We started with a slice of the pepperoni and sausage #1, which had amazingly crispy/chewy crusts, and a garlic knot which was perfectly garlicky with a pillowy interior. Later we also shared a figgy piggy, which was probably our favorite slice. The fig matched the bacon flavor with perfect balance. Finally we got a cookie to go. Amazingly crispy on the edges and soft in the middle, with pools of bittersweet chocolate, butterscotch chips and a dash of flaky sea salt. We literally walked away in a haze. We are still wondering if that pizza experience truly happened to us.
