We stopped by while staying at the hotel. The calamari app was one of my favs! Steak and drinks were good as expected from Ruth's Chris, but a couple of things took away from the experience. The bathroom situation was really limited, which was inconvenient, and they didn't allow us to bring our own drinks from outside -- a bit strict compared to other spots nearby. Overall still decent, but not the most comfortable or flexible dining experience.

This particular Ruth Chris is located inside the Hard Rock Biloxi Casino. We have dined here several times, the service has not been stellar but certainly wasn't the worse. It can get very busy here. I am sure it's because of the free comps given to casino patrons. The staff seems to get overwhelmed at times as they pass your table quickly looking preoccupied and not checking on you. The menu selections are typical in Ruth Chris fashion. The sides are large enough to share and the crabmeat stuffed mushrooms are our favorite appetizer to order. I would dine here again only because it's 15 minutes from our home, but the Mobile, AL location is our go to for special occasions.

My 11 oz filet with garlic mash & mushrooms

We went to Ruth Chris last night for our 40th Anniversary . I give it 5 stars every time. They cook their steaks on 500 degree . They are delicious! The sides are a la carte . We shared garlic mash potatoes & cooked mushrooms in butter . Yumm ! Service is epic . Sour dough bread before your Meal comes out is great too . The ambience is night for a intimate meal & dress up for this place . White table clothes & all . Its our favorite steak place but a little pricey . Make reservations on Open table app or call before they open to reserve your best times .

This particular Ruth's Chris is located in the Hard Rock hotel in Biloxi. It was very easy to find but it's important to note that the Hard Rock Casino checks ID's before you even enter the area to get to the restaurant if you have minors with you. We had reservations so we were sat upon walk in, the restaurant is nice but on the smaller side. We went here to celebrate my dad's birthday so they set the table up very nicely with little Happy Birthday confetti. We also had the pleasure of having a wonderful server named Justin. Justin started off by providing us with recommendations, specials, and taking our drink orders. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and was super friendly. I had the lobster bisque and the wedge salad and bleu cheese dressing. I wasn't a fan of the lobster bisque because the flavor was not what I had been used to our server informed us that the Bisque was made with Sherry a unique twist to the recipe that I didn't care for, because I didn't end up eating my soup he took it off of our check without us having to ask! My salad was really good and my dad loved his steak and lobster! Towards the end of the meal we were given a free dessert to celebrate my dad's birthday which was the crème brûlée and the cheese cake. The dessert was spectacular and perfectly cooked! Overall the highlight of my dining experience was our server Justin! He was one of the best servers I've had in a long time. I would definitely be coming back next time I visit the area!

Chocolate Sin Cake

Had the seafood tower, (warm instead of chilled), 40 oz. tomahawk steak, stuffed chicken, crab cakes, candied brussel sprouts, lobster mac & cheese, asparagus, sweet potatoes, bacon & blue cheese wedge salad, & creme brulee. Everything was really good and great service.Great food. Great service and grade at misphere. We had the seafood tower warmth instead of chilled. Another night....Bacon & blue cheese wedge salad, crab cakes, lobster bisque , bbq shrimp (white wine, garlic butter, bbq seasoning) cheeseburger, chocolate cake, creme brulee, & cappuccino. The salad is my favorite here. My go to is usually caesar salad but I love their wedge salad here. My friend just wanted a cheeseburger and a beer yesterday. Ask for honey butter with your bread instead of the regular. You won't regret it. Food is always delicious here and service is awesome!

GARLIC CRUSTED SEA BASS, GARLIC MASHED

Ruth Chris Steakhouse, no matter where I go you are consistent in all locations! One of the things I love about Ruth Chris is consistency of dishes and the service. Appetizer favorite is the crab cake, it is a MUST, it was tasty and filled with lump crab pieces. We ordered barbecue shrimp as well but I'm not as impressed with it, I would pass on that one. For entrees, we decided to go with filet and the sea bass, no complaints on both and they were cooked wonderfully. My go to sides are garlic mashed (yes sounds basic right but it's just my favorite), Brussels sprouts, and Mac and cheese (got it for my baby girl which she absolutely loved and I did too). Ambiance was great, however I felt like this time around the restaurant was way more brighter than the last time I visited. I could've sworned the lights were dimmer last time we were here, but no biggie on that piece. Our server, Teresa was wonderful and she suggested nice wines to pair nicely with our dinner! It was a great night!

Hailey did an awesome job of being accommodating. The food was excellently prepared and the presentation was executed well. Michael checked in on us often to ensure we were taken care of. The hosting staff held our food for us while we went in the casino. Thank you for such a great experience and helping me make my moms' Mother's Day one to remember.

GARLIC CRUSTED SEA BASS

We had the most amazing meal AND service! Truly a highlight of the trip- and great location inside the Hard Rock. Our waiter Will was phenominal - he gave great suggestions on food, never rushed us through dinner, and gave wonderful tips on where else to try in town. Must try the calamari and sea bass- both were to die for. And the chocolate cake was the perfect finisher!

$135 tomahawk for 2. Was sizzling hot, tasted mediocre. Cooked perfectly, but nothing special.
Nghia V.

