We waited 20 minutes to get service for drinks and then when we ordered our drinks and food it took another 15 to get our drinks and then at least 30 to 40 minutes for our food and then when we would ask for refills she would say she had something else to do and then we would have to wait for 10 minutes to get refills. Terrible. Seriously. First, the host had an attitude with me because I did not want to sit at the booth next to the kitchen doors or the bathroom. Food was great, the Service was fast. Best off all the people there are very honest. My cousin forgot his new $500 watch inside the mens restroom and had to catch a flight to Virginia. He thought he lost the watch for good. But to my amazement when I called Ruby Tuesday, Charles the Shift Manager at the time, went out of his way and found the watch for us. Been going to this location for a while, especially for the steak. Ordered two s_teaks today. One was very thin and the other thick. one over cooked, the other bleeding (ordered medium). Sent the raw one back and the server brought it back, looked ok. Tried to eat it but very tough. First time got a tough one. We ate the rest of our meals. When the server brought the bill, I showed her that I could not chew it. She said she would get the manager. Manager doesn't come. Server says they will take off 10 percent. I really didn't care. That is kind of cheap of them. I said ok. She returned and said the manager couldn't take of even the 10 percent because the system wouldnt let them because it was a discounted item. I'm only giving 2 stars because the bar staff is absolutely wonderful and hilarious and the food is pretty solid. I came here 3 times. The first time I was delighted with the service but then again I was at the bar and that is from my experiences the only place where you get service. The second time I visited I sat at a table without anyone coming by for 30 minutes until I decided to just go to the bar again. The third time I was determined to get service at a table and while technically I got a server I still was met with very minimal service. Love the drinks like I said the bar is just wonderful the food was also good I just wish they would get better servers. Between the long waits and your order being wrong once or twice plus the occasional forgetting something that you ordered completely I would visit the bar and skip the whole table thing altogether but the ribs are good and I have to say that the bartenders made the experience for me each time I sat at the bar. I stopped by this location for an early dinner. One young man greeted me and then let me move on to the bar area for seating. The restaurant was at about 15% capacity. I sat at my booth for about 10 mins before I had to walk to the bar to ask for a menu then return to my table. Then another 5 mins to have a drink order taken. The server was polite but seemed a little overwhelmed with the 4 tables that she had. The food came out and was pitiful looking. A huge oval plate with a tiny chicken breast, over salted rice pilaf and fresh green beans. The one good that came from this visit was the salad bar plate that I took to go. I go to Ruby Tuesday once a year on my birthday for the free burger. You have to join the Birthday club online and you get a coupon in your email. I think you have to print it out. The burger is free so I don't want to complain about anything. It's a good burger with good fries. Last year the waitress put some cheddar biscuits in my to go bag with my burger- she was awesome. This year no biscuits and a long wait- maybe 20/ 25 minutes- can't really complain about a free lunch though. I actually think you can get the burger or salad bar, the salad bar was messy here, so I chose the burger. The woman who was my server- she was also the bartender- she was actually very nice- great, happy spirit. She was joking around with other satisfied looking patrons. They seemed to like her a lot. It wasn't her fault that it took the kitchen 20 minutes to get my to- go birthday burger ready. I watched her promptly enter my order into the computer system. read more

This use to be a go to spot for me and my coworker after work. Not sure what's happened in the past year but this is now a pitiful excuse for a chain restaurant. You'd think a restaurant that a lot of out of towners and airport patrons would come to would be in tip top shape! (5/10 mins from airport and nearby 5 star hotels) Anywho let's get started....first visit: the tables they sat us at were not the cleanest and upon finishing the meal the waitress said she would not honor my coupon even though the manager said she could. Second visit: we were told that they are told not to give napkins unless asked and given napkins that would only be suitable for a baby! Third visit: We were sat at a table right in the front section of the restaurant and began having good convo only to realize an hr later we still haven't gotten any service! Even the hostess who sat us at the table continuously walked by us and didn't say a word. So after two hours with that incident we finally got our food for free after we were leaving out the door pissed! And this fourth and final time: We walked in and weren't greeted. We actually greeted them to get an acknowledgement then were told to sit only to get back up 20 seconds later to go to our table. So waitress is nice,food comes out and of course our food is mixed up between our two plates and my coworker has one side that was incorrect! On top of that the blackened tilapia I ordered was not blackened and had no creole seasoning at all and actually looked my uncles threw some seasoning salt on it and put it out to serve. I hate that it's so terrible here as it's a convenient meet up spot for a meal after work for me and my coworker which is the only reason we kept trying. I'm officially done. I hope all Ruby Tuesdays have not gone down like this one as this is the only one that I've been to recently and is so terrible! I was disappointed that our appetizer came with our dinner. Shrimp had soaked up grease in breading. There seems to be 2 people waiting on the table but no communication. Lazy staff! I ordered my meal through the website and left 15 minutes after it was ordered. When I got there I was told to get and pay for my food at the bar. The lady behind the bar (as sweet as she was) was slow in serving others as well as myself. She disappeared for what seemed like 10 minutes to get my food. After I paid for my food and proceeded to leave, I noticed that I didn't get a container for the salad that I paid for. I told the server, she pointed to the back (where I just came from) and told me I can get it from the bar. No one was at the bar when I got there so again I had to wait. When who I presumed to be the manager (white shirt) came to the bar, he didn't ask if anyone needed help and there were multiple people trying to get his attention at the bar. When the sweet lady came back to the bar, she immediately asked me what did she miss about my order. I told her I needed the to go box for my salad. I fixed my salad and left. There were a lot of servers standing by the door just chatting with each other which isn't a good look for the company. Needless to say when I arrived home my food was cold. read more

