Walked in around 4:20pm, maybe 2 booths filled with customers. Immediately met by a woman whom gave my family and I a stank face the second we walked in. Got seated and ordered our drinks. Took about 20 min to come back around and get our food order. We ordered the 3 for 16 appetizer trio and placed our dinner order. About 30 minutes later our food comes out before the appetizers even show up. So we asked about them and got met with a "sorry that's my fault" ok that's understandable. We begin to eat our dinner and the fries are Luke warm and no where near just came out of a fryer fresh for the customer order. Appetizers finally show up before we are ready for the check and to leave. Appetizers also no where near "freshly prepared" the potatoe skins were cold to the touch and the mozzarella sticks were also again all this like it had been sitting there for a while. Definitely not prepared fresh for customer order. I'd give 0 stars if it allowed me to post a review without it. $100.00 dinner and it was total ass. We won't be back. read more

The wait staff is openly hiding in the kitchen, the tables are visibly dirty and have used dishes and trays sitting on them, I had to ask for my daughter's lemonade twice after ordering it (mind you, it was not busy by any means), the table right next to us had been waiting since before we got there to even get a drink order put in let alone get food, and it took them at least 50 minutes to get our food out AND it came out barely warm. First off, the entire place feels stuck in another decade--outdated décor, worn‑down seating, and an overall atmosphere that just doesn't feel cared for. It's the kind of vibe that makes you wonder when the last real update happened. Also, I'm pretty sure the average age of guests in there was 75. Second, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, but we had to wait to be seated due to the absence of anyone employed there. There was only 2 wait staff for the entire restaurant from what I could tell. The food was OK. Just OK. Finally, the check came and it's one of those where the tip is pre-calculated so you don't have to do the math...please do the math. The tip percentages are calculated off of the entire amount of the check...That's called double dipping and is an extremely controversial topic online right now. Tips are supposed to be calculated from the pre tax subtotal amount. I can ignore all of the above, but I absolutely refuse to support an establishment that scams its customers. read more

Talked my husband into going because I love the salad bar. However, that's about the only thing they excel at anymore. Husband got a steak and it was pretty earful to say the least. Even when the host brought it out he sat it down and said "and whatever kind of cut this is". It took awhile before the waitress remembered to bring my soup. It was the broccoli cheddar. But was sub par to say the least. Was t very warm and just tasted off to me. Couldn't quite put my finger on it. Maybe was old and had been warmed up several times. Just not sure. Son said his kids cheeseburger was good. Other son refused to eat his Mac and cheese because he said it smelled weird. I tried it and it was fine. Definitely overpriced though as it's Kraft box Mac and cheese and you don't get a side with it. I came in Ruby Tuesday today to pick up my online order. This would have been my first time eating at Ruby Tuesdays. I came in. I went to the bar so I can pick up my order. I was first in line, but instead of the representatives at this restaurant, addressing me asking me if I needed help, they asked everybody behind me that was a lighter color than myself, and when he finally got to me, he didn't say hello, how may I help you, all he said was, you got it online order he addressed everybody with hello how may I hope you do you have an online order when you got to me attitude totally disgusting. I said hello. I gave him my name and when he picked it up, I told him I wanted a refund and I explained to him everything that I'm explaining to you as to why I wanted my refund anybody of color coming to Ruby Tuesday's please be aware and I wouldn't need anything here they might put something in your food. read more

I was so missing Ruby's salad bar and was excited to see this near my hotel. I wish I'd left my last memories of Ruby Tuesday's the way I thought about them before this visit. The salad bar was what I remembered for variety, but the quality just wasn't there. I chose the bourbon salmon and potatoes. The salmon was cooked well. The sauce was too sweet and the potatoes were bland. The server made up for part of it so I can give an extra star for that. read more

