Ruth's is Ruth's, so expect top service, high quality steaks, and a pretty stiff price. Decor is what it always is, dark, slightly outdated, but like a luxury steakhouse. Always recommended, can't ever really go wrong with Ruth's. read more

Diane and I walked next door from the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino where we were staying, to the Hard Rock Hotel for our 8:00 p.m. reserved dinner, where not everything went smoothly. The restaurant was already out of Shrimp Cocktail, so the only appetizer we ordered was Mushrooms stuffed with Crabmeat, which Diane does not eat. And I added a good but a little bitter Caesar Salad. Diane's ordered Sea Bass with a side of French Fries initially came out with unwanted garlic on top, but no Panko Breadcrumbs were sprinkled on it as had been requested. So her entree was sent back and returned with Panko sprinkled over the top. But her ordered Lobster Bisque was simply forgotten. And silverware was never changed. My Petite Filet arrived medium rare as ordered, with some char on top. It was tasty even though it did not sizzle. A Lobster Tail, Grilled Asparagus, and Baked Potato rounded out my dinner. We both passed on dessert. So, our meals were okay. But there were too many service and cooking errors. And our experience was not up to the level of Ruth's Chris standards we were accustomed to in Buckhead, Georgia; Las Vegas; and New Orleans. read more

I frequent their lounge for their early bird specials. Sliced tenderloin cooked to order on a toasted baguette. Bearnaise sauce on the side and some incredible fries. Add a glass of Cabernet. This is just perfection. read more

We have always love Ruth Chris! But this was an amazing service, but the food and drinks were fantastic! We had a great time with our waiter and he was so nice and polite! We told him it was my husband's birthday and he did this for him with the cheesecake. We are so happy to have this chance to celebrate and share our memories together! The atmosphere of were we sat was quite and inviting. We enjoyed our evening here and can't wait to do this again! read more

We stopped by while staying at the hotel. The calamari app was one of my favs! Steak and drinks were good as expected from Ruth's Chris, but a couple of things took away from the experience. The bathroom situation was really limited, which was inconvenient, and they didn't allow us to bring our own drinks from outside -- a bit strict compared to other spots nearby. Overall still decent, but not the most comfortable or flexible dining experience. read more

Awesome steak. Perfectly done. Lobster Mac outstanding. Service excellent. The ambience was perfect. It's been a long time since I've been to a Ruth Chris. I forgot what I was missing. And I've never been to this Biloxi location. And it did not disappoint. We will be back. read more

Service was terrible. The hostess was rude. The waitress was rude. The person who brought out the food, slammed the food on the table so that he splashed on my blouse and got multiple grease stains. I would never eat here ever again. The stuffed chicken breast was overcooked it was charred burnt bitter. read more

This particular Ruth Chris is located inside the Hard Rock Biloxi Casino. We have dined here several times, the service has not been stellar but certainly wasn't the worse. It can get very busy here. I am sure it's because of the free comps given to casino patrons. The staff seems to get overwhelmed at times as they pass your table quickly looking preoccupied and not checking on you. The menu selections are typical in Ruth Chris fashion. The sides are large enough to share and the crabmeat stuffed mushrooms are our favorite appetizer to order. I would dine here again only because it's 15 minutes from our home, but the Mobile, AL location is our go to for special occasions. read more

I wanted to love it here but I just didn't, steak over done, cream spinach bland, asparagus is hard, cheesecake was awful. The good, was the lobster mac and cheese and the wine! Much better steak in town, first and last visit. read more

This particular Ruth's Chris is located in the Hard Rock hotel in Biloxi. It was very easy to find but it's important to note that the Hard Rock Casino checks ID's before you even enter the area to get to the restaurant if you have minors with you. We had reservations so we were sat upon walk in, the restaurant is nice but on the smaller side. We went here to celebrate my dad's birthday so they set the table up very nicely with little Happy Birthday confetti. We also had the pleasure of having a wonderful server named Justin. Justin started off by providing us with recommendations, specials, and taking our drink orders. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and was super friendly. I had the lobster bisque and the wedge salad and bleu cheese dressing. I wasn't a fan of the lobster bisque because the flavor was not what I had been used to our server informed us that the Bisque was made with Sherry a unique twist to the recipe that I didn't care for, because I didn't end up eating my soup he took it off of our check without us having to ask! My salad was really good and my dad loved his steak and lobster! Towards the end of the meal we were given a free dessert to celebrate my dad's birthday which was the crème brûlée and the cheese cake. The dessert was spectacular and perfectly cooked! Overall the highlight of my dining experience was our server Justin! He was one of the best servers I've had in a long time. I would definitely be coming back next time I visit the area! read more

