That alone showed me they genuinely care about their customers. The next morning, my car was fully diagnosed, and they clearly explained the issue and gave me multiple repair options without any pressure. Since replacing the transfer case is a major job, I was told it would likely take a few days. To my surprise, I received a text message the very next day around 5:00 PM saying my car was ready for pickup! I honestly couldn't believe how quickly they completed such a big repair. The price was very fair, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service, professionalism, honesty, communication, and efficiency. She took it and swiped it again. In my bank statement, I found that I have been charged twice. Now I called him, they said they will call me back later after figuring out what happened. Didn't hear anything from them, then I called after two days. This time they said that, I need to take the bank statement back to them with bank seal so that they know that it was authentic. They cannot check their transaction list, since they have too many transactions. I need to travel back to them with that piece of paper. They were very rude and didn't even say sorry at all.
