They're Not even trying. Stopped by at 8:30 tonight for dinner and doors locked. Went around side entrance and staff said "they were closed early for COVID (but "just tonight"). REALLY ? Just close for good if you're not even going to try. What a joke. read more

Great service, friendly staff and good quality food!! Nice family restaurant with kid friendly menu and great salad bar!

b!tchy server, expensive for not much, not great food, order description not good got a super spicy sandwich when they didn't say it was. $75 for ribs & a sandwich is ridiculous, will not be going back. read more

Dirty, the tables are sticky, the menus have food remnants. The glassware and silverware has hard water stains, spots and looks like it was never washed or replaced. Salad bar plates wet and dirty. Scary salad bar. Service was not good, was never checked on after the food arrived, drink empty and no offer for another. The food is terrible and way too salty and overcooked. It literally tastes like table salt with every bite. I wish I didn't decide to go in but was stressed and exhausted and it was across from where I was. Should have known better by the semi-empty parking lot on a Friday evening. I was afraid to bother sending anything back or speaking with anyone, this place is at the point where it should just close. Don't eat here. read more

I have always liked eating at Ruby Tuesdays but I was a bit disappointed w/the blackened fish sandwich. It tasted a bit on the frozen side. I will definitely come by again but will stay away from the fish. read more

Ruby Tuesday - Blackened fish sandwich w/potato tots.. - American Near Me - Middletown, New York

Last night my husband and I took my sister out for dinner. It was horrrible ! My husbands steak was disgusting, no flavor literally tasted like nothing. He asked for medium it was well , well done. I got a cheeseburger and Mac and cheese. I never got my Mac and cheese and I got my Burger but, with hair in it. I returned it back to the waiter and received a new one. No money off the bill, no free desert, nothing. It was a horrible experience. Honestly, I'll never go back. They were out of almost everything. Well I guess you can tell By this, they were the ONLY place in Middletown with no wait. read more

We headed for Red lobster and saw the Ruby Tuesdays in back of it. It was lunch so we figured the Salad bar route was good for us. I must say this is a new looking building and it is spotless on the inside. We were greeted and seated almost immediately. The menu is large but not oversize like a diner and I am okay with that. I had the salad bar and the crispy chicken sliders. The bar is well stocked and fresh and had more than enough variety's so the sliders were overkill. The Waitress was very attentive and served us with a smile. I liked this place and will definitly go back read more

horrible horrible horrible, I went last night after brothers graduation. first the waitress maybe came to my table 2 times the whole hour and half I was there kept having to ask other waitress for things that I wanted/needed. She kept saying she was so busy but everytime I looked up she was just standing behind the bar wiping things down. Then the portions sizes crazy I paid $20 on a shrimp and chicken dish and first it took 40 minutes to come out and when it did I was shocked, the shrimp were the same size of a nickel and over cooked to high heavens with MOUNTAINS of salt on top of it, the mashed potatoes portions was smaller then the container they give you for the sauces. I don't care if the portions were small if the dish cost $15 not almost $22. The fact put bill came over $200 for food that looked like it came off the kids meal is crazy lot me and the seasoning on the food from anybody at the table said tasted so bland or you couldn't eat because the amount of salt that was put on it. I can see why on a Friday night they only had maybe 10 tables read more

First time in Harrison, ate at the Ruby Tuesdays there. Our waitress, Saylor was fantastic! Wonderful service from her. She was outstanding. I highly recommend them just make sure you ask for Saylor!! read more

Love Ruby Tuesday's salad bar. They have all the ingredients I love on a salad. I never leave hungry!!

Have been going here for years on a very, very occasional basis and it never totally sucked. It had always been a mediocre experience in food quality and service, but it was convenient...this recent visit will most definitely be my last. First thing I noticed was the sticky table...then the sticky menus...then the sticky salt and pepper shakers...onto the ketchup bottle and beyond. Yuk. Against my better judgement, I ordered coffee. Big mistake. It was coffee, I guess, but litereally tasteless. Then I ordered chicken tenders and CRISPY fries. If I order fries, I specifically order them well done because they are normally underdone no matter where you go and browning them negates some of the greasiness. Obviously, the waitress (yes, I use gender specific labels...sue me. I was a waitress for years and never took offense at being referred to as such) misunderstood my request and brought out a plate of rock-hard chicken tender-looking things with dried out, stringy white meat inside and a pile of underdone, whitish, mealy fries. Even the GMO corn syrup-laden pseudo-ketchup didn't help. The waitress was polite enough, but obviously over worked as she was serving at tables and behind the bar, then apparently forgot I was there and I had to stand up and leave the table to get her attention. All I wanted to do was pay and get out of there. The "hostess" intervened and asked what I wanted. I said all I want is the check and to leave. She took that as an insult and accused me of yelling at her. Seriously, I did not yell at her. She obviously was having a bad day. I pointed out that I was aware they are understaffed, as is every restaurant in the country...still, not my fault. $15 to $20 for a plate of ...whatever...I expect a little better quality and service. That said, not a nice experience and not a clean environment. read more

