We just stopped in for the salad bar, which is always fresh and yummy in the summer. The facility was clean, as were the restrooms. (there was a funky smell coming from somewhere, but fairly certain it was a customer) I had a really yummy wild berry lemonade, that the wait staff was quick to keep as full as I wanted! Went there on Friday evening at 6pm. They were not that busy. We were seated rather quickly. in about 10 min the waitress came over took our drink order and she asked us if we were ready to order and we did. After 10 minutes we were still waiting for our drinks so I flagged the waitress down and asked for them. I got the salad bar not impressed ! Husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger waited 50 minutes and had to flag her down again to ask for the check as we had to leave to get to our movie. She said hold on then goes to kitchen and brings out his food out she says do you still want it and we said no because we can't take it into the movies! So she says well you don't have to pay for salad bar or drinks. Which we would have but in a nut shell it was all ridiculous no reason that it should have taken so long! I gave this a three star. Our food was pretty good however our waitress was less to be desired. She acted put out when we asked for straws and was stingy with the complementary bread. She also informed us that the cook was probably not going to have a job after today and went onto tell us stories about him. As a former waitress I personally think that she was EXTREMELY unprofessional by telling us that info. I get that the food took a while to come out but by blaming the cook and telling customers about how awful he is; is unacceptable. Also she was insistent on giving her the check instead of us going up to the cashier to pay. Weird. And when we didn't follow her instructions she seemed to be aggravated and stated, "I thought I had told you to give it to me." I come here a couple times a month on my lunch break. Today was the worst service I have ever received. We sat in the restaurant for over 10 minutes without a single person saying hello to us or taking our drink order. We finally went and asked the manager for help and she proceeded to take our order and tell us that she would take care of our appetizer. Not once did she apologize or find a waitress to take care of us. Throughout our entire meal we did not have anyone checking up on us or refilling our drinks. It wasn't until one of the waitresses brought over our check at the end of our meal that we got an apology and drink refills. I will definitely be taking my lunch break somewhere else next time. read more

If I had three hands I'd give this this place three thumbs down. Terrible service, our server was very belittling. We ordered a steak and zucchini, needless to say the food did not look appetizing. Very disappointed with today's visit. It started out good but when my husband had to send back his steak because it wasn't cooked the way he ordered it, the waiter started be very rude. He brought our drinks and set them down without saying anything to us and just walked away. Then waiter brought out half his food and said steak would be out in a little bit. I finished my meal before my husband had his. The waiter wouldn't even look our direction for anything so trying to get the bill paid was difficult. The salad bar was really good, the veggies were fresh and the bar was clean. The Chicken Fresco was served and it was really good too. I got a triple prime cheddar cheese burger with fries and macaroni and cheese to go. I ordered the burger medium well, but it was literally crispy on the outside. The inside wasn't quite done enough. The fries were bland and unsalted. The only reason I'm giving this review 2 stars is because the macaroni and cheese was fantastic. I got this meal for free with a birthday burger coupon, but I would've been pretty upset had I paid regular price of $12 for it. FOLLOW-UP - The local manager did call and was appreciative and apologetic, especially concerning lack of consistency and the shift manager's ridiculous statement. He even revealed that his shift manager should have recognized that we had a problem previously, since they don't see $30 corporate coupons very often. He also told me that he has received other comments regarding the changes to the salad bar and would see about improving it. I have total respect when a manager follows up in order to learn more in an attempt to make improvements. While we won't return right away, we will try this location again and see whether things are better. Here's hoping I can eat my meal at the same time as my wife! To be honest, if we experience issues there again, it will be our last visit for quite some time - maybe our last visit, period. We'll see . . . UPDATE - Corporate office sent us a coupon so we tried again. Well, the silverware was clean and our server ( Corey again) was efficient and polite. The salmon was fine, but the portion sizes continue to be smaller than in the past. My chicken fresco was overcooked and dry and had to be replaced. One would think that when we presented the coupon at a $30 value they would have recognized that corporate had provided a compensation and tried harder but apparently that was not true. The new "improved" salad bar continues to have finely diced cucumbers and beets - and the beets were dried out. When the manager returned, my wife said that the salmon was great, to which the manager stated that she "hates fish". You would think that a manager would just express her pleasure that the meal was great, but instead downplayed the entree my wife had selected. To me, this is simply stupid - for Pete's sake, use some common sense. Our bill after the coupon was about $12 - we do not punish wait staff when our bill is reduced, so the tip was about 20% of the bill before the discount (fair is fair - those ladies work hard). I'm afraid it will be a while before we return - I'm growing weary of eating after my wife has finished her meal. The silverware for both of us was dirty and was replaced. The portion size on my chicken was significantly smaller than in the past; the tempura on the green bean appetizer was almost non-existent. Two of three items on the ribs that were ordered with chicken and shrimp were not delivered until it was pointed out that it was ordered that way. Receiving additional napkins took much too long. The new improved salad bar has diced beets and cucumbers rather than what we have experienced in the past and I was not impressed with the changes. I should say that Corey, our wait-person, did state that the error on the three way appetizer was her error, and she provided a dessert free of charge. She was very pleasant. If this had been my first visit to this restaurant I would hesitate to return, and I do not anticipate returning as soon as we have in the past. We did not point out our displeasure with the appetizer of the salad bar. Ruby Tuesday in Pueblo has been better than this in the past, so this was a disappointment - no matter how tasty the entree's were. read more

We have been eating here for years and watched the quality of the food go downhill and the prices go up. I don;t mind the prices going up as long as they maintain quality in the food, which they are not. Even the salad bar has gone down with some of the worst dressing ever. Signed up with So Connected for a free burger on my birthday. Website stated only one free birthday burger per e-mail account. Since my birthday and my husbands are the same day, I got one coupon for my e-mail account and another for my husband's e- mail account. Coupon stated "one coupon per check". Went to Ruby Tuesday on our actual birthday and asked for separate checks. Server said that the offer was one "per table" not per check. Manager came to our table and said that the corporate policy had changed a month ago ( I printed the coupon the previous day) and they would NOT honor both coupons regardless of the language on the coupon. We tore up the coupons, paid for our drinks and left. I guess I should have moved to another table to see what happened then! We were with another couple (they wouldn't honor regular coupons for them either) so they lost our business , and our friends, permanently. Stopped in Pueblo as the last leg of a vacation and wanted to have dinner someplace different than I could find at home. Service started out okay but soon after our order went in it kind of went to hell. Hubby got the salad bar with his meal, I ordered the blue cheese stacked salad. Waiter did not bring my salad out until after we reminded him thar we had ordered it. The rest of the meal came out before I had a chance to eat even half of my salad. Hubby's came out correctly, and mine was missing my mashed potatoes, waiter said he would be right back with them. We finished our meals before we saw him again, and again had to remind him about the potatoes. At that point we told him to not worry about them and just bring us our check. He brought the check with the potatoes in a to go box. If this type of service is typical of what this place has to offer I don't think I will ever be back.