Time: Saturday lunch, but not busy at all. Service: We waited several minutes before even seeing an employee when we first walked in, and finally got seated. Our waitress was slow and had to be asked of for everything. Food: I've never been brought a dish where the food simply looked horrible. Plus a side war forgotten, and a requested side of bbq was not even pourable. It had settled, meaning it was left sitting out for hours and then brought to a customer?! Poor service, slow, forgetful. Food was mediocre at best. Took forever to get it, and it was barely warm. The only decent thing anyone had were the mozzarella sticks. The 6oz ribeye was the sorriest looking steak I've ever seen. One of our party ordered a hamburger, it came out missing half of the bun, and the meat just looked sickly. I make it there probably once a month for their fantistic salad bar. They also have daily specials with discounts and salad bar discount on the menu. I like all the salads they have and that is what I usually get. Occasionally the service isn't all that great but I am not there a lot to make other comments. Started with a Ruby Relaxer after a long day on the road and it was delicious. Service was great. We had coconut shrimp, bourbon chicken and baby back ribs. Ribs were cold, French fries cold and stale but chicken, mashed potatoes were moist and mashed potatoes and broccoli were good. Coconut shrimp were overcooked. My Wife and I visited this Ruby Tuesday on 4-21-2025, We sat at the Bar, Dirty glasses on the bar and were not removed when we sat down, nor was the bar top wiped down. The Server was distant, unpleasant and rude. Her name was Abigai A. At this Ruby's One person handles entire bar, Bar area of tables and Carry outs. This Ruby's is definitely needing more help. We finally got our drink order and after a couple of sips, my wife noticed "pulp" floating and around the inside of the glass" As we did not order a drink with any pulp-YIKES.-A Very Dirty Glass. We brought it to Abigai's attention, No apology, She said I will get you a new one on Me. that one came in clean and Okay. we ordered dinner, it took a long time and we both ordered dinner for 2 special, cheese burgers were to be well done, they arrived medium rare. It took so long to get them, we basically ate our fries and the overcooked Coconut Shrimp appetizer. When the bill arrived, the first drink in the dirty glass was on the bill, we brought it to the attention of Abigai A and she said we ordered 3 drinks, and she made a new one, so we would be charged for all three, when we only had 2. We asked for a Manager, she said I do not know where he is, She stomped off and found the manager who came to our table and still was confused as to why we were not wanting to pay for 3 drinks, we explained it should only be 1 drink as the 1st one was in a dirty glass with pulp and mystery stuff floating and she said originally this one will be one me. So our second drink we were oaky to pay.(but for only 1.) So Abigai poured a new one and added it to our bill. MGR. finally had a discussion with Abigai A and corrected the bill. We told him of her attitude, still no apologies, as we left the Parking lot, MGR offered to buy us a meal the next day, BUT we declined as We were on our way out of town the next Morning. Never been to a Ruby Tuesday's any where and have had not just bad service but shocking as well. The food for my wife was mediocre and mine was undercooked. Terrible server name Jordan she reminded us of our grandson who is a meth user, distant, not personable,distracted by her phone, and she had meth sores all over and bad facial features. Drugs will do that to you. Appears this restaurant is a dive and no one cared that her skin and drugs is around our food. The place wasnt even busy and service and food was terrible. Needs new management and staff otherwise not sure how this place will continue to stay open the way its operated. We should have went to Cracker Barrel. read more

My family and I visitation met for lunch here on Saturday. There were 9 of us. We arrived after 1 so the restaurant was not very busy. It took a long time to get the waiters attention to get menus. He gave us menus a and left. We had to wait for prolong period of time to ask him to take our drink orders and out lunch order. We had find him and get his attention to get the 3 orders from the bar. We only recieved 2 of the 3. We could see drinks at the bar so we sent him back. He grabbed the wrong one. When he bought out the meals, it was in 3 to 5 minute increments. He forgot to submit two of the meals. They didnt get their meals until everyone else was finished. The food was average quality. The salad bar was not well stocked. Several empty or partially empty dishes. No apologies from the waiter. He was not trained well. The forgotten meals were not comped nor was the screwed up drink orders. We will not be back read more

I seriously don't know how this restaurant is still in business. I ordered food from Mr Beast for a pick up and apparently, this is the establishment where the orders go through. So I go in and try to pick the order up inside at the bar. Pretty smooth transaction at first but then I notice my order wasn't complete. No problem- I just order again. The message said ready for pick up at 7:57 PM. People are sitting down and eating as I watch drunk construction guys hitting on the wait staff. Classy. 8:00 comes by and still no food; no worries- should be out soon, right? Bartender tells me they are waiting on fries at 8:10. She apologizes- okay? Still watching drunk construction guys hitting on wait staff and listening to crude comments as 60 something year old couples are in the vicinity eating their food. Then at 8:15 bartender comes out with my order of fries which is wrong again. At this point I'll take the hit from the extra $1.80 I paid because at this rate, it would probably take until 10:00 PM to correct my order. To top it off, the classy wait staff thinks the whole episode is funny as I'm leaving the restaurant. The place is horrendous! We had an absolutely lovely dinner here! The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was very good. My husband ordered the Bourbon BBQ Glazed salmon, asked for it to be cooked medium rare, and it was cooked PERFECTLY. It came with creamy mashed potatoes and the salad bar. The salad bar. My dinner. What a spread! 4 different greens, unique and tasty topping (crunchy wasabi peas!!!) meats, cheeses, great blue cheese dressing and tasty cracker thins. This is a chain restaurant with a salad bar option. We were very happy with our food and service. We had the bourbon glazed salmon with salad bar, and it was delicious. Our appetizers were not that great. The tempura green beans were soaked in oil, so I would not get those again. Our drinks from the bar were pretty good, but they missed a little something, a je ne sais quois.....The saving grace was our attentive waiter, who refilled our drinks and water, watched out for the timeliness of our food. I would get the bourbon salmon again, and as a place to eat on the road (just off of I-80), it was good. read more

Doordash order. Salmon was undercooked, broccoli was supposed to be steamed, was raw, zucchini was undercooked. Ordered the chicken carbonara pasta dish, description said grilled chicken over pasta. There was no grilled chicken to speak of, just small pieces in the pasta, an overabundance of mushrooms, and couldn't find any bacon in the pasta. This is the third time we've ordered from Ruby Tuesday and had an issue with the food. Ribeye steak was inedible. It was clearly microwaved not grilled. Smelled rancid and was pale grey in color. Absolutely unacceptable. When we called to talk to manager first time we were hung up on then when finally reached him he took no responsibility for food from his restaurant and said the online service we ordered through, DoorDash, was responsible. The talapia tasted like swamp water. While the ribs were excellent. They took.the salmon off the menu that tasted good. The price of the meal was a fair for most part. However on their deal price 2 meals for 25.00 was not a big deal as a person only had one desert for the two people and only 2 dessert options.
