He had a nice lunch at this little gem. The good stuff The 2 rolls we ordered where delicious. The ring of fire and the saitama roll. Both freshly made and made very well. Full of flavor no soy or wasabi needed. The calamari was also very good. It really surprised me The not so good. I had the strawberry heaven fruit tea. It had the sweetness but lacked in flavor. The staff very nice and a great help and the seating area was very nice. Love the settings made from the ledge in the wall. Very smart. Overall we enjoyed it and will be back. Shared parking lots with other shops in the area This is a small cafe. You order at the counter and you get to pick up your own food when they call out your order. There are just a few tables inside and some outside. Chill vibes -simple decorations and primarily clean. The seats are a little stained though. I ordered peach oolong tea and fluffy cream 0% sugar. Hubby ordered strawberry heaven( not pictured) Together we ordered fried calamari rings, ring of fire and saitama roll to share. My drink was ok. The peach oolong tea was a little cloudy and a little sour. I wasn't expecting that. The fluffy cream on it was delicous. The sushi was fantastic! And the calamari rings were delicious as well. This cute little spot is tucked in the back of Clocktower in the corner. It's super clean inside with a few tables of seating. They've got sushi, apps, milk teas, and lemonade style drinks on their menu. I got 25% sugar and that was right for me, still sweet but not overwhelming. The taro was delish. A must-try for any Boba Tea fan! While I wouldn't place myself in this category, I do appreciate the occasional milk tea. This cozy, family-owned business is a must-try for anybody looking to support a ground-up, local establishment. I've never seen anybody use cocktail shakers and house-made syrups at a tea shop, but this was a first. Definitely a statement of what goes into your drinks. And even though I haven't had a chance to try their sushi, I'm hoping to in the near future. And if that wasn't good enough, the owner is quite friendly, outgoing, and a proud Nebraskan. The one thing I wish was that there was a guide to the different traditional flavors for amateurs like myself, but that's just a personal preference. ORDER - Wintermelon Tea Fluffy Cream - Lincoln Roll The Wintermelon Tea Fluffy Cream was a bit on the sweeter side. However, I would say the cream was nice, rich, and very well incorporated into the drink. Another thing I would note is that their boba is more on the hard side (which is not really what I prefer) making the boba decent (but kinda mid). The presentation is amazing but from what I heard from my cousins that came, they were all very satisfied with the flavor and taste of their drinks. The Lincoln Roll is a deep-fried California Roll with Salmon on top. Overall it was a good dish. The rolls came with 8 pieces (I would say it was a little more on the expensive side but that's just my personal opinion). It was deep-fried well and evenly and overall good, but I would note that the sauce was a little bit overpowering in some bites. Overall, coming from someone from Texas, the drinks are pretty decent and the food is as well! VIBES The place is pretty small but has a decent amount of seating for the side. There are tall tables as well as long tables with benches. There aren't too many decorations throughout, but the place is clean and tidy! Seems like a good place to study or chill. SERVICE Service was overall nice. We had a group of 10 or so people (mainly teens /adults ranging from 12-22). I asked for recommendations on the drinks and the person who took my order went through each section of the drinks, giving me suggestions for what to order. I love this place for a quick lunch! There is a small (compared to a lot of places) but DELICIOUS selection of rolls, the Hanabi roll is the best! I've been making my way through the massive drink selection and I haven't been disappointed yet. Great little spot! We heard it on the Lincoln Facebook page for takeout and delivery and wanted to try it out ourselves. We got a Okinawa brown sugar snow milk, a Carmel mocha snow milk, the Lincoln roll, and crab Rangoons. The crab Rangoons were fine but nothing exceptional. We did however really enjoy the Lincoln roll. Great sauce on top and the drinks were killer. The blended versions were great in a hot day! We would definitely go back and try more rolls and drinks. I went to the grand opening event today, and it was perfect on a hot day like this. My drink was so refreshing and delicious that I wish I'd bought myself a second one. The presentation is also so cute which matters to me more than it should. My first time here and I'm pretty impressed. Three very friendly staff members greeted me upon entering. I took some time to peruse the menu and decided to try some sushi. I had been wanting to try the brown sugar tea already, since I had heard about it and I don't know of anywhere else in Lincoln that offers that flavor. I was offered their loyalty card and they punched the first spot, wisely discerning that I will be back. It would be great to see them expand the menu. I'd love to see what other options they could put forth since they are on point with what they have so far.
