The owner was so friendly and helpful! We had a great time picking out different noodles for everyone in our family, plus all the vegetables and meats. Kids had so much fun and the food was awesome. So many fun drinks and desserts to choose from too!

Really fun self-service ramen place. Great for a pre-movie meal, with kids, or for a date night.

Seating is limited, but it feels cozy and intimate. The staff was outstanding from the greeter to the servers, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The menu has a great variety, from ramen and teriyaki boxes to rice dishes and sushi. We started with the soft shell crab appetizer, which was incredibly fresh with a light, perfectly crisp tempura batter. For our main course, we went with a selection of sushi, and it was phenomenal. The fish was extremely fresh, served at the perfect temperature, and every flavor paired beautifully. One thing I really appreciated is they don't smother their sushi in sauces, they let the freshness and quality of the fish speak for itself, the way it should. Quite possibly the best sushi in town!!

We ordered a variety of stuff. As appetisers We ordered fried calamari, it's only now that I realized I didn't grab a pix of the calamari. It was decent with a creamy sriracha sauce. I then had my agadashi tofu. It was crisp and nice. The batter could be lighter and the tofu could be the softer kind... - to me that would be nirvana. But for this- it was good. My handroll and sushi was fresh and delicious. It was a good afternoon with the good food My drink happy sumo- was nice just didn't really do it for me though. Ambiance was nice and zen. I like it. We will be back.

That took another 10 minutes to arrive. I ordered the Naruto Ramen, which they describe as "Pork broth, rice noodle, chashu chicken, beans sprouts, green onions, corn and bok choy. I estimate there was .5 of an ounce of chicken, which was just a plain, unseasoned single slice of white meat. It was definitely not chashu chicken, which is pressed, rolled, seasoned and steamed or simmered. There were about 4 bean sprouts, 3 tiny slices of onion, and no bok choy. There was about an ounce of corn and about a half a package worth of ramen. The broth was the biggest disappointment. It had almost no flavor at all....no salt, no seasoning, no meat flavor. There was nothing savory or satisfying to it at all. The bowl was about room temperature. The broth tasted almost like lukewarm water had been poured into the bowl to clean some leftovers. The prices are shockingly high for this kind of food. A ramen bar is supposed to be fast, reasonably priced, and satisfying. The one bright spot of my meal were the tiny spring rolls they offered that afternoon as a special for half off. They were warm and crispy at least. Some sort of sauce would have been pleasant to accompany it. It's a nice location and offers outdoor seating. It's a pleasant environment. I wish it were better food....even mediocre food. We stopped by for lunch around noon on a Saturday (college not in session, so low traffic). We have finally found out go-to restaurant in Lincoln, NE! Everything we ate was best-in-class, exceptionally flavorful, generously portioned, fresh and homemade. We ordered the 4 Birria tacos, Elote corn, Birria Mac and Cheese, Birria Nachos and original horchata. It was all so delicious we decided to top it off with a Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich for dessert. Honestly, I can't say which was my favorite. They were all different and terrific in their own way even though there was the same Birria meat in most items. The Birria broth was very good!!! We will be back!

We got in around 7 pm. Ordered at the cashier and food was brought to us within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn't as expected. Portion was not as expected. Thin layer of supposedly rice but tasted more like boxed couscous that was microwaved. The sauce and the beef was oversalted. Lots of onion and cilantro. Over heavy onion. It wasnt cheap for that either. Wont be back. I've never been so disappointed in a restaurant before.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would…read more I ordered through DoorDash and got the same roll I order all the time. I've never had an issue until today. When my order arrived, the food was cold, which may have been more of a DoorDash issue since the delivery took quite a while. However, the bigger problem was the roll itself. The fish tasted terrible--so bad that I spit it out. I've had this roll many times before and know what it should taste like, and this was definitely not right. On top of that, I was missing a crab rangoon. When I tried to resolve it through DoorDash, they only offered a partial refund, so I called the restaurant directly. The employee I spoke with was argumentative from the start. When I explained that the roll was cold, soggy, and tasted like bad fish, he had excuse after excuse for why it was that way. The reality is that the food was not edible, and I had to spend more money to get something else to eat. As for the missing crab rangoon, he insisted that he personally packed my order and knew it was in the bag. He repeatedly told me he put it in there and suggested the DoorDash driver must have taken it. I told him I didn't care who put it in the bag--the point is that it wasn't in my order when it arrived. Instead of trying to help or make it right, he argued with me and basically accused someone else of stealing it. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and refusing to take concerns seriously are what earned this review. I won't be ordering from here again.

The chicken fried rice was horrible...and for the price insanely ridiculous. We reheated it at home to eat the rest later hoping to make it better. The girl who waited on me to grab the takeout was super snotty and rude. The owners are typically really nice when I go in but today was a totally different experience. Their employees working definitely make this place hit and miss.

We pointed it out and the server asked his manager. Manager pointed out that fhe menu is stated that it was named happy hour. Suggest they specifically put that on the menu. That said food still tasted good and is fresh. Thank you Koen for saving us a few bucks. Because i picked a different dish.and our overall bill was reduced. However, i also noticed reduction in the sizes of the meal probably due to the economy. In my dolsot bibimbap, there was much lesser meat, much lesser vegetables than before. The proportion of rice appeared to have grown. Looks like other patrons have noticed too. Might be awhile before we came back. Be mindful- habachi grill menu allows for one person n three people to order. The one named happy hour for two ppl cannot be ordered until its happy hour. Feels like they are penalising couples who want to both have their habachi. Remember that and save some moolah!!!!
