Hot and sour soup
Todd J.

Had a delicious lunch with my wife here today. The staff greeted us immediately and showed us a seat. I had the kung pao chicken with rice, hot and sour soup with an egg roll. It all was outstanding. The hot and sour soup was amazing and the chicken did not dissapoint. The restaurant was basic but nice and clean. We will be coming back.

Mongolian beef lunch special

Really good! I'd definitely come here again! I got the Mongolian beef lunch special. It came out so fast, and with a very generous portion. I didn't love the fried rice, it's not bad or anything, but it's definitely not east coast style fried rice, it's definitely a midwestern softer, fluffier rice. Not bad at all, just not my favorite. To be fair I have only encountered 2 places out here in the Midwest that have the rice the way I'm used to from back home. If you're local, you'll love it. Came with a crab Rangoon, but no crab in it. Should have been called a fried cream cheese wonton or cream cheese Rangoon. That didn't stop me from eating it, it was still good. Because the portions were so generous I was too full to try the egg roll, but I'm looking forward to it as a late night snack :) The service was attentive and drink was refilled quickly, restaurant was clean and inviting. Instrumental elevator type music in the background makes for a pleasant time.

Hot and spicy chicken

The food has flavor unlike a lot of Chinese restaurants. The crab Rangoon is really good! Good portions for lunch. It's worth a try.

Too much breading over cooked under flavored. The portion doesn't justify the price. Thx

And delicious. You can have Mongolian grill, all you can eat sushi or a la carte My mom in law got orange chicken and I got a salmon bento box. Everything in it was delicious. Salad was fresh. Sushi wasn't rolled very prettily. But the tuna was big rice proportion wasn't correct but hey, im grateful for a bigger piece of raw tuna. The dumplings were crispy. And edamame was delicious. The salmon was perfect and just nice and not dry. Its a family restaurant. A lot of pple come in for meals. They also have a portion for Mongolian grill. You will just order that and go up to the counter to pick your protein and vegetables and sauces. They will cook it for you. Casual ambiance They also have a variety of seating available. Pretty large place with a lot of parking lots. Will be back!

We made our plates and sauce dishes for the grill and had them cooked. Returning to the table the drinks and dumplings arrived, along with the steamed rice. the dumplings were ok, definitely from frozen. Our main dishes lacked the flavor we had put in the sauce bowls. I think too much water was applied to the food during cooking washing out the flavor.

They dont have all drinks on the menu and the menu is not updated. They did tell us what was not available but was a generic dont have these and just slid his fingers on the menu. I finally got an iced lemon tea. We initially ordered egg rolls and a hot pot. We ordered spicy soup together with bok choy fungus( wood ear mushrooms) Beef, spam, fishballs and jumbo shrimp and egg noodles with a side of white rice. The soup came with a burner and it wasnt powerful enough to boil the soup on the pot. The pot had no definite style to it. Tasted like soy bean soup with some sichuan peppers. Not excessively spicy and not very flavourful. Our ingredients took a long while to come out- and our egg rolls eventually never came. Practically all the ingredients were frozen with the exception of the fungi and the egg noodles. The sauce station looks thrown together with takeout containers and plenty of sauce. The bbq sauce had part of a spoon which was broken off in the sauce. The sauces are similar to haidilao type just not as fresh. But the chives looked a little greyish. Overall, service is not fantastic. We did remind them multiple times about the egg rolls, but it still didn't ever arrive. They at least took it off the bill. We forgot to check about the missing bakchoy. Not sure we will be back anytime soon. Hubby wasn't quite happy with our dinner last night.

You scan a qr code and it leads you to their website. Also the free style soda machine has been taken out. Food is fresh. Decent selection available. And they have sauces at the corner. The sauce collection is almost as large as the food selection. That said, the sauces are decently spiced. I managed to make a mixture that was to my liking. The ingredients are replenished quickly. And the meat is kept frozen and thinly sliced so it cooks in a decent amount of time. There is a large stove top that is like a circle and it's amazing watching the chefs dance around the grill cooking your meal. That said I would like to caution ppl who has food allergies to reconsider eating here. Maybe they do special cooking for those but what I saw was that they walk round the grill/ stove flip the food and walk to the next. Grill is cleaned with water after each plate is served but whilst cooking- they move from one portion to the next just "wiping" the utensils on the side of the grill/stove. But as long as you don't have food allergies, its an amazing experience. I didn't really like the hot and sour soup - tasted more like peppery carrot soup. The egg rolls and the food was nicely done. Crispy but looked like it was wrapped by a beginner. I made a mixture of pork, beef, mixture of vegetables, noodles and ultra spicy sauce. I would come back again- I just wouldn't order the soup. It's a personal preference on the soup.

EVERY time someone went in or out of that door, the people at our table were hit with a reflection from the sun outside. It was like sitting in front of a strobe light. When we suggested that they prop the door open, we were told that wasn't possible. So we explained what was happening and were told there was nothing that could be done. So if you get this table for an evening meal, immediately ask force seating. We could not wait to leave! We ordered meals and sushi. Several people at the table do not use chopsticks. Food arrived and there were only 4 forks in the entire restaurant. Food got cold waiting for forks - imagine having a restaurant without forks! Finally, besides being cold, the walnut shrimp, sesame chicken and peanut butter chicken all were very dry and didn't have much "sauce" on them. This isn't the first time we have eaten here and never had this type of service or food. But all in all, it was EXTREMELY disappointing and since things have changed we most likely won't be back.
