The coffee is very good, and I like that they didn't try to cut the condensed milk with heavy cream etc. Service was quick and very professional. I asked a dumb question about raw onions and they took the time to assure me that there won't be any raw onions. I estimate there was .5 of an ounce of chicken, which was just a plain, unseasoned single slice of white meat. It was definitely not chashu chicken, which is pressed, rolled, seasoned and steamed or simmered. There were about 4 bean sprouts, 3 tiny slices of onion, and no bok choy. There was about an ounce of corn and about a half a package worth of ramen. The broth was the biggest disappointment. It had almost no flavor at all....no salt, no seasoning, no meat flavor. There was nothing savory or satisfying to it at all. The bowl was about room temperature. The broth tasted almost like lukewarm water had been poured into the bowl to clean some leftovers. The prices are shockingly high for this kind of food. A ramen bar is supposed to be fast, reasonably priced, and satisfying. The one bright spot of my meal were the tiny spring rolls they offered that afternoon as a special for half off. They were warm and crispy at least. Some sort of sauce would have been pleasant to accompany it. It's a nice location and offers outdoor seating. It's a pleasant environment. I wish it were better food....even mediocre food.