Service was less than good and the sandwiches we ordered came out warmish. We wanted dessert but she just came out straight with the check without asking smh. Dont go here unless you're old af cause servers here apparently dont like customers that are under 30 years for whatever reason. The server's name was kristi by the way read more

While our food was absolutely delicious out waitress Samantha spent more time talking to her friends at the table behind us she even had their alcohol drinks ready on the table before they walked in the door (clearly didn't check ids) at one point even sitting down with them while we waited for 10 min for a coffee. We felt rushed. The salad bar seemed to be lacking almost everything. Normally this is my favorite place but today just was not a good day for them read more

When your order comes out five times incorrectly there's a problem. When your order comes out five time correctly and the fries are cold every time that's a problem when you order drinks and wait 13 minutes for a lemonade a seltzer and a Diet Coke and that's a problem when you try to pay for your bill but can't find your waitress for 10 minutes that's a problem. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner of this establishment a few years ago I don't think he owns it anymore because it has taken such a dive. Everything was awful even the lemonade. No manager came over to apologize. And I almost forgot the flies. read more

I frequent this place pretty often. I enjoy the salad bar here and they recently added more ingredients to the salad bar. The price for the salad bar was also raised with the addition of more ingredients. Before you could add the salad bar as a side to some meals for free. Now there's an additional price for adding salad bar as a side. Service is usually pretty nice. However the last time I went it took a very long time for our food to come out. The food here is usually quite solid, nothing exceptional though. Overall I would come here just for the salad bar read more

I went for dinner with my 3 kids last night and was actually impressed the was good. I got a sirloin with a loaded baked potato l and it was cooked perfectly. My kids food all came out great I just wish they had the pizza my daughter wanted. The best part was the waitress kristi H who was so nice to my kids and was entertaining all there games even when she was doing other stuff. The only error I had was getting the wrong size steak but the manager fixed the issue and was just as nice.. will be returning read more

My wife had a few doctors appointments today and we needed a quick lunch so we stopped in at Ruby Tuesday's and went to the waiting desk there was a few people eating in the restaurant but we waited about five minutes and nobody even said hello we won't be going back there there were a few employees milling about but no one ever acknowledged us service like this especially when you're in a hurry sucks read more

3rd time, each time it get worse. I am done with this restaurant. Good quality food, they just can't get it too you hot and fresh. They were not very crowded, seafood overcooked, food just warm. Hostess told the waitress that a table near us complained all the time, no matter what. On the way out, I told the hostess that if that couple complained tonight, they had every right too, as our food was lousy also. Sorry, she said.... Maybe people are complaining because the food is really lousy! read more

Ate lunch here with 3 other people. I ordered the lunch combo which is the salad bar and a couple different options, mainly sliders. The chicken slider looked pretty good in the picture. It was supposed to be a breaded chicken patty with 2 pickles on each. When it came out, it was a chicken tender cut in half and 1 pickle on each. The fries were ridiculously salted so I only ate a couple of them. My niece ordered the Asiago steak and there was an excessive amount of cheese to cover a tiny steak which also wasn't cooked how she ordered it. It was basically rare and she ordered it medium well. The salad bar was ok, but I expected there to be more variety. They only had ham as far as meat and not as many veggies as I expected. No green peppers or pickles, only black olives, etc. Definitely not planning to go there again. Seems to me they used to be better. read more

Ordered a cobb salad take-out, and a coworker picked it up.   It came with no egg, and it was all crappy iceberg lettuce.  Dressing was so thinned out, it was like pouring milk onto the salad.  For $12.99, I expected better.  Won't be back. read more

Frequent here often service is always most attentive, today the chicken blt was a bit on the dry side. Told the waitress Linda and she immediately had my wife's order changed for the cheese burger. Manager came over to deliver the new order, and said he was looking into the chicken issue. As I mentioned here often and am pleased too see Great customer service at its best. And by the way they have the best salad bar in all Middletown read more

They have the nicest wait staff by far. I had Julius and he is a gem!! Nicest waiter I ever had.

Ok this RT was good. There was nothing that jumped out at me and said "wow this is amazing for a chain place". The food was cooked good I just got the salad bar which was very good for the price. A person I was with had the salmon and said it was very good. Another person I was with had the set loin steak and they said that was cooked great medium. I know chain places can be hit or miss with there cooking depending who is on staff and how many people are In the restaurant. I have only eaten at this RT this one time so I don't have a hit or miss story. All I can say is that tonight the food was good. My salad was good. The waitress was nice and attentive. No complaints. Overall. I can't say if the food is hit or miss but our food was cooked good tonight. I would recommend this location. PROS: - food was cooked to liking read more

Probably the worst dinner I've ever had in Middletown. We got three entrees, a steak that looked like it was at the bottom of the freezer for 3 weeks and has been thawing for the past two. A Burger that came out wrong 2 times and was subpar, and a chicken that was lower quality than Walmart's. Not worth the money. The manager took the steak off the bill due to the fact it had one piece eaten and you could see the microwave marks. But it was still too much to spend on that dinner. read more

