The service was good (Charity is her name). But that is the upside. The dining room needs a good cleaning. Replace the tattered lamp shades. You don't want to know what the men's looked like smelly and dirty. Saturday night 04/04/26 the manager not very friendly! I visited this restaurant for the first time a few days ago and, overall, had a pleasant dining experience. The location was convenient enough, in a shopping area of Pueblo off of I-25N, there was adequate parking (though the parking had many HUGE potholes!), the outside of the restaurant was nicely decorated, we ere welcomed as we entered the restaurant by a pleasant, smiling employee, we were seated quickly at a clean table and comfortable seats, the dining room was clean but the lighting was too dim, they had a full salad bar for an inexpensive price, the menus were professional produced, were colorful, and provided many lunch options, our server came quickly, was friendly, took our order without any problems, our meals arrived in less than 10 minutes and my honey-baked chicken, covered with delicious sauce, mashed potatoes and broccoli were delicious and reasonably priced, no music was playing, not sure if there was free WiFi, and the restroom was clean and did not smell. read more

We hadn't been there in 15 years, not sure why not. Prompt service by an attentive young man who appeared to have numerous tables. The burgers were tasty. Nothing exceptional, but "exceptional " is a rare thing these days. I wish I could remember his name. Youngster, thin, dark hair and glasses. He made our average experience superior. read more

staff was nice, but very frantic and didn't stay at the table very long. host stand had nobody there for at least 5 minutes while at least 4 parties waited. multiple light fixtures had cracks in them. the restaurant was an overall clean place. the staff took a considerable amount of time to process our payment when we were done and waiting to leave. i ordered the deconstructed kabob and the beef tips were EXTREMELY tough, dry and had practically no flavor at all. the butter garlic served on the side has a very foamy texture that makes it unpleasant. the rice the platter is served on was dry as well. the grilled zucchini was so soggy and over cooked that the middle of it fell out when i touched the fork to it. the skillet cookie was great however, i wish the ice cream wasn't melted so much when it was served to us. read more

Food is ok and servers are nice, but this place is beyond filthy. Kind of surprised the health department doesn't shut it down. Tables are sticky, salt and pepper shakers are gross, and the carpet is so filthy it looks like hard wood. Windows are smeared and glass cover of the salad bar is gross. read more

Food was horrible! 6oz ribeye had been left in parking lot driven over till it was less than 1/4 thick And tasted like shoe leather! The chicken was boiled or microwaved rubber shoe! Got sat down and several waitresses walked by over the course of 10 minutes without ever acknowledging me and my husband so we finally got up and left to Prime Rib which ironically got us drinks and our starters within minutes of sitting down. My husband ordered a steak the guy informed us it was cooked from frozen and going to take a bit longer it came out still frozen. The salad bar was very unkept some of the items had crusty dried food on top because it isn't kept up. My burger was smaller than a child's burger from McDonald's.. We drive from Colorado Springs to Pueblo just to have some Ruby's. That's because we don't have one in Colorado Springs. Their salad bar is always fresh so the salad is tasty and we get a discount if we add it to another order. Usually the blackened fish sandwich or ribs. We haven't had a bad meal at Ruby Tuesday. We were excited to see a salad bar again! We come for the salad! This location however wasnt the best. Our waiter was stressed and we could see they were understaffed...part of why I didnt give a lower score. I understand businesses are struggling for help. We were patient waiting for service. We all got salad bar and some an entree. The salad bar was out of a lot of items and it did not look attended to. Even in understanding, it was frustrating as that was my meal. The entress came out 27 mins later. The tater tops were awesome and food was hot. They were running a special 2 for $24 and add endless salad and drink on for $5. That seemed a good deal! We didnt see our waiter again till end of meal. We received the bill and found we had been charged $5.99 for salad and $2.89 for drink that was to be $5 as printed on special menu. We advised the waiter who stated we were wrong as he tried to tell us it was only on another special. Frustrated we pointed it out to him, and to his surprise we were right. Most excellent dinner this evening! The food was exceptional, my wife loved the artichoke dip and five-cheese cheese-steak Sammy and highly recommend the mushroom Swiss burger. Our service was wonderful. Carol took care of us like we were her only customers but her section was full to the brim. We had a pleasant chat with Tiffany the Assistant Manager who stopped by to check on us and see if we needed anything. I only go to this restaurant when other people want to. The main reason I never want to go is that is is sooo disgusting. The floor is so nasty, it made my shoes stick. How can anyone that manages this restaurant not notice how dirty it is? The windowsills are full of dead bugs, the blinds are splattered with old food and god knows what. And the floors. Ugh. The floors look like something out of a dive bar in Guadalajara. There have been a reviews about their floors from months ago, but obviously nothing was ever done. If the kitchen is even half as dirty, make sure your hepatitis shots are up to date! That being said - the service is usually pretty decent and the drinks aren't half bad read more

