We always enjoy seeing the photos while away. We can see how happy they are. It is also nice how they check on our house too and bring in packages. I would like to give them a special shout out for the care that they gave our pets while we were away during a recent large snowstorm. We were concerned that they wouldn't be able to make it to our house because of the severity of the storm. they kept in touch and made sure that there was enough food and water for our fur babies in case they wee unable to make it back at the scheduled time. We didn't want them to endanger themselves and knew that they would be fine if they couldn't make it back. All went well and they reported back to us the next morning when the roads were cleared and they could make it back. They dug out a spot on the deck for our dog to get out and go the the bathroom and all was well. This is a great company and they truly love the pets that they are taiga care of.

I love dogs, but Planet Bark is truly run by "dog people" who take it to the next level. They really have gotten to know my dog "as a person" and give him tons of personalized attention, starting with greeting him warmly when he hits the door. When we have a boarding visit they take the time to ask about his routine and do extra things to cheer him up like adding cheese or other treats to his food to make sure he eats when we're away. They've been instrumental in helping to socialize my dog and make him comfortable around other dogs. I can't imagine bringing my dogs anywhere else for daycare or boarding.

More important than the haircut, she is just so obviously someone who adores animals, and I know she always takes the best possible care of the dogs in her care. Unlike other groomers I've been to, I believe she only takes one dog at a time so it's not a chaotic environment full of barking dogs. They absolutely destroyed his coat and coloring. Giving him razor burn all over his face and paws. When I asked for a refund, the manager was both rude and unprofessional. When she called, she already had an attitude stating that she wouldn't talk to me about my our dog. Then she proceeds to try and blame us for his hair cut by claiming that we don't take care of our dog and "bush him." Then to top everything off, she has the audacity to hang up on me when I told her there was no reason for him to come out looking like that.
