Despite having screenshots & emails confirming what we originally scheduled, no one at the store or customer service could switch us to the originally agreed upon plan. We talked to multiple reps via chat & over the phone, they just said the rep wouldn't have had a reason to change the work order. And no one had access to the online deals so they couldn't switch the account back to the previous work order. (The online deals on their company's website mind you, not third party.) I asked what reason I would have to agree to one thing, and then without notice switch to a slower package for more money, but thats not their problem. Cox does not care about you, your time, or the law, since this is the definition of a bait & switch. I cancelled service & returned the equipment, and the people working in the store acted like I was bothering them. I wouldn't recommend Cox and especially not this location to you, your dog, or your enemies' dog. Please save yourself multiple days of phone calls & chats where they try to sell you mobile service or different packages, the discounts online aren't real. Even if they are real, as long as the agent leaves notes like "Customer request change" -they will not respect the agreed to terms of service.

My…read morefather recently passed away, but has been a long time customer with Cox for over 40+ years! As the court-appointed legal administrator for my father's estate, I brought my 80-year old newly widowed mother into the Siegen Ln store on the morning of October 6, 2025 to change their account from his name to hers. Upon explaining our situation, I immediately provided my legal paperwork and a death certificate, of which the customer service rep refused to look at but demanded 5 times that I show her "power of attorney" documents for my father. Ignoring me and our legal paperwork, she simply dismissed the estate letters of administration as a "piece of paper", and I quote "that anyone could type up." I even showed her the court seal on the legal estate court documents but she was belligerent and adamant I would provide her with power of attorney paperwork or she would not help me. This was so upsetting for both my 80-year old mother and I both, and I literally had to tell the customer service associate over and over that power of attorney isn't applicable for anyone who is deceased, it is only for someone who is still living. The unprofessionalism of this young woman was appalling; wearing a face mask only covering her mouth but not nose, mumbling and rolling her eyes throughout our entire interaction and showing zero interest in her job and outright disdain toward helping customers. At that point she brought out either a manager or another employee who had no interest in helping us either. WE WERE TOLD TO GO HOME AND CALL COX's 1-800 number if we wanted to transfer the account. This was absolutely pitiful disgusting service, especially for elderly clients who have been with this local company for over 40 years! Blatant disrespect for customers and for the law. Cox will not provide me any formal way to file a complaint against these service representatives and store although I have called and asked specifically. Do not do business with this company and please protect your elderly parents if they are continuing to use Cox as their TV or internet provider! It was nicely decorated and smelled really good. was very nice and checked me in. My wait time was about 10 mins. I Christi called to the back to get weighed, bought to the exam room asked a few questions and waited about 2-3 mins for Dr. Cox to come talk with me. Dr. Cox was very, very nice and down to earth. He explained everything to me about the procedure. And answered the questions I had and those I didn't lol. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable in my decision to move forward. I felt that Dr. Cox was honest and realistic about the procedure. He told me exactly what I need to hear. He even drew a diagram to show me some of what would be done. He was very passionate about his job, and even more compassionate for his Patients. I feel good about this visit and now I'm ready to move forward and can't wait... Karen was very nice and polite. She explained everything I need to do before anything takes place, pre op appointments, insurance verification etc., etc. The pricing is very affordable.

I was able to see Dr. Cox within a few days of scheduling my initial consultation. I did not wait long in the waiting room nor did I have to wait long for Dr. Cox to come into the room to begin the appointment. My husband and 2.5 year old daughter attended the appointment with me. Sometimes I feel it's not appropriate to bring children to appointments, but in this situation, I needed my husband to watch our daughter as well as be at the appointment with me. Dr. Cox and his nurse, Christi, were very welcoming and he was pleased to see my daughter. I was in the market to get a tummy tuck and possibly a beast augmentation. One of the best qualities about Dr. Cox is that he is realistic and he is honest. He doesn't give false hope and he doesn't promise something he knows is not attainable. We made small talk in between him examining me and even in my most vulnerable state of mind, I was so incredibly comfortable with Dr. Cox. You can tell that he is very passionate about his job and he is exceptionally compassionate for his patients and their families. I knew that Dr. Cox was an experienced board certified plastic surgeon and I had just assumed that experience came with a hefty price tag. I had called around to a few different plastic surgeon's just to get a baseline price for an abdominoplasty and the prices quoted were unrealistic. Dr. Cox is able to operate at his office-based surgery center that is focused on providing patients with the highest quality care, privacy, convenience and cost savings in a safe outpatient environment. I felt the price was reasonable and much more affordable considering the years of experience Dr. Cox has. He also offers a discount for paying cash versus paying with credit. The day of my surgery I was very nervous and Dr. Cox could tell. Dr. Cox was always empathetic of my feelings and had no problem listening to my fears. He reassured me he would take good care of me and that I was in good hands. The entire staff was very welcoming and nice. I ended up having a tummy tuck, muscle repair and liposuction. I am now 29 days post operation and I could not be happier. I know there is still some swelling, but I know it will go down over time. I am very pleased with the entire process. If i could give Dr. Cox 10/5 stars I would!
