First time I have ever had exceptional service from beginning to end! (And I've been on a 5 Star cruise, so that says something) My girlfriend and I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in 5+ years. We were a lil skeptical going in but we were wanting that salad bar. Which was delicious by the way. (I believe it was 50 different toppings) Upon walking in we see how dead it is, which almost pushed us away, but the steak smell and friendly service kept us. Our server was also the bartender, (but that didn't stop her from providing us great service) I believe her name is Jennifer.. she's awesome, hands down!!! Our food was delicious too! Came in for dinner last night, staying at the hotel right behind it for work. All I can say is I was treated like family from the warm welcoming of the lady at the front holding the door for me to the friendliest server I think her name was Kim sorry if that's wrong. The drinks were fast and ice cold, the food was hot and fresh, the guy manager brought the food to the table and asked us if there was anything else we needed, and to enjoy and don't forget to get a cookie skillet after dinner which was delicious. Customer service here was awesome and probably the best part about this restaurant. Our waiter was very polite and friendly. We did receive the wrong appetizer, but they were quick to resolve it. We were really fine with it and not upset at all, but he apologized a million times, and even the manager came to apologize which was a nice gesture. The salad bar was clean, fresh, and fully stocked --So I would give that 5 stars. I only took a star away because of my entree. I ordered the Chicken Fresco. When it came to taste and portion size, I don't think it was a good value and I wish it had better/more flavor. Only came to this location because I was in town for the weekend. Haven't been at this location in years. We were in the area so we stopped. We both had chicken breasts, mine was the bourbon chicken. Was prepared nicely and good size portions. Server was very nice. We also had the salad bar and it was lacking items compared to the airport location. Stuffed on salad and ended up taking most of entrees home. Good value. Nice location. So you know it's going to be a unique experience when you walk in and stand in front of the hostess who addresses you with "well?". After that interesting greeting we were seated promptly in a booth with a very wobbly table. After the table almost tipped over on me our waiter said if it was to bad she could put some coasters under a leg. Well... ok. I played around with the legs for a few minutes and got it fixed. On to the food. We really just came for the salad bar but we ordered chips and queso and a bowl of vegetable soup. The salad bar is about what you would expect, nothing special but decent. No problems there. About half way the waitress comes by to fill our drinks and pours tea into my GFs Coke glass. Well... ok. When we were getting close to the end we asked about the soup that never came out. The waitress said she'd check. After a few minutes the manager came back and said they were out and apologized. For the food we did eat it was as I said, what you would expect. What brought it down was the lacking service level. read more

Excellent burgers!!!! I got my free b-day burger for belonging to their reward program. It was SO, so delicious. It was a thick patty, done perfectly, the bun was so fresh and the lettuce and tomatoes on the burger were too. I often come with my friend because the food is good and they have the bogo - buy one get one 50% off. Their sides are different, like they have spagetti squash. When you think about ruby Tuesdays, what comes to mind? Probably only the salad bar and that is probably it. I personally don't crave restaurant chains like fridays, ruby tuesdays, or chilis. I feel like nothing really stands out and everything I eat at one of these restaurants is made in a factory and delivered to my plate via airdrop. Now I won't go as far as to say that the food at ruby Tuesdays is bad, in fact, some of the food I have had recently was not too bad. I will say that the food taste very generic. If they are making everything from scratch in the kitchen, they have somehow managed to recreate the most processed tasting flavors and foods that you normally get at these big chains. The last things I have eaten at Ruby Tuesdays was buffalo wings, cheese fries, and a Cajun steak. The wings were small and soggy, the cheese fries were normal cheese fries, and the Cajun steak was the only thing that was surprisingly cooked a perfect medium rare and had a decent flavor to it. These chains are playing catch up to local cuisine destinations and add more of the same and don't really have standout dishes. The food is about as average as it goes and in this day and age that honestly won't keep people interested. read more

Love the biscuits they serve here. Food is always really good. The baked mac n cheese is my favorite side for sure. Never disappointed food wise.