We went to Ruth Chris last night for our 40th Anniversary . I give it 5 stars every time. They cook their steaks on 500 degree . They are delicious! The sides are a la carte . We shared garlic mash potatoes & cooked mushrooms in butter . Yumm ! Service is epic . Sour dough bread before your Meal comes out is great too . The ambience is night for a intimate meal & dress up for this place . White table clothes & all . Its our favorite steak place but a little pricey . Make reservations on Open table app or call before they open to reserve your best times . read more

My Wife and I Celebrated our 49th Wedding Anniversary at Ruths Chris Biloxi January 3, 2026. Server "Antoine" was Exceptional and Took Great Care of Us. Steak and Sides were Exceptional. Cocktails made perfectly. Manager "Jonas" Checked on us and the entire room on numerous occasions. Maybe the Best Experience we have had at any Restaurant. We both agree Ruth's Chris in Biloxi was outstanding in every way. Try It! You will Love it! read more

Last night was the first time the we experienced poor food quality from Ruth Chris, undoubtedly they were extremely busy it was New Year's Eve. However I was surprised that it happened. It won't discourage me from returning, maybe not on New Year's Eve. Paying over $300 bucks the expectations are nothing less than great food every time... read more

Had the seafood tower, (warm instead of chilled), 40 oz. tomahawk steak, stuffed chicken, crab cakes, candied brussel sprouts, lobster mac & cheese, asparagus, sweet potatoes, bacon & blue cheese wedge salad, & creme brulee. Everything was really good and great service.Great food. Great service and grade at misphere. We had the seafood tower warmth instead of chilled. Another night....Bacon & blue cheese wedge salad, crab cakes, lobster bisque , bbq shrimp (white wine, garlic butter, bbq seasoning) cheeseburger, chocolate cake, creme brulee, & cappuccino. The salad is my favorite here. My go to is usually caesar salad but I love their wedge salad here. My friend just wanted a cheeseburger and a beer yesterday. Ask for honey butter with your bread instead of the regular. You won't regret it. Food is always delicious here and service is awesome! read more

Ruth Chris Steakhouse, no matter where I go you are consistent in all locations! One of the things I love about Ruth Chris is consistency of dishes and the service. Appetizer favorite is the crab cake, it is a MUST, it was tasty and filled with lump crab pieces. We ordered barbecue shrimp as well but I'm not as impressed with it, I would pass on that one. For entrees, we decided to go with filet and the sea bass, no complaints on both and they were cooked wonderfully. My go to sides are garlic mashed (yes sounds basic right but it's just my favorite), Brussels sprouts, and Mac and cheese (got it for my baby girl which she absolutely loved and I did too). Ambiance was great, however I felt like this time around the restaurant was way more brighter than the last time I visited. I could've sworned the lights were dimmer last time we were here, but no biggie on that piece. Our server, Teresa was wonderful and she suggested nice wines to pair nicely with our dinner! It was a great night! read more

Hailey did an awesome job of being accommodating. The food was excellently prepared and the presentation was executed well. Michael checked in on us often to ensure we were taken care of. My wife and I ate at this Ruth Chris location on 09/29/2025 which is located in Bilox's Hard Rock casino. The service was fine with a nice atmosphere. My wife sent the first steak back, a filet mignon because it was chewy and their second attempt was cooked fine but had no flavor. I got the salmon with 3 small shrimp that were bland. The salmon was fine but nothing to write home about. The potatoes and brussel sprouts were average, as well as my wife's onion soup that she said didn't leave a lasting impression. I sent my steak house salad back because it had a funny taste. The lettuce wedge replacement was fine and the cheese cake was very good but tiny. Our only other experience with this restaurant chain was when my wife ate at a Hawaii location which she said was great! Maybe this Biloxi location of Ruth Chris was having an off night but we wouldn't eat there again especially at those prices. I'd recommend anyone visiting Biloxi to try the Bayview Cafe located in the IP casino. The food is much better at half the price and as my wife often states "we've never had a bad meal there". I've eaten at steakhouses all over the US and I realize people have different taste and I would have probably given Ruth Chris 3 stars had it not been so expensive. The only other worse steak dinner that we've had recently was at the Fire Steakhouse located in the Wind Creek Casino Atmore, Alabama. Same thing, way over priced for the very average meal you receive. read more

I love Ruth Chris , I have been to the ones in New Orleans , to all the ones in Atlanta, this location was nice , the service was great , and i really enjoyed myself . I am glad to come back to visit Biloxi and get to go to Ruth Chris because i live in Tallahassee now we don't have one here . I missed that most about New Orleans and Atlanta. I am glad that when I go with my mom to the Beau and visit family I can walk next doors . It's inside the hard rock and it's nice in there the food is great, i get the surf and turf combo. It makes me so happy ! Can't wait to visit again read more

We had the most amazing meal AND service! Truly a highlight of the trip- and great location inside the Hard Rock. Our waitress, Randy, made our experience AMAZING! My first time here and I'll definitely be back!

