Customer service here was awesome and probably the best part about this restaurant. Our waiter was very polite and friendly. We did receive the wrong appetizer, but they were quick to resolve it. We were really fine with it and not upset at all, but he apologized a million times, and even the manager came to apologize which was a nice gesture. The salad bar was clean, fresh, and fully stocked --So I would give that 5 stars. I only took a star away because of my entree. I ordered the Chicken Fresco. When it came to taste and portion size, I don't think it was a good value and I wish it had better/more flavor. Only came to this location because I was in town for the weekend. So you know it's going to be a unique experience when you walk in and stand in front of the hostess who addresses you with "well?". After that interesting greeting we were seated promptly in a booth with a very wobbly table. After the table almost tipped over on me our waiter said if it was to bad she could put some coasters under a leg. Well... ok. I played around with the legs for a few minutes and got it fixed. On to the food. We really just came for the salad bar but we ordered chips and queso and a bowl of vegetable soup. The salad bar is about what you would expect, nothing special but decent. No problems there. About half way the waitress comes by to fill our drinks and pours tea into my GFs Coke glass. Well... ok. When we were getting close to the end we asked about the soup that never came out. The waitress said she'd check. After a few minutes the manager came back and said they were out and apologized. For the food we did eat it was as I said, what you would expect. What brought it down was the lacking service level. read more

When you think about ruby Tuesdays, what comes to mind? Probably only the salad bar and that is probably it. I personally don't crave restaurant chains like fridays, ruby tuesdays, or chilis. I feel like nothing really stands out and everything I eat at one of these restaurants is made in a factory and delivered to my plate via airdrop. Now I won't go as far as to say that the food at ruby Tuesdays is bad, in fact, some of the food I have had recently was not too bad. I will say that the food taste very generic. If they are making everything from scratch in the kitchen, they have somehow managed to recreate the most processed tasting flavors and foods that you normally get at these big chains. The last things I have eaten at Ruby Tuesdays was buffalo wings, cheese fries, and a Cajun steak. The wings were small and soggy, the cheese fries were normal cheese fries, and the Cajun steak was the only thing that was surprisingly cooked a perfect medium rare and had a decent flavor to it. These chains are playing catch up to local cuisine destinations and add more of the same and don't really have standout dishes. The food is about as average as it goes and in this day and age that honestly won't keep people interested. read more

Excellent burgers!!!! I got my free b-day burger for belonging to their reward program. It was SO, so delicious. It was a thick patty, done perfectly, the bun was so fresh and the lettuce and tomatoes on the burger were too. I often come with my friend because the food is good and they have the bogo - buy one get one 50% off. Their sides are different, like they have spagetti squash. Love the biscuits they serve here. Food is always really good. The baked mac n cheese is my favorite side for sure. Never disappointed food wise. Exceptionally fast delivery! Rave reviews on the ribs, they fall right off the bone. Caesar salad has "the best flavor" according to a very picky patron. Somehow, the ice cream that was delivered with the apple crumble wasn't melted at all - which was pretty surprising. All in all, two very enthusiastic thumbs up. read more

Like many chains, the menu is constantly changing, but the salad bar remains the same. Surprisingly for a chain restaurant, they have more than a few healthy options. You know, I'm not a chain guy, but this place was solid. I ate here while on a business trip exclusively because of the proximity to my hotel. So I recently went into this location after a long day at work. I was promptly greeted by a tall male host and seated with my server Andrew. It was refreshing to see each employee with clean uniforms and smiles on their faces as the waited each table. Although this location is quaint; it's "Small and Mighty" i over heard a youthful female manager with excellent fashion sense say. She was right. My service was above standard;not having to request a refill or to clear my plates for the next course. It was a dining pleasure. I work near here so I frequent the place for the lunch salad bar and hubby and I come for dinner a few times a month as well. I think we got the same hostess as Brendan in May! I was so shocked at how rude the hostess was-she literally tossed our menus on the to table. Then a kid decided to help himself to the salad bar. We watched him put the roasted broccoli up to his nose and smell it then put it back in the bowl. We promptly told our waitress and the salad bar was tended to immediately. Food is good it's what you would expect for the price you pay service can be hit or miss depending on the day you come or who's your server. I really enjoy the tempura green beans for my appetizer. I've tried the pretzel burgers when they came out toooooo much salt I couldn't finish the burger. The hickory Burbon chicken is superb though. This has always been a favorite chain of mine. I used to visit it frequently when I lived on this side of hodges. It is open late as well, which is a plus.
