Highly disappointed with the service my mother and I received from Ruby Tuesday today. We visited around noon and the place was practically empty but it took forever for our waitress to get to our table. When she brought our drinks over she was handing me mine then she jerked her hand back and said somethings floating in it...let me get another one. I should've took that as a sign and left immediately! We ordered the chicken quesadilla as an appetizer and it tasted pretty good. However, no small plates we're provided for myself and my mom to use for serving. I wanted to ask for some but our waitress was nowhere to be found. When we finally saw her we had already finished the quesadilla and we're waiting on our entrees. I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Chicken with broccoli and mash potatoes as my side. Do not order this dish..the sauce tastes weird and artificial. My broccoli had black spots on it and the waitress told me it probably appeared while the chef was steaming it...i did not touch it! I ordered a side of fried shrimp and it was NASTY. The chicken did not even look like chicken.. It was just weird. I ended up eating only the mash potatoes and a few bites of chicken. This meal was removed from my bill once they saw that I ate literally none of it. My mom ordered a burger and coleslaw but she was served fries with her burger. The waitress did get my mom coleslaw but she was just slow-acting like a sloth. I'm already exhausted writing about this awful experience. I will never eat at Ruby Tuesday again. If you decide to eat here BEWARE! Sidenote: Every time I looked up the hostess or another server was staring at me...it made me feel super suspicious of the quality of my food. I was never a fan of Ruby Tuesday but it's a completely different restaurant than what I remember. I was visiting a college friend and we decided to eat here. I had the salmon with grilled zucchini. The salmon was AMAZING, and thankfully not dry. Even better was the atmosphere and staff. We were sat quickly during the dinner rush and our server was knowledgeable and friendly. While eating, the manager stopped by and asked if we were enjoying our meals. That was appreciated since I don't see managers on restaurant floors all the time. This was the most amazing birthday meal I've ever had. Went to Ruby Tuesday to eat, sat down, and had an amazing experience from salad bar to desert. It started with the good salad they had, and all the amazing toppings, as well as a return trip for broccoli and pasta salad. While they were both amazing, when the entree came out, a steak for me and double decker chicken for my brother, we were in love with the food. Of course, coupled with the absolute amazing service ever, we were treated like kings. This restaurant earned all 5 stars and then some. And I have to share my experience. Awesome service yesterday. My steak was a lot greasy and mashed potatoes were bland but everything else was excellent.

Awful awful awful, the entire staff was just standing around. Food sat in the window for 10 mins and yes I had a timer set, food was chewy and mildly warm not hot and fresh. Managers seemed to be worried more about chatting about their weekend to take care of what little customers they had. Just plain poor service. read more

I enjoyed my last visit at Ruby Tuesday! The food was amazing and my server Jenai was phenomenal! She was very polite and sweet and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. The staff was uncommonly nice, which was a great refresher on our long trip. The manager (Bruce) chatted with the kids & every single employee was extra friendly. The salad bar was fresh & delicious, the kids meals were plentiful, and the other food we ordered was gourmet. Our family of 7 ate for about $50. read more

Had Valentines Lunch with my Valentine yesterday. Great salad bar, I usually make 2 trips and eat too much. My favorite dish there is the Parmesan Shrimp Pasta. It's a little spicy, I like that, has lots of shrimp and is delicious. Highly recommend it. Service was excellent,everyone very friendly and polite. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Ruby Tuesday already really sucks however this Ruby Tuesday is not just a waste of time it's a little slice of racist heaven. Me and my interracial family waited 10 min to be seated and were passed by at least three employees who never acknowledged us. Then we were unfortunately greeted by the hostess-chelsea march 2nd around 4:00p-who stated there would be a 5 min wait (it was actually a 15 min wait) she called us and asked if a table would be ok. We sat down and I asked my husband to go and ask her if we could have a booth as there are only 3 of us and she sat us at a table that could have easily sat 10 adults. She then informed us that there were other people waiting and while they could have a booth she would be unable to seat us there. We left and I called the manager immediately and spoke with JD. who didn't seem to care and asked if we wanted an appetizer-I informed him no I wanted to be treated like every other paying customer in his restaurant but as I can see from the top down things are extremely shady here. I love the salad bar and the food is good but.... And a big BUT, everytime I visit the lamp shades over the tables are dusty, the shades are dusty, the walls agaist the booths are dirty... how do you expect people to enjoy their meal and want to come back with such filth? I was just there about 2 weeks ago, service was good and really enjoyed the salad bar but this was my first visit one 2 years. 2 years ago after my meal I left a note on the receipt saying how great the food was but that the dusty shade over our dinner and the dusty window blinds were an issue. 2 years later nothing changed . Wouldn't be surprised if this placed closed down tomorrow. read more

When we went there was barely anything in the salad bar that they advertised. No croutons. We asked for some but they never put them out. I guess it was too much of an inconvenience. A lot of the stuff was empty and needed refilling. The salad bar needed serious cleaning. We did not go in at closing, it was about 6pm. They also would not honor our coupon that was IN DATE. Terrible experience every time I have been there. Wanted to give it another try, but it's just as bad. This place has really gone downhill and I'm not sure how they are even still open. read more

Recently I went to Ruby Tuesday on 1685 S Highway 27 Carrollton, GA. I sat on the bar and I noticed that the bar counter was sticky and so was the bar stool. I asked the bar attendant for a wet towel, I wiped it down and to my surprise it was the most disgusting bar counter ever. The white towel was black. I decided to stay, I ordered the grilled salmon and my compliment to the cook. The salmon was very good. Gave 3 star because of the cleanliness. The manager should be embarrass. She was there and the district manager should looks into this issue. So was the entrance. It needs pressure cleaning. First impression is very important in any restaurant business for repeat customers. CEO just care for their year end bonuses, they don't look into how the business is being managed by incompetent people. read more

Excellent food and waitress was great. My husband had 1/2 rack of ribs and they were falling off the bone and delicious. I had the garden bar and enjoyed the variety and quality of food. Another reviewer said every time she had gone the table and shades were dusty. I examined our area and it was very clean. Manager came to our table and asked about our food and service. Everything was excellent and we will return. read more

Absolutely fantastic service! I highly recommend the Thai Spring rolls and the Strawberry Fizz drink. The drink was very refreshing and was recommended by our server. The food is always pretty good, no matter what you order. There is nothing that is great or you would want to go back for. Except for the salad bar, everyone loves the salad bar. But, the service is almost always awful and terribly slow. I don't think that's the servers faults, so much as the kitchen staff. I went in with my grandma and we were the only people there. We were there for over an hour and they got my order wrong. Also, everything is very overpriced. read more

Ruby Tuesday finally got it right. They are running away with Carrollton business since O'Charley's made a really bad decision to redecorate and remove all the hometown feeling and look more like a Shoney's. Great coupons from Ruby Tuesday and the new waitress Becca is probably the best waitress we have experienced in a while. Plenty of healthy choices to choose from. read more

Went to Ruby Tuesday today for lunch and only 3 other tables we used but it still took us one hour and 25 mins to get our food and it was all luke warm and the ribs had no taste to them. For the 95.00 dollars we spent I guess we should have went to Long Horns. Will not be going back there again read more
