My mom and I both ordered the lobster bisque. It was okay. I don't understand why grated cheese was added to the top. I lived on the east coast for many years and had many bowls of lobster bisque and never had cheese added to it. It affected the taste. My husband and I went to, Ruby Tuesday's today. And they were amazing. The food, atmosphere, and the service.

It was a very bad experience because our server insulted us. Otherwise, the restaurant is dirty and the food is mediocre. We will never return to any Ruby Tuesday restaurant. It wouldn't be good for us to tolerate needless disrespect in the form of verbal abuse. This Ruby Tuesday restaurant is a good place to get a bacterial infection. read more

Since the pandemic Ruby Tuesday has absolutely cratered. I went to the one in North Platte NE. There were six of us in the party. We had been working on a big wildfire in the area. Several of us just got the salad bar. The rest got burgers and chicken parm. So in total there were only three entrees to prepare. IT TOOK 40 MINUTES. And when it arrived the chicken parm was inedible. I told the person in our party who ordered it to send it back and complain but the Midwest Nice in them would not allow it. So, I told the server how horrible it was. (I'm not from the Midwest.). The server just stood there and chuckled and shrugged. Clearly she didn't know what to do about a complaint. So nothing happened and we paid our bill for the horrible food, took our Midwest Nice and left. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. Avoid at all cost. read more

I would not recommend coming to this Ruby Tuesday. The portions are small. The server ignored us. We asked to speak with the manager and she acted like she didn't hear us. We are basically the last ones left in the restaurant and we're still waiting for a check. Next time we're driving through Nebraska we will definitely pass this place. read more

My husband and I went for the salad bar on 10/20/24. Word to the wise--always check the condition of the salad bar before ordering. Vegetables were all over the counter and the floor, and several items were almost out. Dressing ladles were messy. Such a good meal. We almost didn't go based on recent reviews but we love the salad bar so decided to try it and I'm glad we did. In our party of 7 we had Spinach Artichoke Dip, Mozzarella Sticks, Queso Dip, Jalapeño Bacon Queso Burger, Philly Cheesesteak Hoagie, Coconut Shrimp, Bacon Club, plus salad bar, drinks, and dessert. Totally inedible burger. Ordered Smash Burger and got two bricks of shoe leather. Worst burger ever and at my age that's saying a LOT. I could barely bite into it, dry, tasteless and tough. Ate about a 3rd but couldn't finish it. I ordered a salad as well and it was the best part. Manager took 10% off of a completely inedible entree. No skin off their nose but I will never go back. The food was standard Ruby T: service was a bit lax, as we were there early for dinner & it was almost empty. We were traveling with our adult kids & tired. We weren't expecting much & ordered some "safe" options like hamburgers & nachos. What was disappointing was how dirty the restaurant was: the late afternoon sun came in through the windows & exposed everything. And everywhere I looked from the windows to the floors, I could see dirt/grime that had been there a long time... It was too late to back out & nowhere close by the hotel. To me that shows the lack of pride in management that travels down to waitstaff. Shutting it down for 24 hrs to deep clean would help & then training everyone from cleaning staff to regular waitstaff to keep it clean during their shifts would be a good place to start. I didn't even want to think what was happening in the kitchen. I don't mind eating at chain restaurants on road trips (with their prepackaged foods), IF they're clean & friendly. read more

Heading back home from Colorado and stopped to eat. Waitress, Bonnie, was really great. The food was a little slow coming out, but Bonnie made sure we were good. Our assigned waiter was super nice and friendly. We had to wait for over 45 minutes for the first dish to come out. However, the main issue with my dish is that the ribs were extremely dry, the ribeye was not seared properly and was tough for a 1/4 inch piece of meat. read more

My server's name was Charly J according to my receipt. She was extremely attentive to my order. I really appreciate the good service. It was great breath of fresh air after I have driven several hours. I ordered from their healthy portions lunch menu. I had a half chicken breast with white cheddar mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was quite delicious. I also love the bread balls that they bring to you piping warm. Chicken was overcooked, but everything else was good. Server Jasmin does not know how to handle tips. For a $15 check, I placed a $20 in the book. Angling for a $5 tip, she asked pointedly if I needed change. I said yes. She brought back a five dollar bill, still trying for that $5 tip.
