I've always been greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walk in the front door by someone who remembers my name (and this is a busy office, how the heck do they remember every patient?!) The providers are genuine and explain every step of your treatment in terms any non-medical professional can understand. Before I started treatment with Brigham Orthodontics, my inflamed TMJ was hindering my quality of life. It was difficult for me to open my mouth, painful to chew food, and my face was visibly swollen from inflammation. I had been told by other providers I would most likely need surgery followed by traditional braces. In my initial consult with Dr. Brigham, he told me that he was 98% sure he could alleviate my TMJ symptoms and straighten my teeth with just Invisalign - no surgery, no traditional braces, and he was RIGHT! Dr B also believes that orthodontics shouldn't be classified as a medical luxury and every person deserves treatment; his office worked with me, my insurance, and set me up on a payment plan that I could afford. I cannot thank Dr. Brigham, Dr. Ly, and your beautiful staff enough! Each of you have impacted and changed my life so positively.
