I have a Wheaten Terrier and Paige was not only experienced in grooming this breed but went to some trouble to find the appropriate length of coat that not only made Séamus look beautiful but was practical for me to manage. If he had any matts or tangles she made the effort to brush them out. Séamus was always happy to come here and was relaxed and calm when I picked him up. Thank you for taking such good care of him!

My father called Paige asking If Blaze could be groomed before the whole family came for the weekend as this could be the last time we were all together with him. Not only did Paige call him back first thing and tell my dad to bring him in right away but she groomed him without any other dogs there as we didn't want to over excite him. A gesture like that shows someone who truly cares and is passionate in what they do. Paige I am eternally grateful for the kindness you showed my dog today. Thank you so much, when my parents told me what you did it brought tears to me eyes!

It's not user-error, as I've attempted from multiple different devices with no success. So I attempted to purchase and schedule the training sessions by calling the store directly. When I did so, they told me I had to purchase online or come into the store to purchase training sessions. I told the guy about the website issue and that I wasn't able to purchase online, his response was that "he's not concerned about the website and has nothing to do with it". So I drove 25 minutes to the store to make the purchase. Once at the store they told me I could only purchase training sessions when the trainer is at the store. How do these people make money, I give up...

+ Amazing service + + Staff is salt of the earth +…read more+ Excellent prices + My wife and I go here even though we no longer live in the area - it's that great. The staff provide probably the friendliest, most helpful service I've ever received from a business, ever. I'm not being hyperbolic. They're always smiling, enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. And human! I actually feel like I'm talking to human beings and not just someone who's paid to talk to me. This cannot be understated for a service business. The service is self-serve, but they're more than happy to help you with everything save actually washing your dog (it is self serve after all). They provide treats and will lend you a brush. You get two towels, but they'll always give you another if you need it (the air dryer for your station usually does the trick enough). They give you good shampoo for your pooch. The washing stations are well-maintained. There's hardly ever a station out of order. We go on weekends so there's no appointment needed. Cost is $21 which I think is a very fair price. Probably one of the best run businesses I've ever encountered. There's no reason not to go if you're in a 15 mile radius.

Looks like a new opening for DIY dog washing. Just bring your dog, they make it easy for you to do…read morethe rest. They had one bay at ground level for no-stair service for elderly dogs, and then at least 4 elevated tubs so pet owners don't have to stoop over. Each bay had a gated area to unleash my dog first and fold down stairs for my dog to walk up the stairs into the sink (no dice, we just picked ours up). Service was easy, they offered several shampoo selections that were included in the price of $18 for a wash, the stainless tubs were spacious and had easy access to tethers, a spray hose which was easy to regulate water temperature, drying towels, and a blow dryer with speed that you can control. They even offered me an apron to wear so I wouldn't get soaked and treats for during/after to help. Best part is you leave the items in the bay and walk out, they do the cleaning from there. Clearly owned/operated by dog lovers. Will definitely frequent between our dog's other grooming appointments. So thankful for the service and that I don't have to do in my own home and fuss over clean up and dog hair down the drain. We tried Petvalu in Canton before but they closed.

Since switching her diet she's gotten much healthier, and seems way more like the girl we remember. If you're looking for a value or discount establishment go somewhere else, but if you're looking to do right by your animals, this is very likely the best place you can go. The level of passion shown by the owner was especially nice. This is the kind of spot that I hope stays in business, for the animals sake.

I had just asked if there is room for her cat as well. And immediately things in the conversation were more different I am not sure why. And than was told I cannot get boarded for my cat either. This is very odd as we did not even enter the boarding process yet and I was just reaching out via email. They stated that the owner needed to contact but she was trying on phone and no pick up. And asked me as a courtesy to message them just to see if there was availability that is it. I am not sure if it is discrimination or miss communication but I did not see any big issue going on but cats meow kept telling me to look at another cat resort as my cat has been to a couple in the past and no issues.
