Cooking station

Very cool concept, had no idea it was here. You wouldn't know jt was an instant ramen shop from the outside. The guy working there was very helpful in explaining the process. You go in, grab a tray and bowl, pick your ramen, pick your toppings, pay, then cook it at one of the many stations. Apparently they have over 100 ramen options. I got the Shin Gold with chicken broth for $6.50. I added a seasoned egg, green onions, enoki mushrooms, fish cakes, and crab sticks. Total came to $11.80 with tax. Obviously kind of expensive for instant ramen, but you're there for the experience lol. There's some seating on the second floor. There are also a bunch of drink options and some other pre-cooked food like bulgogi.

The owner was so friendly and helpful! We had a great time picking out different noodles for everyone in our family, plus all the vegetables and meats. Kids had so much fun and the food was awesome. So many fun drinks and desserts to choose from too!

Really fun self-service ramen place. Great for a pre-movie meal, with kids, or for a date night.

Amazing service, imported food that is amazing, many many flavors and choices, seating is a bit minimal but still a lot of it to go around!

Seating is limited, but it feels cozy and intimate. The staff was outstanding from the greeter to the servers, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The menu has a great variety, from ramen and teriyaki boxes to rice dishes and sushi. We started with the soft shell crab appetizer, which was incredibly fresh with a light, perfectly crisp tempura batter. For our main course, we went with a selection of sushi, and it was phenomenal. The fish was extremely fresh, served at the perfect temperature, and every flavor paired beautifully. One thing I really appreciated is they don't smother their sushi in sauces, they let the freshness and quality of the fish speak for itself, the way it should. Quite possibly the best sushi in town!!

As appetisers We ordered fried calamari, it's only now that I realized I didn't grab a pix of the calamari. It was decent with a creamy sriracha sauce. I then had my agadashi tofu. It was crisp and nice. The batter could be lighter and the tofu could be the softer kind... - to me that would be nirvana. But for this- it was good. My handroll and sushi was fresh and delicious. It was a good afternoon with the good food My drink happy sumo- was nice just didn't really do it for me though. Ambiance was nice and zen. I like it. We will be back.

We stopped by for lunch around noon on a Saturday (college not in session, so low traffic). We have finally found out go-to restaurant in Lincoln, NE! Everything we ate was best-in-class, exceptionally flavorful, generously portioned, fresh and homemade. We ordered the 4 Birria tacos, Elote corn, Birria Mac and Cheese, Birria Nachos and original horchata. It was all so delicious we decided to top it off with a Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich for dessert. Honestly, I can't say which was my favorite. They were all different and terrific in their own way even though there was the same Birria meat in most items. The Birria broth was very good!!! We will be back!

We got in around 7 pm. Ordered at the cashier and food was brought to us within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn't as expected. Portion was not as expected. Thin layer of supposedly rice but tasted more like boxed couscous that was microwaved. The sauce and the beef was oversalted. Lots of onion and cilantro. Over heavy onion. It wasnt cheap for that either. Wont be back. I've never been so disappointed in a restaurant before.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would…read more I ordered through DoorDash and got the same roll I order all the time. I've never had an issue until today. When my order arrived, the food was cold, which may have been more of a DoorDash issue since the delivery took quite a while. However, the bigger problem was the roll itself. The fish tasted terrible--so bad that I spit it out. I've had this roll many times before and know what it should taste like, and this was definitely not right. On top of that, I was missing a crab rangoon. When I tried to resolve it through DoorDash, they only offered a partial refund, so I called the restaurant directly. The employee I spoke with was argumentative from the start. When I explained that the roll was cold, soggy, and tasted like bad fish, he had excuse after excuse for why it was that way. The reality is that the food was not edible, and I had to spend more money to get something else to eat. As for the missing crab rangoon, he insisted that he personally packed my order and knew it was in the bag. He repeatedly told me he put it in there and suggested the DoorDash driver must have taken it. I told him I didn't care who put it in the bag--the point is that it wasn't in my order when it arrived. Instead of trying to help or make it right, he argued with me and basically accused someone else of stealing it. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and refusing to take concerns seriously are what earned this review. I won't be ordering from here again.