Its all about the Salad Bar...not the Tilapia or Lobster Tail...trust me! They recently revamped the salad bar to include candied nuts, new dressings, pita-like chips, etc. The waitress was a young girl with a great smile, good sense of humor, and a boat load of patience. It was a satisfactory experience. Every once in a while u may crave a quick salad bar lunch, and this a good Ruby Tuesdays to satisfy that read more

OMG, what happened to this place? Years ago, it was a great place to go. Loved the personnel that were so accommodating and the food was really fantastic no matter what you got. Now you're waiting far too long for service, drinks, and food. There are all these things that sound great on the menu, but are horrible when they come out. Two staple items like the potato salad at the salad bar and the cheese fondue appetizers have been changed and from our standpoint, just ruined. read more

Had a great date night with the wife. The server julie was very attentive and knew the menu very well. We will be going back

Now that I've discovered yelp LET ME TELL Y'ALL ABOUT RUBY MF TUESDAYS!!!!! Our server seemed tipsy (ASHLEY) and she took her own $10 tip. My sisters steak and my aunts burger were Raw when they asked for well done. My father absolutely LOVES shepherd's pie and Ruby's version tasted like booty butt cheek therefore my father did not swallow his bite. My food tasted fine but it wasn't hot, it was luke warm and my meatballs had too big of bites of vegetables in them. Their mixed drinks were bad and had no fruity flavor like it said, if I wanted straight tequila l would just go to a liquor store. And t last but not least, the wait for our food was RIDICULOUS! We wait almost 2 hours. NEVER GOING BACK! At least the seating is fast though... read more

We came here after walking out of Denny's across the road because that place was gross, and I'm glad we did. I got a cajun fish/shrimp dish with mashed potatoes and chicken quesadillas and it was all very good. I live in NYC and have meals that taste exactly the same at nice places in Manhattan, with a minor change or two, but for more money. I'm guessing they went over some overhaul or management change, because the old reviews are horrible, but I didn't experience that at all and the tables around us seemed happy. read more

I've been to this restaurant several times in the past several years. Overall it's better than the Ruby Tuesday's in the Mall, but not by much. Service and quality definetely seem to be on a steady decline. Tonight I went out with three other people. Service was SLOW. The man was very friendly but seemed to be working too many tables, also forgetfull. They tell you to pick two sides for your entrees but if you want salad bar you have to pay extra. I got a blue moon which was okay, but two others ordered Long Island Ice Tea and Strawberry Sangria, and neither were thrilled. Food overall was good, as well as dessert, Blondie was very good, but a lot of frustration over service marred the experience. You can get better food, drink and service in over a dozen other places in town. read more

Horrible. Took an hour to make our food, food was hard and dry. Pasta was raw, fish and chicken was super salty. Very bad DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE read more

This review is about Ruby Tuesday's catering service. The only reason this got even one star is because the food was on time. That's it. The food was horrible! Sliders had absolutely no taste and the rolls were hard. The wings had no taste and the breading was like mush. Same can be said of the broccoli. It wasn't even broccoli, it was mush. The order came with three sides and was supposed to serve 10-12 people. They must have been joking with the amount of food in the sides. It wasn't even enough to have fed four people. I actually emailed the company in regards to this and didn't even get a response. For $170.00 I expected more. Never again! Don't waste your money on this "restaurant". read more

It seems to me that the closing of some restaurants and updating some things here are not helping. My niece likes RT and we let her pick our lunch spot. The table had crumbs all over it when we were seated. I didn't see it as I used the bathroom before sitting down, my sister told me they had to clean it. Mind you, this was very early on a Saturday. The price was ok as there was a fajita special. We all got fajitas. They were ok. Both the raspberry and strawberry iced teas tasted very watered down. We wanted second drinks and asked for water instead of a refill because they were so tasteless. While our server was pleasant and fairly put together, the wait staff looked very unkempt and dirty even; my 11 year old niece actually said that. The worst part and reason we won't be returning was the piece of fried shrimp under our table. This was an early lunch, like 11:30ish on a Saturday, leading me to believe that was left there from the night before. Three stars is a generous rating. read more

Hello. Are you advertising salads. Cesar salad was uneatable. Old romaine lettuce mixed with moldy cabbage and heavy creamy dressing topped with many greasy dark croutons on a oval little plate. Hickory Bourbon Salmon over cooked. My dear birthday guess have the triple play ribs slighted covered with some meat plus the heavy coated fried shrimps and chicken. I wish to show some pics however I could do anything in honor to my best friend birthday. read more

Food absolutely horrible! My husband got microwaved pasta and it was so hard when he stuck a fork in it the whole glob of pasta came up. The Mac and cheese was okay; also the salmon was eh. The little biscuits they gave for starters are a joke. The only nice thing was the hostess and the mediocre salad bar. Place is dingy needs a serious carpet clean. read more
