It was one of these circumstances where it would cost more to repair than it would to buy a new one. The sales associate helped me select a new camera pointing out the features for each. The store had a plethora of new cameras to choose from. We used the old lens and strap so I did not have to buy a new one. As far as I could tell, the camera was reasonably priced. If I ever had a problem with my camera, I would return.

I came in looking to do three valuable sports items, including one jersey. I came in with lots of…read morephots of what I was looking for, and after I worked with them for about a 1/2 hour, I figured there was a solid understand of what I want going to get, especially for the price. I had seen some of their work on the site, so I felt conferrable bring in such valuable items. When the pieces were delivered to me, I couldn't have been more disappointed with the jersey. It was wrinkled, uneven, and did not look presentable. The two signed large prints looked fine. We brought the jersey back to BFW, and were met with much hostility and rudeness. The gentleman rudely said to someone accompanying me, "Oh, are you a framer?", when they mentioned something about previously framed jerseys in the home .We presented him again the photos from before and that this wasn't what we paid for, and asked for it to be redone. He reluctantly agreed, but I should have asked for my money back as well. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

To date, the old newspaper articles have held up well because of the UV glass and acid-free backings the team suggested. The biggest thing I would note here is that they have office hours (9-5, M-F); this is not a retail establishment. You'd likely need to get your item shipped to you which I'm not a fan of because you don't get to see it before you pay for it.
