Rudy and his brother came by to do a major trimming on two trees in front of our house. Our trees were overgrown and too tall, and they cut down the tree and trimmed them for a reasonable price. Rudy and his team did an excellent job removing a palm tree and grinding the stump. You can't even tell there was a tree there! They left everything all nice and clean. The owner sent his brother to do the job. I had to re-explain what I wanted done. Brother didn't speak English very well. He also did not do everything he was supposed to. He did not clean up the clippings from the bushes and trees he clipped, he left grass cuttings on the concrete, and he didn't pick up the dog mess. All of this was explained up front for the cost. Unfortunately, I paid for two weeks in advance. He did not show up the second week. He did not call ahead to inform me, nor did he call afterwards to let me know why. Unlike other service providers we have utilized in the past, they are without ego on these matters. Just the overall sincere desire to achieve your complete satisfaction! And they did exactly that and beyond. Oh yes, I almost forgot. What Rudy accomplished without any topping of our tree and/or a chain saw was truly remarkable to watch. They are the first company that actually utilized fall protection gear in servicing this specific tree. So unlike the last service, we did not end up with chunks out of the trunk due to shoe spikes.
