I would not recommend this company. I hired this company…read morewith one goal in mind and the person that came out (I think he was the owner) had convinced me that he could do what I asked of him for my dog Bogey. At the time I hired this company for training, Bogey was 16 months old. I'm not expecting Bogey to be Lassie or anything close, and I'm not blaming the trainer or any of his employees for Bogey's behavior.  A little bit of background on Bogey. He was traumatized by someone when he was 6 months old while at a doggie day care.  Bogey and my son-in-law, who my dog used to get along great with, changed after the incident at the day care. My daughter and son-in-law were there to watch the presentation for the training company. The trainer saw Bogey's reaction to my son-in-law, obvious signs of fear and apprehension, and convinced us he could change Bogey's behavior. My daughter and I signed up with this company, feeling assured the trainer could change this behavior in Bogey. It was a $2700 investment combined. Due to Bogey's reaction to my son-in-law, my main concern was to get help in changing this behavior and stressed this concern with the trainer. Unfortunately the sessions seem to only focus on sitting, staying and placing. Honestly, I became frustrated with them only "training" me on how to teach Bogey how to sit, stay etc and NEVER addressing the reason I hired them. This is what caused me to quit going to there "group lessons". I felt it was truly a waste of my time and apparently not a concern of their's either, having paid $2700 for a lifetime of training. In addition, no effort has been made on their part to reach out to me to find out why I quit going. Now that I am living with my daughter and her family,  Bogey is traumatized throughout the day. When he sees my son-in-law, who works from home, he will hide behind furniture and won't socialize with other family members. This behavior only happens around my son-in-law. Bogey is so fearful he will urinate in the house and has even done so on my granddaughter.  I can't afford to hire another trainer now and am questioning if this company lacks concern for their clients or possibly it's a lack of knowledge on how to properly train a dog with behavioral issues. This has put me in a difficult situation and I now have to decide whether to let this trauma continue daily, not what I want, or find a new home for Bogey, which I also do not want. That's no life for any family member. So if you're looking for someone to teach you how to say "sit", "stay" or "place", this may be the company I would recommend but I feel that they may be limited in their training skills. If you're looking for a company that will follow up with you, you might want to keep looking for someone that cares about results and accomplishments. There were many other things that showed lack of attention on their part but the one thing I was hoping for never was addressed even when I brought it up. They either lack the skill to train out behavior issues or they simply don't care. If you look at their own post on Facebook, their only focused is on sit, stay and come. No mention of training out negative behaviors. No success stories about other training issues.

Bryan was referred to us by a co worker that also had great results with their dog…read more Our dog was 1.5 years old, so still had some puppy in him, but he has anxiety that causes his mindset to be very difficult to train, so we called Bryan. We had an introductory meeting and felt very comfortable. He walked through his 3 week and 5 week board and train options and what to expect with each. We chose the 5 week program which trains him to basic commands on AND off leash. It was super difficult to hand over our dog for 5 weeks, but as difficult as it was, I can honestly say it was worth it. Simply put, it was life changing for us. Bryan provided weekly updates and videos so we could see how our dog was doing and help us get over missing him. Our dog still has his silly personality, but is now controllable on and off leash. Bryan was able to improve his mindset so not only does he obey commands, but has learned to relax. I cannot recommend Bryan more highly.

My family and I decided to have a pup in our life. We found our perfect pet at Priceless Pets and…read moreadopted him. Love at first site. He is a Chocolate Lab As a puppy he was great. As the year went on, it was increasingly difficult to train him and he was just overpowering the kids. He didn't realize his own size and just wanted to play so much, but in playing, he would knock over the kids and it lead to most of his day needing to be spent in his crate. He had so much energy after getting out that he would pull constantly and just be his own dog. My spouse and I decided to look for help. We looked everywhere and vetted big business to small business. This was a very long process and somehow stumbled upon this page. I was very intrigued by a lot of the previous reviews. Almost too good to be true reviews. Eventually Contacted the owner (Bryan) and we had a good conversation. Started with questions about the dogs personality, what the goal and objective was, and how to get there. I don't want to go into too much detail because that conversation was so refreshing. I knew from that convo that Bryan was a true dog lover and trainer. Not someone just trying get the $$$$ After the conversation, we had a meet and greet and that went even better than the phone conversation. Bryan went into great detail the steps in what the board and train entails. My spouse and I were immediately invested. Both for the family and the happiness of our dog. We wanted happiness for everyone. We scheduled the time for the board and train (Took the 4 week option). We felt this was the best option for our family and our dog. It was an investment in our family and I wanted the best So now it's time to drop off Rufus. It was weird not having him in our home but knew it was for the best. Bryan again gave great detail into all the steps and what would happen during the 4 weeks. Each Friday for the 4 weeks we would get a private YouTube link on everything Rufus learned and his progress. Within the first week, he was a completely different dog. I've never seen him listen so much on the video. Those videos are all self explanatory so I wont get into those details either. Just know that they are very well detailed videos and you wont help but smile on your dogs progress Each week was upped to the next level of the defined training and it was a joy watching all the changes that have been made. As the weeks crept up to us getting Rufus back, we were excited with anticipation. On the day of pickup, we went through our own owner training with Bryan. Got very detailed with what we needed to do and how to continue the training for the rest of his life. It ended up being really fun. Rufus has now been home for a week and he his fully integrated to the home. He has a special place in our living room. The kids are happy they can play with him and pet him. Rufus is all smiles, droll and tail wags. This was indeed life changing for our family. Also Side note, Bryan made himself available for Boarding as well. We have been using the boarding services before and after the board and train. Experience was way better than any dog hotel I've used in the past for extended family trips. Bryan was the most genuine when it came to his business. You can tell he loves what he does. That's how I knew this was the place to go. I highly recommend. Also, even though board and train has been completed, he still checks on us after. He will be available for the life of the dog. Def cant go wrong with that

We were so happy with everything that we decided to progress further by sending her to his 2 week boot camp at 16 months old. When I asked why such a good dog would go to boot camp, Vladae responded with, "Same reason that the smartest kids go to university, to become all they can be and hone their skills." That made sense to me! If it was any other boot camp I would have been nervous about my baby. I know how well Vladae treats his campers though and his focus on health and exercise. "Only the tired dog is the good dog" Thank you Vladae!

While it's understandable to feel upset when receiving negative feedback, it's important to reflect on the reasons behind my review. I noticed that during our initial interaction, you made a comment about my background that many found to be a stereotypical and racist remark. In fact, I saw that you previously posted video footage of our encounter on your Instagram, but you removed it after receiving backlash for those comments. This indicates that others found your remarks concerning as well. I want to emphasize that my intention was never to harm your business; rather, it was to share my experience. Thankfully, I have since found another trainer who practices positive reinforcement, which aligns much better with my values and my dog's needs.