For that expensive of a steak, I thought it would wow my wife and I. But no, I left wanting more out of my meal. The tomahawk was cooked to medium, but there was nothing to compliment the steak. So it tasted mediocore to me. For $135 I expected it to taste better than tomahawk out of my smoker at home. I now realized expensive doesn't equate to deliciousness. I will just make my own smoked tomahawk at home next time. The lobster bisque was so bitter I had to return it to the kitchen.

We were ecstatic to hear they also served the Tonys menu, had great wine and live acoustic performances. We had a table of 6 adults, sampled a TON of food, including appetizers, pizza, desserts and 2 bottles of wine and left with a bill of $160. We went ALL out and all left feeling we got a great deal. The singer of the night was Amber Dawn, she played a little bit of everything and was extremely talented. Ashley was our waitress and she was very attentive and friendly. For food we tried the charcuterie board and a caprese salad to start. Both were good but the caprese salad was the best I've ever had and did NOT skimp of quality or quantity. For pizzas, we had a 'create your own' and had crab and Alfredo sauce. It was different but so good! We also tried the supreme and magherita. All were great with super crunchy crusts, the right amount of sauce and good-quality toppings. We also had one guest that tried the PLT that was delicious and original. We had two bottles of wine, both reds. One was a limited time/specialty wine, Ghost Pines Cab. It was perfectly paired with desserts! We tried the chocolate cake, which was extremely rich and decadent. We had a cannoli, it was rich and definitely freshly made. Finally we had the lemon- berry marscapone cake. We had several ppl in our party that don't care for lemon or blueberries, yet I think that was everyone's favorite and definitely enough for sharing!

Since a great place to grab a quick bite or to relax with friends and enjoy a glass of wineread more

And also, right in front of where Biloxi's one of a hand full of Mardi gras parades roll. We asked if it was ok that we stay parked since we were blocked from leaving, and they said it was fine **always check to make sure it is ok, as in New Orleans, things like this may not be OK** But this was a fun little unplanned surprise, we got to see a parade, not worry about traffic or parking, and we got to see our show at Beau Rivage. Now on to the food and the service. The service was fantastic. We had the sweetest waitress. She was so attentive. I wanted to sit on the balcony as their balcony seating, but since it was February, it was a little chilly out that night and she seated us near the fireplace upstairs instead. We ordered the honey bourbon steak tips, it came with slices of buttered, I think - garlic bread. It was a fabulous start! Then we shared the steak and lobster. I loved the presentation with the little fire on the steak. It made it more romantic. The whole restaurant is a nice date night vibe. It is in a beautiful two-story Acadian style looking home. Parking is plentiful. Service was great. Presentation was great. Location is great.

Let me say, the atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing. Live music, warm lighting, attentive servers, it's hard to find a reason to complain and it would be nit-picky to do so. The menu is MASSIVE. I didn't count, but if you told me there were 100 items, I would believe you. I get they want to appeal to everybody. Most restaurants can't even do 10 dishes well, let alone the amount present on this menu. So when I see that it makes me nervous, you might very well be looking at a minefield of a menu where some items are delicious and other items...well...not so much. Anyway, I started with the mozzarella...I forgot what they were called but it was a mozzarella stick but much larger. They were huge and if you like cheese, you will like these, no doubt. Moving on, I ordered the Veal Parmesan. Flavor was great but the texture was off, breading did not stay on the meat (not that I expected it all to) but clearly the chef failed to dry the exterior of the filet before frying it. In spite of that, the seafood my other dinner guests ordered looked great and I realize that its probably the restaurant's strength. I will probably be back to give it another shot.

Our son in law had his birthday today and wanted to come here and so we did! We came around 6pm and were seated quickly. The place has a very cool vibe - lovely patio dining - great warm fire feature on the patio - and a warm friendly interior. We got the menus and quite frankly were blown away by the wine and cocktail choices- drinks arrived swiftly. Our waitress- Jasmine - was simply amazing. I can not say enough about her warmth and hospitality. She helped us navigate the choices and made excellent recommendations- she was always present for us and omg the food. The "debris fries" as an appetizer was amazing - as beyond good as expected. I ordered the southern pot roast (over mashed red potatoes) and O M G. First bite and I had to stop and wave - I felt the warmth of the lord come down from above and provide what can only be described and a second coming to deliciousness! I had to pause and look up to the sky and ask our savior why I had spent my whole life never to come to Biloxi and find this place! See here; pot roast up north, and sure there in Texas - is different. It's all good. But this one, great balls of Fire - greatness. I slowly worked my way through - there's a slightly saltiness to it - perhaps from the gravy - but it all works sooooo well together. Honestly for this kid from West (by God) Virginia who's now 59 years old - it's like I found out for the first time how cooking should be done. I could go on for another few paragraphs about the pot roast or I could share how good the kids food was (it was all equally delicious). Let me cut to the chase. Food is beyond expectations! Our server (Jasmine) was amazing. If their other servers are 70% as good as her this is Michelin Star place right there ! Bar was hopping. Tables were happy - place has a great vibe. But the sweet ending - the price - was beyond fair / I expected to pay more for what I got. This place is an honest bargain. Or perhaps this Northerner is new to the South ? I don't know but I am so happy! Thanks to the wait staff, the greeter, the bar, and the management for leading a great experience!!!
