Unfortunately, what I received was poor customer service that vastly outweighed the work of a knowledgeable mechanic. I dropped my vehicle off for service on Monday night for service on Tuesday. At 2:00 pm on Tuesday, it still had not been put on the lift. They kept it all day Wednesday and then again all day Thursday. When it was finally done, I was given a bill for more than $200 over the "maximum price" they quoted. I was never contacted about the price increase or unauthorized work they performed. Unfortunately, being a small business, there was no one to voice my concerns to "up the chain". I will never return and caution everyone else to do the same.
