Our lesson was booked for 10 am and she was super excited. We arrived 15 minutes early and watched other kids finish their lessons and no one offered to help or instruct us where to go. Finally a woman asked who we were there for and told her the name and she eventually told us the girl we were booked with wasn't even there that day. After almost 45 minutes of waiting somebody else stepped in and did the lesson for my daughter. Once the lesson began everything was fine but if you don't mind waiting around and no customer service then this is the place for you.