The food was not very good. The steak was tough like leather the shrimp scampi was actually grilled shrimp and pasta it was the farthest thing from scamp. They made us wait 20 minutes wh there was over a dozen open table. They offered stea sauce and never brought it, we had to go search and get it ourselves. I will not come back here! Usually I love this place. I've been coming here since I was a kid. Today was an absolute mess. It took 10 minutes just for our waitress to greet us and ask what we wanted to drink. After ordering food we sat for an hour waiting just for my order to be wrong. By all means I am not picky but I asked for no tomatoes on my pasta as I'm allergic and it came with a whopping amount of tomatoes. After that we heard our server tell the hostess how needy the table was next to us. (They also got their whole ENTIRE order wrong). I'm not at all happy with our experience we have had today. Awful experience. First the restaurant is filthy. I mean discussing. The blinds don't look like they have ever been cleaned. There is a thick layer of grime on them. The chairs and booths are also awful and you can see the dirt built up. We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich. The burger was decent but the chicken sandwich looked like it had been cooked yesterday and then recooked again. Biting into it was like trying to bite into a cold rock. The fries were also cold and soggy. It took nearly 30 minutes to get the food already so I just sent it back and watched my husband eat his food. We couldn't drink anything because the cups were gross and full of hard water build up (the waitress said because the dishwashers are broken). When it was time to pay they still charged me for the food sent back! When I asked the waitress about it she said "well I don't have a manager to remove it". Very very disappointed!! read more

Blah! The service sucked! There was easily 10 servers but it took 10 minutes to get someone to get us water... and there was about 5 other tables total in the entire restaurant! The food was ok. I liked the mini-burgers that my bf got, and the artichoke dip for appetizer wasn't bad either :). The chicken burger (what I had) was a little "eh" but the fries were yummy. Went for late lunch around 3pm. When i walked in i was by myself before the other 2 to my party arrived. Waited around 5 min to be seated. Pueblo had a horrible cold front and it was freezing and sadly the restaurant was too, which didn't help we were sat next to the emergency exit door. Our waitress was not at all greeting or friendly. The 3 of us ordered crab legs and they were have soggy meat and the other part practically dried out like leather, along with terrible taste. We were still eating and approached about dessert which we said no thank you. Then the bill came, in midst of still eating. After completing our meal we looked at the check and noticed the black board "special price" for lunch did not reflect on the add on salad bar. The waitress awkwardly said okay and took the ticket, after waiting awhile we decided to approach her and said can we just checkout at the bar??? She moved at such a slow pace and at that point we had waited in altogether 20 min to pay our bill.. We also took note she never asked us about refills or ordering more drinks, we ordered a soft drink and alcoholic drinks. They did have a busser and found him the best personality and hardest worker and we actually ended up tipping the busser.. ALSO when we arrived my friend made a comment saying it smelt bad, i giggled and joked it was the hard boiled eggs but after we finished eating we all went to the restroom to wash our hands and realized that's where the horrible smell was coming from... There was yellow tape across one stall and let me tell you the smell was terrible!!!! We were very unimpressed with service, food, and atmosphere BESIDES THE HARDWORKING BUSSER HE WAS THE BEST OF OUR EXPERIENCE. read more

MADE US SICK! - DISGUSTING!! Absolutely avoid at all costs. Of the five people in our party, three got sick right after eating at the Ruby Tuesdays in Pueblo. I wish I could give them a zero. This rating is based on the fact that the staff was rude and not professional. My family walked in and there was 3 waitress having a conversation. They did not greet and honestly they looked upset when we came in. The host was unfriendly and looked unhappy with his life. We saw a gentlemen that got seated after us get served before . I'm not sure if the waiter wasn't notified but it seems like they don't have a system where the waiters or waitress work together to enhance the customers experience . We only go there for the salad bar. We went yesterday, noticed a horrible B.O. smell . It was an employee who was cleaning and seating customers. It lingered the ENTIRE meal and you could tell the staff was really stressed out! We ordered soup that came frozen and both of us got sick. We were both up all night with nausea!
