My granddaughters social calendar is off the charts busy with formal and semi formal events and this shop is a total gem. The price point is extremely reasonable and for as many events that are on this UNRs social calendar it's a godsend! They have a deep inventory of any imaginable designs to suit any fun occasion. The staff must enjoy working here because they all seem to be having a good time bringing dresses back to the dressing rooms and checking on customers with smiles and general happiness. After shopping the big department stores for similar styles etc. this was by far the very best place to find dress success!

As a manager. While shopping in this hot topic location on 09/30/2024 it was extremely uncomfortable. The manager at the location followed us very closely. Uncomfortable close. The hot topic manager was sure we were only in the store to steal and the manager is not good at looking for shop lifters. This woman stayed within 2 feet of me and my daughter while we were in the store. From the front door to the jewelry. Ended up storming out because I got grossed out by this woman following so uncomfortably close. She was so sure that my daughter and I came in to shoplift. making it obvious was we are shoplifters. Just because you're manager doesn't mean you know every customer is up to in your store. You cannot judge your customers based on what they look like. Used to also make a point to came to hot topic. We even have an account. We used to spend money here. But I will not spend in a location that likes to follow teenagers around that closely and is that rude to people that are looking. Yes I saw you standing next to me pretending to work when you were clearly staring at me and my daughter with a nasty bitch stare on your face. I get it it's Monday but not bitch day and chase customers out f the store day. Almost like she was tired of having people in the store is this is her way to chase them off. Judy was there and remembered me from our previous visit. We discussed what I was wearing and what might pair with it. She showed me the catalog with patent leather shoes. She informed me that if they didn't fit I wouldn't have to purchase them. I ended up ordering a beautiful pair of black patent leather (as black goes with everything). I really wish I could remember her name. I am usually really good with names. I really like that the also have WW sizes. The store called and left a message that my shoes had come in. I called back and talked to Brandi. Originally she could not find the shoes. We talked and she informed me that she would put my shoes aside. I entered the store and told her who I was. She immediately remembered our phone conversation. Brandi is kind, friendly and has wonderful customer service. I want to also say that they woman who ordered my shoes also deserves a huge shout out as my shoes are beautiful, comfortable and can be used as formal wear. Thanks SAS SHOES!! I'm use to seeing retail staff on their phones or not even acknowledging customers as we walk into the store. Here you're immediately greeted and one of the associates where fixing the labels to make it much easier for you to find your size. Oh yeah! I need to mention sizes are ranged from small to xxl, makes it so much easier. See my pictures and you'll understand and appreciate shopping here. You can thank me later. One minus that I may add, but it doesn't bother me is the name. When one hears 'uniform' they think they'd carry all uniforms but they do not carry chef coats which a family member of mine was looking for. Primarily scrubs.

I've been to this Vans Outlet dozens of times... the best part of this place is the BOGO50 deal…read morethey offer year-round. However, it's the worst part too. In addition to a small selection of men's, women's, and kids' clothing and accessories, this outlet is primarily filled with shoes. The way it works here is you can buy any shoe and get a sale shoe for 50% off. They have brand-new, non-sale shoes available, but a much smaller selection than at a typical Vans retail store. The catch here is that many of the sale shoes are the same, but in different sizes, or are super unpopular patterns or styles that no one wanted. No wonder they ended up at the outlet! This definitely isn't the place you want to visit if you're looking for a particular Vans shoe. You have to be flexible here. I have also had on-and-off service at this location. Most of the time, the employees are helpful and kind, but sometimes they seem uninterested in helping you, and the checkout line is often long with just one person working, even though they have two registers. Good for flexible shoe shoppers hunting for a deal, but if you're a particular individual looking for a specific shoe, maybe just head to a Vans retail store.

There was an extremely attractive blond saleswoman that hooked me up from start to finish...I mentioned I was looking for anything available in a 13 wide, and she had about 4 different boxes out on the floor in about 10 seconds. Good customer service like that is getting really hard to find these days, especially in a shoe store, of all places. In and out very quick, no drama, no attempted unnecessary upselling. No particular sales going on at the time, but I noticed that the price tags on most of the shoes here seemed to be a good $7-$16 cheaper on the average than Zumiez, Buckle, Tillys, and PacSun. Definitely recommend.

Aries helped my teen lace up an epic pair of knee high converse which was quite the task if I'm being honest. While my teen was working on the converse, Aries impressed me with his knowledge of the fit of each shoe and what street show might work with my orthotics. He brought out numerous types of shoes and was so helpful. Unfortunately nothing worked for me but my teen walked out with the amazing converse. We've always been happy with our experiences at Journeys Meadowood, but this visit was just over the top great. Thank you to all three of the staff working but most especially thank you to Aries!
