and I am still waiting. To all business owners out there: delays are inevitable but communication is imperative. Worst excuse for a business I've ever encountered. stay far away if you can, and for me, that means going further upstream. This company was supposed to deliver our washer/dryer from Lowe's yesterday. Almost 2 hours after the delivery window, we received a text that our delivery driver had arrived. However, no one was outside our home. That evening, after several hours calling various phone numbers for help, we got in touch with RXO's dispatch office. They said the driver reported that no one was home and could not make the delivery. I had been home ALL day and no one from a delivery company ever knocked on my door. More than that, we were told the driver provided a photo of the house to prove they were at the correct house. We asked the dispatcher for a copy of the photo and he said he could not provide it. The next day my husband is on the phone with Lowe's. The manager at Lowe's had received the photo the RXO driver provided of our house that was used to prove he was at the correct house. HERE's THE KICKER: It was a photo of our house from SEVERAL YEARS AGO!!! It showed our house with light blue siding and white windows. My husband had to provide a current photo of our house to the Lowe's manager to prove that our house now has different colored siding and windows because we remodeled it LAST YEAR! The photo provided by the driver to RXO who sent it to Lowe's looks exactly like a photo from our home's real estate listing from 5 YEARS AGO!!!! AND this photo allegedly taken by the driver shows all of the shrubbery and trees in full bloom even though we are currently still in the month of March. It even shows a tree in full bloom that no longer exists because we had to CUT DOWN 2 YEARS AGO! What is CRYSTAL CLEAR is that either the RXO driver or someone else at RXO had provided a fake photo to Lowe's in an attempt to deceive both Lowe's and us into thinking their driver did not make the delivery because "no one was home." My husband is a retired Marine who did 3 tours in Iraq and his integrity was questioned by both Lowes and RXO. Their behavior disgusts me and in my opinion is completely deceptive and unethical. Attached is the photo RXO provided to Lowe's showing light blue siding and white windows. The other photo is of how our house actually looks with updated siding and windows we had installed last year. Imagine if we had not had a remodeled home to prove that the RXO photo was fake. Update: Unfortunately I have to do another update and stick with the statement I originally had. If you can avoid this delivery company, by all means do. Despite an employee changing the delivery date to a Tuesday, I got an email saying they can't do the delivery and now I got to wait until the 22nd. Secondly, it seems they only do deliveries on Wednesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays when I had to go in a reschedule after talking to a representative who could care less about how my experience has been. I even had tonal call them and tonal had no luck. These people don't care about how they treat customers because their attitude is, "we got your stuff and you'll get it when you get it." If you are getting a delivery through tonal or someone else, please ask them to use someone else to do your delivery. Update: I'm going to give 2 stars because Ms. Katrina at the actual site located here in Maryland was really helpful. Unlike the call center and customer care, she was able to locate my order and have it rescheduled for tomorrow morning Feb14. She made no excuses and just got the job done along with apologizing for the confusion. Meanwhile, customer care tried ti make it seem like my order had just been placed versus seeing that it had already been there and a poor attempt for delivery had already took place. The infrastructure of this business is poor and needs to be revamped. There is no reason for me to be calling a New York number, for a delivery location in Maryland or getting an email from someone all the way in Georgia about my order. They need to have a liaison within their respective company's sites who can actually see and let customers know what is going on at the actual site. Not from some system that seems to be unable to update properly or communicate properly from site to HQ. read more
