In 2024, they framed a special birthday-themed jigsaw puzzle for my wife's significant milestone birthday. More recently, I needed their creative skills to design and print two plates, one a poster size photograph and a second plate with an accompanying poem on an intentionally clouded portion of the same photograph which are now on display in my office building. It's been a month, and I still haven't been called for a quote. I call the company every few days, talk to some operator, and they always promise me they'll expedite things and send me an update. Still no response. We are moving internationally, and I've expressed this, but there has been no quote or movement on my photo albums. So we've told them now to send them back so we can have the photo albums when we move. They apologize and say they follow up, but then get the generic response back over email every time. These are pretty much the greatest memories I have of my dead parents, and they're just sitting somewhere. This is infuriating, and I encourage everyone to stay away from this company if they want their photos digitized in a timely manner. I can't even speak to the price since 4 weeks later, I have no quote!

When I submitted the tape to be digitised, they conducted a technical assessment, quoted a price. However, they sent the quote to the wrong email address!, causing more than two weeks of unnecessary delays. On top of that, they didn't recogniz during the assessment that they lacked the technical capability to handle the job to start with!. Instead, they proceeded anyway and requested full charge which I paid, wasting my time and money. If you can't manage something as basic as sending an email to the correct address or properly identifying your technical limitations, you shouldn't be operating in this industry. Because of this incompetence and delays, I lost the chance to work with a more professional company. My only month in the country has been wasted because of this situation. This is clearly a basic shop for simple tasks, not a professional service provider.

I hired them to convert four, old 78 records to CDs. It looks like they played them on the wrong…read morerecord player with the wrong settings - some came back as if they'd been played as a 33 and some as if played as a 45. The records were mostly of piano music, so the music came out as v..e..r..y s...l...o...w and low-pitched because they were played at too slow of a speed. Another shop told me that in addition to speed differences, the 78 records should be played with a different type of cartridge than 33/45 records, so it would appear they didn't do that either. I'm familiar enough with computers to correct the speed in software, but it took a few hours of work, which I wasn't super happy to have needed to do. UPDATE: Increased rating from 2 to 3 stars - they kindly offered to refund the charge.

Apparently they digitize the photos and can email it to you so it makes it easy to receive them and you don't necessarily have to go back to the store unless you want the negatives. Store has lots of nice cameras and other related equipment. Good to know this store exists as I had no idea they were here!

Whenever there was an issue or delay, they went out of their way to track down the shipment or get the item from another location. Every camera body and lens I have rented has been in great condition, and without any issues. Their in-person customer service is great and friendly, and a much more enjoyable experience than going to that other nearby company (which has now closed).

It's hard to describe, but I just have an enjoyable time walking slowly around this gallery and checking out the art. The place feels like it has a heart. They're featuring local artists right now and have a handout they give you listing their day jobs. I thought it was a cool idea. You know, "That girl who served me those stiff drinks at the Behan painted this? Wow!" That sort of thing. It added something to my experience. They are also hosting musical and other events. Should be fun.
