Service was extremely disappointing today. I ordered a 6-piece wing (not the meal). After the cashier gave me the total, I tapped my card and paid. Immediately after, I asked, "Wait, how much is the meal?" She said it was about the same price as what I ordered. I then asked what came with the meal, and she said wings, fries, and a drink. I responded that I would prefer the meal instead. Her response was, "Well, you already paid for it." Mind you, I was literally still signing and even tipping 22% when this conversation happened. There was no effort to accommodate or simply adjust the order just a dismissive response. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism. The employee went back to sitting in a chair with no shoes on, feet up, and scrolling on her phone which is exactly what she was doing when I first walked in. Customer service matters. With so many dining options in the area, this experience makes it easy to choose somewhere else next time. Unfortunately, this will be the last money I spend at this location. read more

Thus was my 1st time trying any WnB. My 9 year old is a junior foodie and requested a burger with bacon, Cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms and TBH the a la carte prices at 5Guys wasn't in the budget. I walked in and ordered. I got prompt service and food that was cooked to order. Add the Coke remix machine and we were in business. Fries come with no seasoning but there is plenty of seasoning available on the counter. Made a pit stop in ATL before heading back home to Miami and came across this small wing shop. The wings were fresh and delicious and the sauce was very flavorful. I got the Jamaican jerk sauce and wow it was amazing. The combo comes with fries and a drink which for $13 it brought enough to fill you up. Only other reason they got 3 instead of 4 or 5 was because it was a bit dirty in the seating area and tables were dirty. I was actually headed to Moe's next door, but they seemed to be having some kind of catastrophe and their doors were locked, so fate would bring me to WNB for the 1st time EVER, though I've seen and passed by many a location in my days. I wasn't expecting much, which is why I'd never been in 1 previously, but I was pleasantly surprised!! The young lady at the register was personable and pleasant and there was more than 1 vegetarian item on the menu. Though they have an Impossible Burger, I went for the regular Veggie Burger, which tasted a lot like a Morningstar Black Bean Burger, but they actually put a nice little spin on it and added green peppers and onions like a philly and even threw an avocado slice on it as well - The burger was actually quite tasty...Color me "satisfied" - I like a good brand of surprise!! =) Just a heads up, as things might change...But currently, you place your order, they ask you for your phone number and then ask you to wait outside and they text you when your order is up. I was going to order the hot honey lemon pepper wings but the cashier recommended the selection that I ordered and I was happy with his choice. This might be the worst Philly Cheesesteak I've ever consumed. I'd eat darn near anything, not sure I've ever thrown food away before, but I threw this away before finishing. Prices here are decent, which is what hooked me, but I guess you get what you pay for. I also ordered the wings, super tiny and with hardly any sauce. The husband and I were really glad to find this place. It's kind of pricey but flavor and freshness is always on point. We've had almost every burger on the menu. They are reminiscent of burger spots from my home town Inglewood CA. The food travels well. I've never had a soggy or mushy burger or fries. I noticed most customers called their orders in and just came in and picked it up. They have burgers, wings, salads, fish and chicken tenders. I ordered lemon pepper wings, honey lemon pepper wings and chicken tenders with fries. I also ordered a lemonade which was pretty good. There isnt a large amount of seating but there is an adequate amount. My wings were very crispy like I love them. They were also very tasty. I like the lemon pepper best. The fries were good and I put lemon pepper seasoning on them as well. The chicken tenders on the other hand. They are thick and I know some people like that but I do not. From the moment I walked in the doors, I was absolutely blown away by this establishment. The clean, modern look is a huge upgrade from many other wing places. The cashiers were extremely helpful and respectful. The burgers here are some of the best I've ever had.
