My friend, Hailey, and I are such fans of their beers and we were lucky to get a tour of their brewery facility. Service was quick and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend and would def come back for board games and their rotation of new beers (prefer on the lighter end though). So far, my fav is periodic.

On a very hot Saturday afternoon we made our way to this location not too far off the Beltline. Fortunately there was just enough shade outside that the tables and chairs were out of the sun to watch the band. Delta doesn't have a very attractive outdoor space but that is not unlike other small microbreweries around here. They had quite a few beers to choose from though most were not my taste. I did settle on their German pils which was quite good. My wife opted for a kombucha that she liked. They do have a number of non-alcoholic choices too and even a few mixed drinks... Given it was their version of Octoberfest they had a food vendor outside and I understand they often have food trucks because I am not sure what other food choices they have beyond a tombstone-like pizza I saw someone eating. We didn't spend anytime inside but it looked like a typical microbrewery with high top tables and lots of games.

It's the perfect place to spend a relaxed afternoon -- good beer, friendly staff, and a laid-back vibe that's never too crowded. The space itself is great -- high ceilings, big windows that let in tons of natural light, and a nice open layout. The outdoor patio overlooking the pond is especially beautiful when the weather's nice. It's also dog-friendly, which we love! Our pup is always happy to come along, and we even picked up one of their dog toys from the merch area -- easily her new favorite. They've got some fun merch for humans too. The beer selection is solid, with something for everyone. We've really enjoyed the Lil Louie Lager and Badger Club Amber, and they always have a few rotating taps that keep things interesting. The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming every time we've visited. If there's one area for improvement, it's the atmosphere. The space itself is awesome, but it sometimes feels like it's missing a little energy I'd love to see more events, live music, or themed nights to bring the place to life. It has so much potential to be a real community hub. Overall, Wisconsin Brewing Company is absolutely worth checking out great beer, great staff, and a beautiful, dog-friendly spot to unwind. With just a little more happening in the space, it could easily be a five-star destination.

It was super nice. She gave us a few samples to try, and then we placed our order for a Vienna beer and one other. We took it outside because they were closing early because of the holiday. Inside was super cool with tables. You can see the brewing tanks outside was equally as impressive with some patio tables and chairs as well as some chairs along the water and some outdoor games. I wish we had more time cause I would've loved to have tried some food and maybe some other beverages. Definitely will come back.

New Glarus is a must visit when in Wisconsin. At the very least to buy beer that isn't available in…read moreany other state! I've been before but this time around it was a little different. The brewery is under construction until next year so it's a little bit restricted in what there is compared to when I was last here in 2019, however, it's still worth a visit. They do have a large gift shop/beer depot. I always buy a lot of beer to mule back to KC. On this visit they had a limited beer release so it was busy. The individuals working in the depot were a bit rude to be honest. I don't know if they were just over it because there were a lot of people, but they weren't friendly nor very helpful. If it had been my first visit, it definitely would've been a turn off. The individuals working in the gift shop were nice. I bought a few Christmas gifts from there. After I bought all the merch I wanted, I headed across the street where they had a makeshift tasting room. They had lots of tables to sit at outside. In the tasting room you have the open of a pint or 3 tasters. You get to keep the glass either way you go which is pretty cool. I went with the taster option. They give you a glass and a bracelet that has 3 taster tabs that they remove as you get each one. The individuals working that station were nice and friendly. I love their sours and had to get pours of the strawberry rhubarb which is one of my favorites. They also have a self guided tour. It's on the smallish side but still cool to see even with all the construction. The bathroom situation was a bit iffy. Definitely try to use the gift shop bathrooms because otherwise it's porta-potties or there are restrooms in the tour area. Those are pretty run down and the stalls don't lock. My apologies to the poor lady I walked in on mid piss with her pants around her ankles. Overall, it's definitely worth checking out especially if you've never been. I can't wait until they finish construction and I'm able to return to see what it looks like.
