Sweet Potato Tempura

Stopped in for an early dinner while visiting family in Lincoln. The restaurant was quiet and the vibe was calm and relaxing. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waitresses was so friendly and quick to take our drink orders and answer any questions we had. We all ordered off of the all you can eat menu for $27 per person, which is a good deal. You order appetizers, salads and rolls as you wish. There is a big selection of sushi and rolls to choose from. The appetizers and food came out quickly and all of it was delicious.

Seriously the greatest hidden gem I've stumbled upon! My first time trying AYCE sushi and it was so fun!! We went all out with appetizers and then each got two rolls! All apps were so good but especially the gyozas and the sauce it came with! Rolls were super fresh too! I got so full but had a great time! The place was super nice and service was super quick!

This is some of the best sushi I've had anywhere! All you can eat for under $30 on Sundays! Only suggestion would be to update the music and to fit the ambience and this would be perfection!

The food is great and well presented. You can tell that an effort was involved in the preparation of the meal. The service was slow, but guessing that was due to every business's current issue; finding help. A great place to eat dinner even if you're not a sushi fan.

First time there and very impressed! The waitress was absolutely amazing! I wanted to hire her for my bar! Food was delicious and fresh! Will definitely be back!

Spicy Tuna

We came to Asian Fusion for dinner; not realizing on this particular day they had an all u can eat special. Although it was tempting to indulge in all that they offered we opt to order from the menu. I must say we were very pleased with our choices. We began with an appetizer and soup. The Rangoons were perfectly fried and the soups (accompanied by crunchy strips) were delicious. We then moved onto our entrees; a Dirty Dragon Roll and a Spicy Tuna Roll both were exceptionally tasty. This place has a relaxing atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating options. Caleb our server was friendly as was our host. If and when we are traveling through again we will stop again and probably try yet another tasty dish. Enjoy! :)

Beef and broccoli bento lunch box

Great food and a good deal for lunch specials. Highly recommend the sashimi plate or the bento box.

They dont have all drinks on the menu and the menu is not updated. They did tell us what was not available but was a generic dont have these and just slid his fingers on the menu. I finally got an iced lemon tea. We initially ordered egg rolls and a hot pot. We ordered spicy soup together with bok choy fungus( wood ear mushrooms) Beef, spam, fishballs and jumbo shrimp and egg noodles with a side of white rice. The soup came with a burner and it wasnt powerful enough to boil the soup on the pot. The pot had no definite style to it. Tasted like soy bean soup with some sichuan peppers. Not excessively spicy and not very flavourful. Our ingredients took a long while to come out- and our egg rolls eventually never came. Practically all the ingredients were frozen with the exception of the fungi and the egg noodles. The sauce station looks thrown together with takeout containers and plenty of sauce. The bbq sauce had part of a spoon which was broken off in the sauce. The sauces are similar to haidilao type just not as fresh. But the chives looked a little greyish. Overall, service is not fantastic. We did remind them multiple times about the egg rolls, but it still didn't ever arrive. They at least took it off the bill. We forgot to check about the missing bakchoy. Not sure we will be back anytime soon. Hubby wasn't quite happy with our dinner last night.

The server took initial drink orders for two of my friends and directed them to the QR code to order appetizers/food--it was unclear. When I arrived a few minutes later it took a bit for anyone else to come by, I ordered a drink and had to ask for it multiple times. We basically learned by vibes we will be ordering our food online ourselves...which is fine but that needs to be clear upfront. I had to ask for side plates more than once, we received paper baskets, which isn't really ideal for soy sauce dipping. Midway through the meal we are told water is self-service too. I went up to order a second round of drinks for the table myself, and later my friend went up to get our drink tabs to close out and also to-go boxes as even tho you don't order the drinks online, apparently no one else was coming to our table to close these out so no idea how long we would have sat there waiting. I always consider myself a good tipper, but don't expect much when we are doing a majority of the work ourselves and don't feel like we've received any type of "service." I don't know if they are transitioning to this or struggling with staffing and cutting down, but last time I was here it was great service, and they had lunch sushi specials with soup/salad (September 2025). The menu appears to have changed along with service quality. All of that being said, the sushi is decent quality, we really liked the Oh my god roll that flames up at the table, that was our favorite. We also got the kiss of fire, it wasn't as spicy as it sounded, crystal beach, and monster lobster roll, They were all just okay, but I don't know if it's worth the time of self-service ambiance when you want the full dine-in sushi experience, this doesn't match the current vibe inside so maybe a better place just to get take out. Hoping this was just a one-off experience but time will tell. Did enjoy the beef gyoza and pineapple sake.

That alone is worth the the price of admission! Do you know how much it would cost me to pay for all the potstickers I ate there if I ordered them from a regular Chinese restaurant??? It would cost a fortune. And I love potstickers! Who doesn't? I usually don't like Japanese food mixed in with Chinese food -- as if they are somehow the same thing. But the sushi at Asian Buffet is so good I have to make an exception: They have really good sushi. Not just the filler junk you usually see, but multiple kinds of crab, and all the other good stuff! Asian Buffet doesn't just have the bland Chinese food that other buffets usually fill-out their selection with. They have Crab and Shrimp and Singapore rice noodles (mǐfěn), and -- one of my favorites -- SESAME BALLS. They even have tapioca pudding and pizza for the kids! Asian Buffet has been open for 8 years, but the enthusiasm of the staff seems like they just opened yesterday, and are vying to provide you with today's exemplary culinary experience. And they do! They not only provide you with all you can eat of some of the best Chinese dishes ever made, but on top of that, they even provide bottomless Pepsi which -- to someone like me who is addicted to caffeine with bubbles -- is AMAZING! I love this place! I'm so glad I discovered it!

I decided to go with the Hunan chicken since I'm trying to cut back on four-legged animals, the veggies are a plus. The chicken was properly velveted and has that nice juicy texture. The wok flavor was definitely there. The order came with a fried rice which is just plain fried rice with a bit of soy sauce and wok flavoring. I was impressed with how authentic the food tasted and was truly glad I stopped by. There was too much food so I took the other half to go. I will definitely stop by again if given the chance. It tasted heavily of soy and not sour enough- hubby enjoyed that though. Kung pao chicken was not as expected. - not traditional type. Tasted like just fried battered chicken bits thrown into a spicy sauce and because hubby requested for extra spice - dried chilli flakes in oil was added on top. This dish missed its mark. Overall, i would come back for the meifun and the egg rolls. But possibly not the soup and definitely not the kungpao chicken.
