Amazing customer service! I came into the store with my husband right before closing and all the staffs were so informative, helpful and patient with us. My husband was seeking for a comfortable and supportive pair of Hoka for work. My husband is a health care worker and his demanding job requires him to be on his feet for 8-16 hours on any given day (he often does double shifts and works two jobs). Maddie or Maddy (sorry if I am not spelling your name correctly) was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the different types of shoe brands and different types of supportive insoles. She started with a scan of my husband's feet and it shows that my husbands feet is very flat and that he needs a shoe with supportive arch. Maddie and her partner who is also very professional and helpful pulled out multiple pairs of shoes for my husband to try on. They let him tried multiples brands of insoles that were comfortable and supportive based on his feet scans with the different shoes. My husband ended up ordering a pair of Hoka from this store that will be shipped to our home with Currex dynamic insole to help support his arch. I tried on the Birkenstock Arizona sandal and felt in love with the support and comfort it offered. Being pregnant right now, it's been difficult to find a pair of sandal that is cute and comfortable especially with the semi-swollen feet. Joe, the owner was so kind to take the time to show my husband some feet exercise to help with his plantar fasciitis even after store hours. Overall, we highly recommend this store to everyone. Like us, you will be walking out educated, satisfied and with a new pair of shoe that offers comfort and support like no others! Thank you again guys! :)

The store is so nice! The staff were very friendly and very helpful! I have flat feet and they used the Aetrex machine to figure out which shoe would be best for my feet. Thankfully, Luis found me the perfect shoe! He even brought out a few other shoes for me to try to make sure I left with the perfect pair. He also wouldn't let me get a shoe that was hurting my feet due to possible future foot pain. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs comfortable walking or running shoes. Just waking by and saw they have a lot of HOKA shoes , which I love . Walk in and greeted by Alexia , and she explained about shoe insert options for my plantar fasciitis. And as I have a lot of shoes that I can't wear now other than my HOKA, I am interested and she digitally measure my feet and make recommendation of which insert should be good for me. I've been needing new shoes for some time now but haven't had any luck with getting the kind that I need. I have weak arches and wide feet, so online shopping wasn't much help. I came in and was immediately greeted by friendly staff who were incredibly knowledgeable about my concerns. They did a free consultation and scanned both feet with Artrex and reviewed their findings with me. My low arches were causing me to apply pressure to the wrong parts of my feet, thereby contributing to the pain I've been experiencing (and why, I speculate, my hammer feet are getting worse). They made their recommendations and brought out multiple pairs of shoes for me to try. I was riding on a cloud! The shoes they recommended all gave me the support my current shoes weren't. Like a bad relationship, I ditched my old pairs for a new one that gave me the love and support I needed to move forward in this life. Thank you, run republic, for helping me embark on this new chapter of my life. read more

I have been coming to this location for about 6 months so far. The classes are great and the staff is amazing! Nico is my trainer at the location and I can't say enough good things about him. He makes sure my workouts are personalized to my goals (which vary every quarter) I have noticed when Niko isn't around, there seems to be less and less people around for the run clubs. They have something called open gym which is great because I can go workout when I'd like. One downfall would be the sink that I've notified management about couple of months ago. It's kinda annoying I can't wash my hands after a workout because there's barely any water coming out... The classes are a great workout and so much fun usually. My doctor recommended to buy Hoka because I had an issue of excessive used on my right foot due to walk and stand a long time. I'm at the Run Republic Walnut to try it on. From the look, you can't tell it is very light. I pick up and can feel the lightness of the shoe. I try size 8 Arahi. It fitted perfectly and gave the support on my foot. I highly recommend Hoka to everyone who walks, runs and stand for a long time during the day. Last but not least, I was helped my a very helpful and knowledgeable store attendant. read more

I love going to Run Republic for the gym classes. The instructors are absolutely wonderful! They sincerely care about teaching and making the class fun and enjoyable. They really are experts in guiding you through the training so that you get the most out of your workouts. They are meticulous about you doing the correct body mechanics so that you get the intended benefit and not get hurt. I have an ankle injury, and Kate and Luis have been terrific in modifying the workout to suit my needs while keeping me safe. I do not feel that I am missing out on anything at all because of their help. There are classes daily except on Sundays. The class size is small (4-7 people on average). The people are warm and friendly, and we encourage each other. Run Republic specializes in selling running shoes. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable in finding you the shoe that is perfect for your feet. I highly recommend this place. It has been an absolute blessing for my health! I have been going since it opened about 5 years ago. read more

What can I say? Here's a store with a knowledgeable employee who helped us find the perfect shoe. We know that trust and credibility are major keys to success. Run Republic's founder & owner is a successful person with an extreme passion for fitness. Developed over his past 23 years in the fitness industry, a reputation for leadership, community involvement and active participation as an athlete-citizen. Joe has competed at elite levels in both wrestling and ultramarathons. He is a devoted husband, father and Christian. Joe sits on the board of directors for the 100 Mile Club®, a non-profit working to fight against child inactivity. His involvement with the 100 Mile Club has directly impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands of children across the U.S., helping kids make positive connections with exercise through cooperative community involvement. Joe is owner and CEO of a fitness consulting company responsible for client net profits in excess of 12 million dollars. Joe is extremely passionate about helping others live a healthier & fitter lifestyle.

I heard the salesgirl tell someone we were on our way. We were greeted by a nice man, who helped us with sizing and stayed with us until we were satisfied. He asked, "Any other shopping today". When we mentioned cleats, he said he would let them know we were on our way. When we got to shoes, they were busy, so we were not greeted. But we were helped in a timely manner. The salesman helped with fitting and got us a larger size. AMAZING customer service. Note: we went to another Dick's the same day and did not receive the same level of service.

I've been shopping at Run Republic for over 3 years now, and as an ultra marathon runner, I can confidently say this is one of the best running stores out there. Joe, the owner, has built something really special--a place where runners of all levels feel welcome, supported, and understood. He's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the sport, and it shows in everything he does. What I love most is the personalized attention. Joe and his team always take the time to listen, make thoughtful recommendations, and ensure you leave with exactly what you need. They never make you feel rushed or pressured--it's like stopping by a friend's place who just happens to know everything about running shoes and gear. The staff is just as fantastic--friendly, helpful, and really tuned in to what runners need. It's rare to find a shop that blends expert advice with such a down-to-earth, community-focused vibe. This place is amazing! All of the coaches are excellent, because they explain everything thoroughly, keep a positive attitude, and promote all levels of people to their class. I've become a better runner and overall more fit and happier because of Run Republic. The run plan I bought from Coach Nico has helped me improve my 5k time exponentially! The atmosphere is welcoming and feels like a community. I came in the other day looking to buy shoes, and the girl at the front desk was very informative (Karla). She was super cool, and was not just trying to get a sale from me. She was in my best interest; you don't get that a lot nowadays. I was in dire need of new running glasses. I walked into RR and was immediately greeted by Madyson. She was so helpful and had excellent customer service. I bought 4 different pair of the goodr glasses!! Safe to say I am never going back to my designer glasses. They are perfect for running or ANY type of exercise. The studio is very clean and modern. My mother and I went to Run Republic to get a pair of Hoka shoes. Luis was our sale associate, he was very very knowledgeable about the merchandise. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right fit and comfort for my feet. He even measured my mom for shoes insole on this fancy machine. I end up leaving with a new balance and I love it.
