So the place itself was clean and fancy. To enter it was a little sketchy with the door locks but wasn't a deterrent. The service was good and very professional. And the food was very tasty. I went for breakfast and got the chicken and waffles and a glass of pineapple juice. Came with the side of butter and syrup as well. The reason I gave it 4 stars was cause it was pricier than what it should've been. $18 bucks for the meal and $4 for maybe 6oz of pineapple juice. That's ridiculous.

The bar staff was great -- friendly, efficient, and made some solid drinks to kick things off. From there, the service throughout the evening stayed consistently excellent. Our server was incredibly attentive; drinks were refilled before they ever got close to empty, and we never had to ask for anything twice. The complimentary bread and dipping oil were a highlight -- warm, fresh, and flavorful enough to feel like a thoughtful start to the meal. I ordered the 12 oz fillet rare, and while the flavor was excellent, it did come out noticeably overcooked. I decided not to send it back because it still tasted good, but it wasn't what I ordered, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still very positive. With great service and solid food (even if a little off the mark), I'd definitely come back -- just maybe with a little more emphasis on how I want my steak cooked.

I would like to first state that I took a risk coming here. I am in town for business and I'm a long-time steak aficionado and can grill a very mean steak at home. My rule of thumb is that it has to taste as good as or better than mine. The problem lies that you have to try before you know. My 14 oz. Wagyu ribeye was better than I could do. It was cooked and seasoned absolutely to perfection. My hat is off to the chef. Thank you and a job very well done, unlike my steak. I should also mention that the restaurant manager, Toni, has vast amounts of experience in wine selection. I indicated to her my taste preference and she brought out 2 selections that nailed my preferred profile. So even if you're looking for a good place to have a few glasses of wine, you won't be disappointed here.

We found this place based on a local recommendation. It's right in the heart of the downtown Riverwalk restaurant area and stands out as a fancier steakhouse compared to its neighbors. The interior blends modern decor with classic steakhouse charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They offer an extensive cocktail list, and our waitress was very knowledgeable about. the options. To start, I ordered the calamari, artichoke dip, and shishito peppers. All were excellent, with the shishito peppers being my favorite. For the main course, I had the ribeye, and it was cooked exactly to my liking. Overall, the ambiance and service were top-notch. I can see why this place is a go-to for locals celebrating special occasions.

Delicious breakfast! Ordered the quinoa power bowl. Great prices and wide selection to choose from. We also got the special which was also delicious(pork schnitzel). Our server Will was the sweetest and such friendly staff. Makes you feel right at home. They make a great espresso martini!

    Fried Calamari

3.5 stars. The ambience is a mix of casual/business. The tables are a little closer than I would like. I think we had more expectations from them than what we got. The one thing that was good, was the drinks. We started with the Ranch Water and the Lychee Collins which were both well-created drinks. Not too boozy. I would've liked some more. For the appetizers, we wanted the hummus but they said they'd stopped making that. So we got the calamari instead. The calamari surprised me because it didn't come in the little rings that I'm normally used to. Instead, they were thick, slightly unappetizing slices. The sauce of the calamari was creamy, slightly eggy and pretty good. The bread that came with it was simply delicious. The salsa on the side had a lot of flavor and some spicy which we enjoyed. I just wish the calamari had been smaller and more fried...the thick slices became soggy with the sauce. For the entree, I got the lobster Tortelli and my friend got the Flight of Fillet. The lobster was not good. I'd expected a slightly thicker sauce with soft tortellini stuffed with lobster. Instead, I got a thin watery soup (that they labelled as bisque on the take home cup) with half-cooked tortellini. There was some lobster in the pasta but the watery soup kind of took over all the taste. The lobster by itself was just ok. There were a few pieces of prosciutto which was fine. I was just very disappointed by this dish. The flight of Fillet was a batch of 3 tiny fillets with a different sauce on each - green coulis, blue cheese and a 21 steak sauce. The green coulis was the best and the blue cheese wasn't that great. The in-house sauce was pretty decent. The fillet itself was cooked the way my friend wanted. The side of veggies was delicious, especially the potatoes. It came with the creamed corn, which was sweet. This came as a surprise because the server specifically told us there is a spicy kick in there and we say, the spicier the better. So when I got corn dumped in sweet creamy sauce with a few pieces of Pueblo chilies, I was disappointed. I still finished the corn because sweet or spicy, I'm going to eat it because it's corn. We wanted a dessert that they said they did not have. So we got the tres leches. It was a decent sized piece but quite firm. I like my tres leches to melt in my mouth and I had to bite this one. Decently sweet and nice to look at but not as good as the ones I've had. And that ended the dinner - more of a could've-been. We spent $60-70 per person and I can say that the food was definitely not worth that price. Also, if you don't have something on the menu any more, take it off the menu!

Solid, likely one of the better places to eat in the area. No complaints from the food to the staff. Inside area is rather nice.

For mains, the insalata with octopus and shrimp was really good, packed with seafood and balanced with citrus from a light dressing. The ravioli pueblo was interesting. The chile in the sauce was a really nice touch, adding some interesting spice to the dish. The sauce itself was very thick, the heaviness took away from the dish a tiny bit. It's funny because I had never heard of this place before but it is in a fantastic area near Night Ramen and Provision Bakery (two amazing spots). Breakfast at Provision, apps and drinks at My Cellar Wine Bar, and maybe a dinner at Night Ramen. Haha! Just kidding, but again, great spot. Here's where I have issues. I worked in the restaurant industry for six years. I understand staying over close and even coming in close to close is a no no (at least for me). But we arrived at 7:30 pm and stayed until 9:45 pm. One of my best friends is getting married so she wanted to show us her dress and share her excitement. At 9 pm (note they close at 10 pm), they turned on the lights, began sweeping, closed the kitchen, and even at one point blasted music. We asked the waitress when they closed the wine bar. 10 pm. But what frustrated me the most is that the manager (I assume) came over and was acting extremely condescending. "I know you girls are having such a good time!!" And was trying to usher us out. Girl. You don't close until 10 pm. It's 9:45. If you didn't want us to stay, then maybe change the hours. I don't care if we are the only ones there. It was extremely rude and the way she said it felt, as I said, condescending. Like we were young and dumb or something. As a diner, I expect great service. Which we got for the most part. But to kick us out before it closes is unprofessional and frustrating. Of course we left, but god forbid a girl get excited about her wedding and wants to share all about it. This left a sour taste in my mouth and again, if you wanted to close early, maybe don't tell patrons the actual time you close: 10 pm. We bought a lot and a bottle of wine. Let us finish our glasses and I promise we will leave before close. I would still come back, but maybe I'll go to Vine and Wheel or another wine bar first.
