Awesome customer service! Thought my $700 lens was a loss. He was able to remove the broken, bent, and impossibly frozen lens filter from my camera. Expertly done without damaging threads or primary lens. Replaced with an upgraded filter. All while we waited. This took some serious work and he did not even charge us for it. The camera was as described but the lenses were missing caps, which any reasonable buyer would expect to be mentioned in an eBay listing. Unfortunately, instead of apologizing and sending me replacements, which he claimed will cost $1, he got defensive and an attitude. I would not use them again. Item was listed as a 'ready to go' kit, which is clearly not the case. Now I need to find covers or caps. Disappointing and completely unnecessary. read more
