The atmosphere of the restaurant was a little odd, but endearing. The lighting at our table was bright fluorescent compared to the dim soft lighting of the rest of the restaurant, so the entire time we ate, it felt like we were under an interrogation spotlight because our light was the only one that was so bright. The ramen was just okay. The chicken was extremely dry but at least the broth was flavorful. The ramen is definitely nothing special and I don't think I'd get it again. The only thing worth getting are the bao buns. The bao is so pillowy and soft, the bread is melt in your mouth, and the meat is super juicy and flavorful. Overall still a fun experience but definitely not a first choice if you're craving ramen.

I wanted to love it, I really did. My daughter wanted ramen and I also, love ramen. Since we were staying at a hotel nearby we came for dinner. We were immediately greeted and taken to a table. We had an idea of what we wanted so we placed our order relatively quickly. My daughter and I ordered tonkotsu ramen, my husband shoyu ramen, and my son chicken fried rice. The tonkatsu wasn't rich and creamy. It tasted more like shoyu. The meat was dry. When I tried my husband's ramen...I don't know what I was tasting, but it was not shoyu ramen. Chicken fried rice was ok.

Service was great. Slow night but I enjoyed the Tonkatsu with Chashu Pork, I added the mayu black garlic oil and bean sprouts. My wife had the stir fry ramen with Chashu pork, extra half egg, side of samba chili sauce and kimchi. My Ramen was solid traditional Japanese ramen broth. Nothing fancy but if this is the consistent taste then you can't go wrong on a cold night. The Samba chili sauce didn't add the kick my wife and I both were looking for but still tasty. I would recommend giving this place a try.

Not a fan of the spring rolls, we're more like egg rolls. Ramen was pretty good, it was definitely a lot of food. We got the Japanese soda as well which was kind of hard to open. Overall, our service and ambiance were great. It wasn't very busy, and our needs were met.

Decided to try this during the "ramen" type weather we've had. Seemed like the perfect time to enjoy ramen during the light snow and cold temps. Unfortunately our experience was just ... meh. We've definitely had better tonkotsu and miso somewhere else. The broth was not quite there with the taste and didn't help that it was barely warm. I prefer my broth just a little close to piping hot.

Took my little guy for his first real Ramen trip, and he loved it. I know I have reviewed this before but I just wanted to shout out the server. She was very patient with us and helped to make decisions so that it would be child friendly. I ordered the Ramen I wanted for me and then you can get extra noodles for $1.50. It all comes in one bowl, but I just scooped some noodles out for him. I also ended up getting a side of steamed rice because he wanted to try that too. We had a really great experience! When a server accommodates a parent, it changes everything. Thank you to the young lady who helped us!

Lincoln has very limited options for Ramen, which is a bummer but Itsumo is pretty good albeit it gets a little pricy before you know it if you start customizing your ramen. They do offer a combination ramen that has all the meats (see pic) which is probably worth the extra $2 dollars. It was a solid portion and flavorful broth and we of course added chili oil to kick up the spice.

The service was decent. The portions were big so the price seems reasonable. The food was good. I thought that the chicken was dry, but I'm not sure if it's like suppose to be like that or not. It was tough to eat but once I dipped it in the broth every so often it was good. It wasn't like spicy so had to ask for the chili oil. The place was practically empty but idk if it's cause none of the students are in town or if it's usually like that. Nothing standing out to me but it wasn't bad either. Edit: this was a three but shot it down to 2 cause when I ate the leftovers the next day my stomach did not agree with me after I ate this and I suffered for the rest of the day

One of our favorite ramen places to go! We love getting their spicy edamame and shrimp shumai! We always get the miso ramen and I get it with chicken. The tame. Portions are large and the broth is delicious. The extra add ins slides or veggies are cheap and enhance the flavor. I always love mixing it up with those, The atmosphere is relaxing and we always get great service and the food comes quick! A fun and easy date night spot.

Tantan tofu with an added egg

Stoped here on an overnight trip for work and wow! The waitress was so kind and when I asked for a suggestion she lead me to the tantan tofu and woah! I'm not usually a peanut sauce person but am so happy I followed the suggestion it was a subtle flavor of peanut in the best way and the fermented cabbage complimented the broth so much! It was a lovely solo lunch date sitting at the big table in the center :)

Delicious ramen, delivered quickly by Door Dash. Broth was placed in a separate container, to preserve the noodles and ingredients. One bowl is enough for two people, or in my case I had some for dinner and will have the rest for second dinner Excellent offering of meatless options.

Seating is limited, but it feels cozy and intimate. The staff was outstanding from the greeter to the servers, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The menu has a great variety, from ramen and teriyaki boxes to rice dishes and sushi. We started with the soft shell crab appetizer, which was incredibly fresh with a light, perfectly crisp tempura batter. For our main course, we went with a selection of sushi, and it was phenomenal. The fish was extremely fresh, served at the perfect temperature, and every flavor paired beautifully. One thing I really appreciated is they don't smother their sushi in sauces, they let the freshness and quality of the fish speak for itself, the way it should. Quite possibly the best sushi in town!!

We ordered a variety of stuff. As appetisers We ordered fried calamari, it's only now that I realized I didn't grab a pix of the calamari. It was decent with a creamy sriracha sauce. I then had my agadashi tofu. It was crisp and nice. The batter could be lighter and the tofu could be the softer kind... - to me that would be nirvana. But for this- it was good. My handroll and sushi was fresh and delicious. It was a good afternoon with the good food My drink happy sumo- was nice just didn't really do it for me though. Ambiance was nice and zen. I like it. When my order arrived, the food was cold, which may have been more of a DoorDash issue since the delivery took quite a while. However, the bigger problem was the roll itself. The fish tasted terrible--so bad that I spit it out. I've had this roll many times before and know what it should taste like, and this was definitely not right. On top of that, I was missing a crab rangoon. When I tried to resolve it through DoorDash, they only offered a partial refund, so I called the restaurant directly. The employee I spoke with was argumentative from the start. When I explained that the roll was cold, soggy, and tasted like bad fish, he had excuse after excuse for why it was that way. The reality is that the food was not edible, and I had to spend more money to get something else to eat. As for the missing crab rangoon, he insisted that he personally packed my order and knew it was in the bag. He repeatedly told me he put it in there and suggested the DoorDash driver must have taken it. I told him I didn't care who put it in the bag--the point is that it wasn't in my order when it arrived. Instead of trying to help or make it right, he argued with me and basically accused someone else of stealing it. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and refusing to take concerns seriously are what earned this review. I won't be ordering from here again.