Horrible, horrible waitress. First, my husband and I were greeted with a not so happy waitress. That didn't bother us too much. Okay, now here comes the problems...our food was just dropped off very quickly at our table as if she was in a rush. Second, both of our meals were incorrect. For one of my sides, I asked for a loaded baked potato & my husband asked that his burger be well-done. My potato had only sour cream and his burger had a lot of pink on the inside. Third, we waited for her to come back by & we ended up asking someone else to get her. Fourth, I decided not to tell her about my baked potato but after my husband told her about the burger, she grabbed the plate and walked off. Fifth, another employee arrived at our table with the plate of food in his hands and asked,what's wrong with the burger & would you like me to take this same burger and re-cook it? As, if, nothing was wrong with the burger to begin with. At this point my husband was upset and said, I changed my mind, I don't want anything. Six, my crab cakes were salty so I only ate one & my chicken tasted weird and was flavorless. My husband didn't eat anything and then we asked for the check. Seven, our waitress then brought our to-go order out that we placed when we ordered our meal, and it was rudely dropped off on the table. I had to go in the bag to make sure the soup didn't spill out. However, the to-go baked potato was fully loaded! Lol...pretty sure my mother-in-law will be happy about that. Finally, my husband already had his credit card in his hand when our waitress came back with the bill and she dropped that off and quickly left again. My husband was furious and started to question himself about whether he did something wrong. So, once she came back to retrieve the card, she went to the booth directly behind us, table of four and started taking their order which took about 8 minutes. Our server was (1347 A.M). Friendly staff but overall service was very slow. Food for everyone at the table came out at various and long, intervals of time. After about a 25-minute wait for a kid's turkey burger at one point, they brought us the adult plate instead. The waitress noticed the error and asked if we wanted to change it the kid's plate. I requested to stay with what had been brought because my child could not wait another 25 minutes for the correct order. I ordered a medium-well Top Sirloin but was disappointed with the amount of juice from the sirloin that appeared to flood the entire plate and its contents. The sirloin tasted dry. The check had a charge for an adult turkey burger plate instead of the kid's. The waitress, after speaking with the manager, explained that the charge would not change because the adult plate is what had come out. No acknowledgement from management regarding their error on the order and long wait time for the food makes it appear that the customer pays the price for the restaurant's incompetence. Overall, my experience was average. I ordered the spinach & artichoke dip. It was served with tortilla chips, not baguette slices. It was also thinner and runnier than other s&a dips that I have had at other restaurants. It wasn't really worth the price. For dinner, I ordered the Ruby Minis entrees. The mini burgers were a bit dry. They definitely looked better in the picture in the menu. The fries were also a bit dry. For the price, I would suggest dining at another restaurant as I don't believe it was worth the price. That being said, as a tourist, I probably would return because I now know what to expect. read more

the worst time ive had a restuarant in my life. we were celebrating a coworker departing from our hospital. we telephone them at 9:30am to informm them that we were having lunch there and to expect 15-20 people. we inform them that we would be there at 11:30am, upon our arrival we placed our order for our lunch. after waiting 45 mins for our food we decided to ask for a manager. another 20 mins went by, one of my coworkers whos husband is a restaurant manager went to the kitchen, she met with a man name james. she explained to him what was going on, his only responce was we are preparing your food now. he never identified himself as the general manager of the restuarant. we later learned that our waitress had family emergency and had to leave. she never put the order in, several wait staff people inquired about why we were sitting there so long and didnt have our food. when the food finally arrived 8 of the were wwrroonngg, one waiter tried to give two of my coworkers there meals with missing parts of hte meal. the coworker had ordered a full meal that included mash potatoes and string beans. another co-worker requested her steak be prepared well done, it was medium rear. the second waiter was finally assigned to our table was great ms. walker. i named her the clean up woman, because she was so patient with 20 customer all yellling about their eithe not arriving yet, or wasnt prepared correctly. thanks ms. walker. the manager gave us a discount on our food. several of us will be writing the corportate office about our experience. ruby tuesdays just lost 25 customers. read more