For that expensive of a steak, I thought it would wow my wife and I. But no, I left wanting more out of my meal. The tomahawk was cooked to medium, but there was nothing to compliment the steak. So it tasted mediocore to me. For $135 I expected it to taste better than tomahawk out of my smoker at home. I now realized expensive doesn't equate to deliciousness. I will just make my own smoked tomahawk at home next time. The lobster bisque was so bitter I had to return it to the kitchen. read more

Man. What a STEAK! I ordered the chop salad and the NY Strip Steak. The chop salad was cool. Honestly when I ordered it I had no idea what a chopped salad was. It's just a salad they chop up before serving to you. That's cool But the steak. Holy fire! It was cooked to the PERFECT temperature. Flavor was amazing and holy smokes it was freaking massive. It's cool how the restaurant was still intimate, despite being inside a casino. Only knock I would say... more bread options? Like the one loaf was cool. However the Ruth Chris in ATL gives you an assortment. Locked in the Hard Rock in Biloxi. Stop here when you're in town read more

We both (my wife and I) ordered medium rare steaks and they came out literally RAW. And we wouldn't have minded just rare but it was blue rare. We sent it back and said we just needed it a little more cooked to Medium rare or even medium. They brought them back and they were cooked all the way through and very well done with no pink. When we said something about it the waiter seemed irritated so we just said never mind and ate them. We never received one of the sides and so when we asked for it to come off the check the waiter just seemed so irritated about it. It wasn't our fault that we asked for it twice and never got it. The atmosphere in general was nice and the sides we received were good. Drinks good also. But for just at $250 for both of us, I was not impressed, going back to Biloxi in a few weeks and will probably stay clear of this place. read more

We celebrated our son's graduation and, upon entering the restaurant, we were informed that hats were not allowed in the dining area. After being seated, we noticed that three other men at different tables were wearing hats. We are Latino, not Caucasian, and our son currently serves in the United States Space Force. The hat he was wearing was from the USSF. Although we do not reside in Mississippi, we observed that the hostess escorted another gentleman to his table while he was also wearing a hat. At that moment, it became clear to us that there was a difference in treatment between the Caucasian patrons and our family. On a positive note, our server was amazing, and the food was excellent. read more

4th Visit: I try to have a couple of dining experiences before I do a review to be fair. With that being said TOP TIER!! Each and every time I dine at a Ruth Chris' the experience has transcended my expectations! The steak is a dream on the plate; no matter which one you order, and the sides are equally amazing! I had the creamed spinach and baked potato! Ahhhh-mazing!! I've been to the ones in Vegas, Biloxi, Virginia Beach & Maggie Valley Cherokee NC!!! All superb! Worth every penny read more

As a native New Orleans up town brat the Ruthie's, are ok. You still get a good steak and yes your wallet feels the hit. But overall it's not bad. I remember going to the original before it burned down. But the family has done a great job at replicating the experience. Enjoy. read more

All of the servers seem not only professional, but friendly. It was a great atmosphere there. It was dimly lit and comfortable. And the food was great as well. Seems these days Ruth's is a hit or miss proposition that varies by location. The Hard Rock location in Biloxi is definitely a hit. Service was impeccable and the food was what it should be at this price point. The excellent customer service was in large part due to Manager Robert's personal attention to each table. Definitely recommend this RC location. 4 stars because it still gives me heartburn to pay that much for a Baked Potato ‍ read more

The service was beyond horrible. My son (hispanic) was asked to remove his hat but not the other caucasion customers. It was noticeable by many customers. The waiter was cutting a tomahawk steak behind my son and dropped it onto the floor, spilling the butter sauce all down my son's back. The waiter proceeded to check on the people at the table, not my son. It wasn't till I asked to speak to the manager that it was acknowledged. I was offered a t-shirt for 2nd degree burns down my 10yr old son's back. I paid my $300 ticket and will not be back. read more

We celebrated our 30th Anniversary and this one one of the best meal experiences we've had anywhere! We love Ruth's Chris steaks... but the difference maker this time? Our server, JUSTIN.
