Never once said anything about anything else. Got a message saying I needed the choke switch and a new carb. The service PM I was getting was a full service. Oil change, spark plug, carb cleaning, belt inspection, etc. The choke switch was replaced and new carb installed. Tech told me via text that he was done and machine was running good. Upon coming home from work, I started looking over machine. Oil was black, spark plug was rusty (so never changed) and the bolts to the cover were dusty so no inspection was completed. When I sent pics, I was told that he didn't change the spark plug bc the machine ran good. They offered to come back but at this point all trust was lost. I paid for the parts but that was it. Yes, the machine starts good but after using it during this snow, the carb is leaking fuel and it does not throttle up at all so were there any adjustments made. I have to stay in #1 and go very slow. To top it all off, I went back and saved all my ring footage and watched what the tech did. Let's just say that the footage don't match what they told me was done. The owner told me that I didnt need to pay but I wanted to pay for the parts as I'm not that type of person. The reason for the review is because how many others do they do this to. If you pay for service, you should get the service you paid for and not what they think. Now I need to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly.

Not Highly Recommended My truck wouldn't start and I…read moreneeded road service. I called Genos Garage in Aberdeen, MD who was recommended recently. He told me the fees up front for the road call 150 and labor 150 per hour. After waiting for him, he finally showed up in the rain, checked for the problem and found the starter needed to be replaced. He didn't want to work in the rain and wanted me to get the truck to his shop so he blew air in the system (which he didn't have on his truck and had to go get, on my labor time) and then my friend pulled the truck out to start it. He was on the road call for 40 minutes and hardly did anything to my truck and charged me almost 2 hrs labor. He knew I needed the truck for the next day. I get to his shop and he said he didn't know if he can get it done in time. He calls me hours later and says it's done and the cost is 1500. That's insane. It shouldn't take hours to replace the starter and overcharged for the starter too. That's taking advantage of the customer . He was not a good business man and had a rude attitude. This is not the way to treat new customers hoping they will return in the future. I definitely won't and will be sure to inform others the same.

Driving back from 1st camping trip, bolt came out and ran over it, causing a blowout on 95. They accepted responsibility for the bolt and then refused to believe it caused the blowout when the bolt was an exact fit in the hole. Offered to sell me 2 front tires at cost, then I found out 1. they are a different size and that they were marked up by $100. ABS light still comes on. Charged $245 and light still comes on. Customer leaving right before me looks at me says, "Cut your losses, Brother." That was the best advice. Unless you.like taking your vehicle to have the same issue repaired over and over and over and over and over, take heed.
